Best tacos I've had so far in the RGV. Quick, cheap, and drool tasty. They've got an extensive menu with lots to try but hands down, the tacos are a must-try. I'm a big fan of their tacos de lengua (beef tongue) and tacos de cabeza (beef head). Haven't found too many places with these options, so those alone make it worthwhile. The meats are nearly melt-in-your-mouth tender and packed with flavor. And while the proteins are praiseworthy, their handmade corn tortillas are the all-star. Seriously. Light, fluffy, and durable. You can't miss here. Noteworthy: the birria tacos

Tacos are very good, customer service is not good. This is the second time at this Taqueria, ladies don't seem to know much about customer service, they don't say hi they don't try to help. Other than that I do love the food itself. (Oh, they are not very nice but they have these signs by the door asking for tips, that's weird. )

Been here only for taco tuesdays. To be quite honest I am pleased with everything overall. I got 10 tacos for 6 bucks! Great presentation and taste was on point. 2nd time here and will be purchasing here again. 8.6/10

This is my go to taco place!! Im in love with the option of not having my corn tortillas fried in oil. The meat is nicely cut up, good sauces, variety of alcoholic drinks and good staff. Try this place!!!!

Great stret tacos. The pastor was excellent. Wish I had gotten two. The barbacoa was not greasy and had good flavor. The asada was great! The charro beans were nice and porky. Service was fast during lunch rush and staff was friendly. Will be back.

The food is great but it is very difficult to place to go orders. They leave the phone off the hook so that its busy most of the time. When you can actually get through they tell you to hold on a second and then just never pick the phone up again. I am sure they lose a lot of business due to poor customer service.

Combo #2 two primos and two cabeza tacos! 😍 if you’re thinking about it eating here just do it! Food was amazing!

This place is a must eat when in McAllen! The staff speaks mostly Spanish but were so nice and helpful with my attempting to speak Spanish and the language barrier was not an issue at all. The food came out hot and fresh, the salsas/hot sauces were homemade and delicious. Our group came in accidentally too close to closing time because of a bad experience at a different restaurant and they accommodated us anyways and we were able to enjoy our meal. They even had a few vegetarian options! There were high chairs available and the environment was bright and colorful. Will definitely eat here again next time I’m in McAllen.

Ordered combo #2 twice to go and they were both pretty good (my daughter had already grabbed a taco). They were filling and flavorful, the salsas also had a good flavor. Deducted one star due to the beans not having much flavor. Recommend going with the consome instead. Will definitely be back to try different menu items

The food was great, good prices, the aguas were amazing, and we enjoyed the atmosphere! I loved this place! I was accidentally told there is no avocado in the green table salsa, but I had to spit it out quickly because there is. Luckily I'm not allergic, just cannot stand the taste at all. I hope our waiter will remember this in case someone with allergies asks as a precaution.

Food was very tasty and the staff was friendly & attentive. Ordered beef (asada) and pork (pastor) tacos, their plain potato, and ranchero beans! Again, everything was delicioso!!! Will definately come back when in town!

It's OK. The birria tacos had beans on them. Not used to that. They were OK. I probably won't come again if that's says anything. The place serves the plates well & they do fill you up. I live in San Juan and there was nothing special about these tacos that would make me return. Just my opinion.

Food did have a good taste, although beans need a little more flavor. Combos are around $9 but it's a very small portion. Combo just mesns they add the charro beans. They should add like 1/2 baked potato or something to make it a solid meal. Overall: Taste - 9 Portion - 5 Service - 8

Visiting the RGV and this little place was on my drive. The food was very delicious and the staff her kind and attentive. I ordered the quesadilla and it came on a tortilla hecha a mano, well seasoned meat, and yummy guac and a variety of salsas. Def recommend!

Delicious tacos! Great service! Lots of food at a great price. The choriqueso was amazing! Ordered the burrito asada and the dollar tacos. Everything came out piping hot and full of flavor. A must try!
