white lady who appeared to be the manager refused my coupon (buy 1 20oz, get 1 free) that i have used at this location 3 times before. she then proceeded to annoy and refuse others customers about special request in their drinks which could have easily been done. i was sitting there for about 10 minutes and every single customer she interacted with left the establishment upset about one thing or another. have been going to this smoothie king for about 2 years now and will not be returning

WTH is going on with this location??? I placed an online order and it is now 8:20 and nobody is at this location. The sign on window says open and they should be but it's pitch black with no employees. Now other customers are arriving for their orders as well and nobody is in the building.. Very bad business. Where are the managers and why are they not aware that their store isn't open??

I was excited about this place, as smoothie king is one of my favorite places, and have frequented here a few times. Will not be going back. After I ordered two smoothies, yes tip included, I went back in for a cup of water about 15 min later. I asked if I could have a cup of water, was told no in a rather snarky tone (why? I don't know). So i asked if I could just have a cup and was told I would have to pay for it. I was fine with paying, but the attitude was completely uncalled for, especially after I just spent money there for a full order. It wasnt like I just came in for a cup of water. And even if i did, someone could have politely said "We can sell you a cup and we have bottled water" which is what I ended up getting anyway. In conclusion, the attitude [for a cup of water] was very off-putting, and I will not be returning.

Really good smoothies! I love the peanut power plus and my son loves the banana boat because it tastes like banana split. I like that they are open till 9 pm. Very clean store and friendly service.

Came to this location after a workout feeling great. I just wanted a protein shake but was unsure how to order or if I could build something because the options on the menu wasn't what I was looking for. Well the 2 employees that were there were not patient and the woman was short and rude. My shake actually tasted I was drinking a cup of milk. I went back and ask if they had any chocolate syrup or something I can put on top to add flavor. She looked at me shaking her head and breathing heavy like no. Luckily dunkin was right next door and had chocolate syrup. I will not be back to this location.

I love my smoothies and the King is here. Great taste and very filling. The only thing is the management should be amended of themselves for the uncleanliness of the furniture. I asked months ago would they be changing out these chairs and the older Indian guy who I believe is the owner said yes.

I have never had a problem at this location. Smoothies are always good.

After waiting 20 minutes and no one came to take my order I asked the lady was anyone working the register, she responded and said once they get caught up. I understand they had orders to make however you should always acknowledge people who are waiting to place orders. No one should have to wait almost 30 minutes to place an order. I walked out because this is no place I’ll be spending my money and the customer service is poor!
