First time customer and definitely will come back. They accepted me as a walk-in and were reasonably priced! They were really busy but also multitasking us all especially since I had to sit and wait for the lift to take affect. No burning in my eyes and the head supported chairs were a definite plus and the reason I chose to come here when I researched services!

Warning! Do not get lashes done there. I wanted to cry; actually I did cry leaving from there. Brow threading is good and that’s why they get a 2. I had lashes done and same day I had to pay at another salon to remove them. They were stiff as hay and she cut them straight so they looked horrible. My natural lashes had been damaged very badly.

Professional and and nice staff. I always get attended very quickly have been coming here for years. I moved to austin and this is still the only place I get my eyebrows done. Highly recommend!

Great service I was nervous at first did the threading but it really doesn't hurt just a little pinch Magaly really cleaned my eyebrows very well will be back

So Magali took her time to do my eyebrows and I thought she was doing a good job but she took off way too much and left my eyebrow looking straight. Make sure you tell them what you like and don’t like or just don’t go at all, I wish I hadn’t gone today she MESSED THEM UP!
