    The morning crew and manager is always professional; however tonight I was disappointed in the way the crew treated an elderly couple, clearly they wasn't tech savi and needed some help on the new ordering pad..The crew treated them so rude.I went over to assist. I truly feel as if you don't have good customer service you shouldn't work with customers. If it wasnt for the customers you wouldn't have a check.. this is the bs they gave us..update after speaking with Lele the manager she is clearly going to have our food remade and will speak to the staff bc this location typically does not have bad service.

    What defective leadership/staff is running this excuse for an establishment? No Baja blast, and an 10-15 min wait during non-rush hours? This is ridiculous. I can excuse a wait, but having no Baja Blast is a sin that should be punished severely and risk losing their charter to have the Taco Bell Name. What a disgrace.

    Waited 51 minutes in drive thru line with a mobile order, hit the speaker at 1:20, 40 minutes before they closed, the speaker said they were closed. Talked to a young gentleman that said they didn't feel like making food anymore. Please update your hours if you're not going to be open until 2:00. Drive thru is too small to escape once you go in so you are stuck until everyone gets out of line.

    I always regret eating here, I only visited this time because someone else requested it. The quality of meat has gone down hill and should probably not be eaten by anyone. Tacos are usually soggy because of the amount of grease, and I always have tummy troubles after eating it. Never again....

    This Taco Bell at lake Dow is a very nice Taco Bell to visit. The customer service is always great. They give you your sauces and napkins at the first window and your food at the second window. I always like to order a Mexican pizza meal here the Mexican pizza is always how I like it and has plenty of toppings on the pizza. The food at this Taco Bell is always fresh and it never seems to be cooked in old oil it is always fresh oil as how the food tastes. I do go out of my way to eat at this Taco Bell when I'm looking for a good Taco Bell lunch. There is plenty of parking for this Taco Bell in this area and the parking is wheelchair ♿ accessible. The reason why is it is our favorite Taco Bell to visit is because it has Starbucks and Chick-fil-A all in the same parking lot. Which are two of our other fav places to visit. The traffic can be difficult pulling out so in the back you can go on the back road that leads over to a Publix shopping center where there is a red light that you can use to exit onto the main rodeway. Also just across the street is Heritage Park where you can go and visit a huge acreage of a picnic area, playground, a pavilion to sit under, restrooms and a war veteran memorial.

    Despite the cars in front of us ordering faster than I anticipated, AND the app kicking out one of my meals, causing me to have to add that meal in again, the staff at this location, were patient! We received hot, well-prepared food. That was a blessing since it was late, and my boys and I had not had dinner! Thank you! “Miss Tami”

    This place is good for the food but the service is not. Well on the doordash delivery the workers in the back did not even acknowledge the fact that I was there for over 5 to 10 minutes. Although they did get me my order on time regardless of the lack of enthusiasm for it.

    Leaving this review only because of the young white young male working the drive thru last night. He was very nice and personable. I wish I had my receipt to leave a corporate review. That was the BEST customer service I have ever received from this location! I hope the right person sees this and he is acknowledged!

    You have me a quesadilla with nothing in it... Charged me for the steak and beans and cheese and sauce and gave me nothing... You suck... You know something needed to go in there

    I’ve honestly never had a more positive experience at a fast food restaurant. The employees are all so incredibly kind it caught me off guard! Everyone had such a positive attitude. Our food was also so fresh & exactly as ordered.

    They had absolutely 3 employees working in this Taco Bell. These 3 employees chose to continue to run this store and asking their customers. To be patient with that, said their customers were patient. I don't understand how you have expect. 3 people to run a store on a Thursday night, but they pushed it out. And they pushed the food out correctly. They need a raise.

    They use to have a young white male on the late night shift that was sooooo happy and that made the experience so much better. I haven't seen him in a while and the quality of the service, food and experience has gon3 down but still pretty good. Last time I came, the food wasn't even toasted and almost cold. That was the first time they disappointed me but like I said usually good service and food.

    We’ve been in this line for about 20 minutes and still haven’t ordered yet. I dont know what those workers are doing in there but they need to do better. Ps: the girl who finally took our order was very nice shoutout to her

    The dining room was hot and dirty. Service is very slow because they are understaffed. 100% kiosk to order with no one up front. That's ok, but it would be nice to get your cups if you set for 35 mins waiting on your order.
