The manager was a bit rude I went to visit my mom to spend some quality time with her on her break but the manager got after her just because she was going on break while a family member was visiting, they also took a little while to take my order. Should the managers encourage the employees to invite there family and friends, so they can increase sales which in turn will create more job opportunities and people might want to join there team/ work for there restaurants or at least keep going?

Paid for an upgrade on my fries because im a french fry person. I always try some fries before I leave and the few I ate were hot and fresh so I left. I proceeded to eat the fries only to realize the rest of them were cold and stale. 🤮 It was like they used old fries that had been sitting for too long to fill the carton and sprinkled fresh fries on top to cover the old ones. YUCK! Not used to that kind of experience from this establishment. Very disappointed. The only reason they're getting two stars is because my burger was good.

Like always everything is in the middle of the bread, mustard, lettuce, pickle and tomato, everything needs to be spread out so you can taste a really good whataburger. Check out the pictures.

Love the food ! always order here on my lunch break, & when I do . Food is spectacular. The best whataburger here in the valley! so sad I can’t afford to come all the way to McAllen for a burger when I want one :(. but overall love this whataburger , they put so much love into the food

This whataburger does a very good job cooking the burgers 🍔. That's my problem with whataburger. Every restaurant cooks them differently. No consistency.

I love Whataburger, it should be the Official Burger of Texas!!! I had the Green Chili, Bacon Burger, my Son had the Sweet and Spicy Bacon Burger. Both Burgers come with double patties and cheese, both were awesome. We love their fries and pies! Everything is fresh the buns are perfect and you have a good selection of add ONS to choose from. Plus, you can customize your burger at no extra charge like toasted bun, or extra veggies. If you are visiting Texas you gotta give them a try.

Food is often warm, sometimes hot. Yet, better than othe Whataburgers close by. Friendly service. Restroom cleanliness is hit and miss. Most of the time, restroom is dirty. The restaurant itself is also more or less clean. We often have to grab some sanitizing wipes to clean off our table.

Rosbel, was very attentive & repeated my order. I could tell he was new at this location, he was still learning and did very well with my complicated customizations in my order, kudos! Great Job Rosbel! You got this!
