I was in an awful accident and been going to Rio Health Medical for the better part of 2 years. I must say they are wonderful. I ended up needing surgery and Dr. Fulp performed the surgery. Everything went smooth. From the front desk ladies to the P.As to the Doctor. I am truly back to normal. I credit the staff for everything they did. Even a phone call after the surgery just to make sure everything went well. I even did my therapy with them and everything was just awesome. If I could give them 1million stars I would. All I can say is THANK YOU!

I've been coming to rio health medical Ever since my injury and I must say the staff of nurses, doctors and surgeons have been outstanding and amazing taking care of my every need due to my injury. I am totally satisfied with the services. Also everyone is very nice and humble very easy to start a good conversation with and they really hear you out.

I don’t agree with M Medina. I don’t agree with people that give 1-stars disproportionately. I’ve been a patient with RioHealth for years. Their staff is very attentive and I’m pretty sure if Medina would have spoken with them, they would have accommodated him/her. RioHealth’s medical staff is awesome! While they may take their time, they are thorough. They aren’t like other doctors that make you feel like you are on a conveyor…5 minute visit. It’s worth the wait to get what you need.

Very bad service the medical assitant when she calls you in can't pronounce your name they should hire someone that can pronounce pts names correctly and I was placed in a room and they forgot about me they came in after 45 minutes and we're surprised there was a lpt in the room lol how can you trust a clinic when they forget who they place in the rooms and how they have no control of how many pts are going to be seen

My appointment was at 11:30am I arrived at 10:45am so I could do paper work they called me back at 12pm and it's now 1pm and the dr still hasn't came into the room I still have other appointment that have been pre-made for my employment so now it's going to reflect bad on me if I have to reschedule or arrive to my other appointments late all because this place doesn't have there stuff together and it's not like are busy It was only me and another person here when I got here

The PAs and the doctors give excellent service..the staff are very nice and caring for their patients....they take their time to explain your conditions....helped me recover from injury quick.

Dr Santos did Carple tunnel surgery on my right wrist and trigger finger release on my left long finger, I didn't think it was going to turn out as well as it did, staff and Dr here are wonderful after surgery and therapy pain is 90% gone thanks Dr Santos

Doctors and staff are very friendly and fun to talk with. They build a bond with you well conducting your exam so you feel more at ease. Highly recommended.

Very good attention from all the staff

Dr. Fulp operated on my husband and did a great job. Now my husband's spine is fine and pain-free. Everyone at the clinic is very kind. Thank you all for your attention.
