management

checkout
process,
and
the
manager
denied
the
availability
of
retrieving
the
hotel
rewards
points,
although
the
actual
corporate
of
the
hotel
company
gives
it
to
us.(which
by
the
way
is
the
managers
job
not
corporates).β
Worded
perfectly.
Its
very
upsetting
that
management
has
the
time
to
respond
to
these
review
comments,
but
not
the
time
to
actually
do
what
they
said
they
were
going
to
do.
They
act
like
they
are
so
concerned
when
in
reality
they
just
put
aside
our
concerns
when
we
were
staying
at
the
hotel.
Enrique
agreed
to
email
me
my
receipts
from
my
stay,
twice.
Yet
i
never
received
them.
I
had
called
3
times
about
it.
But
i
guess
since
we
are
not
there
anymore,
not
his
problem
right?
Very
unprofessional.
When
some
of
us
had
called
corporate
they
were
giving
us
our
points
that
we
rightfully
have
earned
because
we
were
paying
full
price,
yet
some
of
us
werenβt
so
lucky
because
Enrique
had
told
them
not
to
give
us
our
points.
Its
a
shame,
he
would
go
to
such
measures
to
refuse
government
agencies
their
points.
During
the
beginning
of
the
stay
it
was
fine.
Until
the
last
couple
months.
After
staying
there
for
a
full
year,
there
were
2
cleaning
staff
that
would
not
do
their
job
correctly,
they
would
go
through
your
belongings,
hotel
would
over
charge
some
people
and
there
is
a
roach
issue.
And
yes,
we
had
told
management
about
these
things.
Hotel
is
outdated.
