VERY BAD STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. All 3 men who were working were very lazy and had bad work ethic. They didn’t care if customers left. longtime customer and first time I’ve had this bad service Will think twice before coming to this location. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Horrible experience there was an older man making my food he was very rude to me, he smashed my sandwich and made it very sloppy not to mention his attitude do not recommend this place at all it was a older man with earrings sassy attitude will be reported to corporate and city of mcallen.

THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE. This is probably the worst customer experience I’ve ever encountered. I did an online order, got to the store at my scheduled time and Luis told me that they didn’t have any online orders and told me to wait. I waited 10 minutes and got in line. I spoke to Alejandro and he told me that they can’t start preparing my order until after all the customers IN LINE are taken care of. I was so fed up at that point that i asked to speak to the manager and the third employee laughed and said ”I wish there was one.” After 30 minutes I finally got my order. Just absolutely pathetic customer service by these guys. I’ll never go back again.

Unacceptable work, lazinessis rampant in this location. Today my sandwich fell apart..SMH It's not hard to make a sandwich. And it's not hard to give good customer service. What's wrong with people these days.???

So... just walked out of this Subway after I watched the young girl make two sandwiches, the charge the meals, handle then money with her gloves on and the start making a salad grabbing the lettuce and other veggies with the same gloves

This place has really gone down. Everything looked dirty.floor, tables and area of the food station. The hams or the veggies didn't look well refrigerated. I walked out disgusted.

The boy behind the counter rolls his eyes just seems mad to take our order and someone walks in with a scooter and he stares at him for like 15 seconds and stops making my sandwich. Yawns on top of the sandwich like he's tired from doing nothing but being on his phone in the back ALSO DIDNT CHANGE HIS GLOVES AFTER EACH SANDWICH

Very Unwelcoming, I asked the employee if he can change his gloves he said in a very rude way “relax relax” I have been coming here last 20 years first time I will never come back to the subway location. Very bad staff and service.

Wednesday 21, 2018 at 3:40 P.M. the employee working there barely put meat and cheese on my 6 inch subway and I asked her nicely to put jalapenos but she only put one by one and I also had to ask her to put more but she kept on putting jalapenos one by one and she said that she would charge me to put more jalapenos and her attitude was hostile/adamant. I hope the manager sees this.

Non customer service oriented mind based ownership. They schedule 1 associate during lunch hour and they expect him to complete prepare an order, serve it, and ring it up at the register, all the while they have 5 people waiting in line give me a break I'll take my business elsewhere

If I go to one of your stores and ask for a BLT and not to cook the bacon that’s what I want I am the customer you can’t tell me that I had to have it cooked very rude service I been to several subways and asked them to not cook it and they don’t now I got a sandwich that I won’t eat because they cooked my bacon it’s already precooked

This location on 10thSt. McAllen, TX is very nice and clean! The gentleman and lady were very courteous and friendly. Sandwiches are so yummy! My favorite, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, fully loaded and slightly toasted...😍 and don't forget the chicken noodles and the white macadamia cookie! 🤩
