My
experience
has
always
been
great.
Been
coming
here
for
years.
However,
the
gentleman
before
me
order
chopped
green
onions,
but
told
the
receptionist
he
did
not
get
them.
She
goes
to
the
back
and
brings
out
an
empty
little
container.
Customer
said
he
did
not
get
a
small
cup.
He
had
to
bring
in
the
food
for
her
to
check.
Nope
not
there.
Finally,
the
manager
brings
our
a
small
cup
with
said
onions
and
proceeds
to
check
again.
I
am
at
this
point
pointing
out
to
the
receptionist
that
this
should
not
be
happening.
I
am
sorry,
but
you
should
have
just
chopped
up
more
onions
no
questions
asked.
He
said
that
he
also
has
been
coming
to
Lotus
for
years.
What
happened
to
the
customer
is
always
right.
This
is
terrible
on
customer
service.
You
need
to
give
the
benefit
of
the
doubt
to
your
customers
and
not
proceed
to
calling
the
customer
a
liar.
Making
the
customer
bringing
his
food
back
from
the
car
is
unacceptable
in
my
book
for
this
decades
old
restaurant.
