Ask for your tuna sandwich hot! They can prepare your order, just fill out a paper sheet with all the available ingredients, I ask for my sandwich extra toasted and with pickles. They have really good stuff and specials! Seating area available for you to enjoy your lunch. Sandwiches are not hot and ready so plan your trip. Buffalo chicken wrap is delicious too!

Definitely love coming here. Love the fresh produce and the variety of it as well. You struggle to find certain veggies at local HEB but now you can find here. Great variety of vitamins and natural supplements. They offer great customer service help qith any questions you might have. I love the layout to be honest. You dont know where something is you just look up and they have the section names Big and Bold up top for you.

Prices are much lower than HEB!! SPROUTS think about the general population and offers foods to citizens with special needs as Lactose Free, sea salt with iodine, no sodium, no white sugar products. I need to go to HEB at sharry road to find these medical needs foods. Your quality and employees are trained by excellence. With Marcos' last night I was able to pay at a self service register. As a vegan who visits the valley often, it is awesome that there is a health food store with a wide selection to choose from. Thank you so much for being here. And the new vegan chocolate chip cookies right next to the door are super yummy :-)

This place had expired chip bags, I ate them and within hours I was sick. They expired in January. I called the manager and told him about it, I don't know if he removed them or not but that's terrible to have them on self for so long.

Pretty good, the variety is good but not amazing. You'd think they would be the first to ban plastic bags, but I guess that's too much to ask from anywhere in Texas. So far the best place in McAllen for vegan and healthy food.

I love Sprouts! I don't get to go here as often as I'd like, but I love the small town feel of the grocery store. There is an excellent and very unique selection of so many things. I always come out with something new to try. The soup bar and deli are amazing too. Enjoy! Update: Still amazing! And everything pumpkin has arrived for fall!

I came to this store looking for a specific supplement. As soon as I got to the supplement section, an employee who saw I was looking for something offered help. I told her what I was looking for and she found it very quickly. I had spent so much time in a previous store only looking for this supplement or for an employee that could help me find it. Everyone seemed to turn around when they saw I was about to ask for help. So I was very impressed at the willingness of the employees of this store to help. I've been back a couple of other times and this attitude of helpfulness is constant every single time. I am a happy customer.

Very clean store, well lit, easy to navigate. Very good for vitamins and supplements. Excellent selection of foods. Well stocked depts (deli, meats, seafood, ready to eat meals, dairy, bulk dry goods).

Had the needed items plus a few other surprises. Pleasantly surprised with the customer service. A young lady escorted me to the items requested. Will return.

The place was clean and organized. I like getting the pistachio muffins, the honeycomb chocolate, and the kids meals were a nice snack. They also have Guayaki yerba mate which I have a hard time finding. My favorite is the Enlighten mint but the other flavors looked great too.

Decent little specialty food store with some nice selection of items. It's no Central Market so don't get your hopes too high. If you live in McAllen, you have three choices. HEB, Walmart and Sprouts. It's South Texas after all.

The deli stopped preparing their signature sandwiches with specialty bread 😭 No more ciabatta, sourdough, etc. just regular boring bread. Also, making us pay for bags, 10 cents each. I refuse to pay for bags that I am just going to throw away. Now, I just transport my stuff loose in my cart just like I do at Samsclub.

This supermarket in North McAllen is very popular. They have healthy groceries and ready to eat meals, the produce section is small but they have plenty of fruits and fresh vegetables for you to choose from. The vitamins and supplements section is massive with unique products and other items

Love this place! We had one close to us in Utah, then we moved here to Southern Texas, we found one it’s about a hour away which means I don’t get to go once a week or more like I used to but it’s worth the drive! Maybe a Sprouts will open up in Brownsville or Harlingen Texas, hint hint Sprouts

I love Sprouts because you can find unusual products there that can't be found at traditional stores.

Great produce and items. Friendly staff. However, they often have only one checkout line opened besides the self-chexkout which is not fun if you have a basket full of items.

I like to come here to get my favorite fermented pickles. The only comment I have is maybe if the employers are more welcoming they didn't really say hello or ask if I need help with anything. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.

I like the self checkout now. It gets us out of there fast. Meat is reasonably priced and the deli food is very good.

Never again will I go to Sprouts!!!! Reason being was that the employees were rude when my mom asked one of the employees for a certain product she was informing about. The employee, a female said she did not know where it was and that my mom should go down the vitamin section and see if my mom could find what she was looking for. My mom found what she needed and we proceeded to the checkout. The employees at the checkout area did not acknowledge us, they were to busy in a conversation between the both of them. Very unprofessional customer service!!!!

Moved to the area and was looking for something to replace my love for Trader Joe’s. This is close, but the prices and some items seem outrageous. Coming from Chicago, I am used to seeing higher priced groceries, but some items seem to be marked up for no reason. Cute place to check out though for snacks and alcohol.

This is a fantastic store with a wide variety of wholesome foods. The meat is real fine quality. They have some real good bakery items. You can buy in bulk on many kitchen foods, i.e. cereal, flour, nuts, sugars, etc. A great shopping experience!

A feel good grocery store! It's clean, well organized and fully stocked. They have a great variety of plant based foods. It's easy to eat healthy when you shop at Sprouts!

I know people say this place is expensive but I think their prices are great. I got all organic and spent about $15 less than what I usually do at the popular nearby grocery store. I buy enough for 7 days of juicing. Everything is reasonably priced, always have$3.99 for varieties of wine and the people are helpful.

Great store, well stocked. Great produce and found everything I went for and more. Sweet cashier. We saw a worker outside he was picking up liter and bending over, the company needs to get a set of grippers to save the workers backs. Love Sprouts
