    If you think you are going to return from work and come back to this hotel and get peaceful rest, you are sadly mistaken. The cleaning staff make so much noise, and they love slamming the doors as hard as they can. They don't even try NOT to slam the door. It shakes the walls and floor. I understand they need to complete their jobs, and there will be movement and noise, but this is beyond that, and it's irritating. Going to the cart for a towel, door SLAMS. Go back in, door SLAMS. Back to the cart, door SLAMS. Back inside the room, door SLAMS. They make too much money off of traveling professionals for this type of nonsense. DO BETTER!

    We were there overnight after we crossed the Border of Mexico πŸ‡²πŸ‡½ to shopping there, room was clean so the restroom, breakfast was good too. It this also good because they are pet friendly.

    β€œAbsolute inadequate hotel management for checkout process, and the manager denied the availability of retrieving the hotel rewards points, although the actual corporate of the hotel company gives it to us.(which by the way is the managers job not corporates).” Worded perfectly. Its very upsetting that management has the time to respond to these review comments, but not the time to actually do what they said they were going to do. They act like they are so concerned when in reality they just put aside our concerns when we were staying at the hotel. Enrique agreed to email me my receipts from my stay, twice. Yet i never received them. I had called 3 times about it. But i guess since we are not there anymore, not his problem right? Very unprofessional. When some of us had called corporate they were giving us our points that we rightfully have earned because we were paying full price, yet some of us weren’t so lucky because Enrique had told them not to give us our points. Its a shame, he would go to such measures to refuse government agencies their points. During the beginning of the stay it was fine. Until the last couple months. After staying there for a full year, there were 2 cleaning staff that would not do their job correctly, they would go through your belongings, hotel would over charge some people and there is a roach issue. And yes, we had told management about these things. Hotel is outdated.

    Roaches.... Bugs ... Dirty Rooms, stained floors, cabinets with roach remains... i mean... idk what to say. I wouldn't let a dog stay here let alone a human. Front desk staff are nice but ... No... Just don't.

    Staff is friendly, social hours are cool. The rooms are nice. They have kitchenettes Breakfast is ok, the eggs are often burnt / overdone, and the oatmeal is a little watery. But there are other options like boiled eggs and yogurt along with waffles and cereal, toast and bagels. They also have a little snack shop area.

    This review is for housekeeping. The accommodations and front desk were good. However, housekeeping was horrible. I am 33 days into a 45 day stay and request that my room be cleaned once a week, first thing in the morning. They haven't shown up to clean until late afternoon, never first thing in the morning until today because I stopped them in the hallway. To save time for them, I strip the bedding and place all linens in the tub. I also store all my personal property in my luggage to get everything out of their way and leave a $10 tip. They just need to provide me with fresh linens, make the bed, vacuum, and wipe down the hard surfaces. The only thing they've ever done is provide me with fresh linens and make the bed, which still takes an hour. I know this because I time them. I called the front desk today and asked if I need to request that my room is vacuumed and hard surfaces are wiped down, and they said no. They are supposed to come back and do that but that was 30 minutes ago. The people I am staying with, who are in other rooms, are having the same issues. This place would be great if housekeeping did a better job.

    Great location with fantastic staff. Comfy hotel. It is unfortunately starting to show it's age and is need of a refresh. Still a great spot to stay.

    We enjoyed staying here over the last three months. The rooms have a lot space, we enjoyed the breakfast, social hour, and the hot tub. The staff is excellent! Everyone was helpful, hardworking, and kind! Thank you for welcoming us and making our stay such a great experience.

    I had reservations a week in advance for my business trip and when I arrived they had overbooked the hotel and the manager was no help. They are very unreliable.

    Deteriorated installation, particulary in the bathroom. Not enough towels, and water on the shower wasn't heated enough- . Plus, I had an issue with my credit card right after showing it on the front desk, made me really suspicious. Been a regular guest for the past 12 years but I believe next time I will look for another option.

    CHARGING $65 FOR MY DOG TO STAY HERE IS INSANE!! It’s way to much I could get a cheap hotel room for that price. Breakfast was alright and the front desk staff were fine too. My problem is with the price you’re charging for a pet is ridiculous. At most I’ve paid $25 at other stay brides for my dog to come.
