Karen was absolutely wonderful! She was very respectful and relaxing. And when she asks about stretching, do it! It's very light and very therapeutic. I feel like a whole new women and can definitely go and take a good 3 hour nap now. 10/10 can't wait for my next visit!!!

This was the best massage I've ever had!! Siera was so thorough while working to manage the knots in my lower back and she identified other areas that needed some intensive work as well. Beyond that she was very informative on after-massage care and things I could do at home to improve my trouble areas. Hands down the best experience!!

Small. Quaint. Smells great. Booked 60 min deep tissue massage, my massage was cut short by At least 12 min. No bueno. I don’t think that my masseuse is very experienced. Or maybe I just don’t like her technique. My massage was average. I felt a lot of thumbs. I expected some arm action there wasn’t much of that. There was a lot of one hand action which was confusing to me. I never quite felt fully relaxed. The massage felt rushed. The oil made me itchy. Her hands were cold af, it was a little chilly in there but I managed. Honestly I wasn’t impressed.

I booked my first professional massage as a treat for myself and I am very pleased that I chose R&R Massage! The location was easy to find with plenty of parking. Studio was very welcoming, clean, and inviting. Desk personnel was very friendly and professional. Austin was amazing and very personable. He explained everything that he was doing and made me feel very comfortable during our session. I definitely feel much better and will be returning to continue my self-care process with R&R! Indi’s Yoga class is Great !!She is a really a Superstar ! Very informative and knows what she is doing. She’s hands on and also cares. The vibe is nice and calming ! I’m getting used to being comfortable with group Yoga and her sessions are always uplifting ✨Beautiful spirit !

I took a yoga class led by Stephanie and it was fantastic. It was so lovely. The instructor was very calming and knowledgeable. The moves were all very easy to follow and easily adjustable. The studio was perfectly lit and so cool. Every need was thought of and Siera the owner of R&R has thought of everything to make it comfortable and relaxing. Love this place! Can't wait to take the next class!
