My experience of getting a pedicure here was horrible and what I feel like unfair and a customer rip off . I paid for a deluxe pedicure which included a foot mask and “massage” (which is the part I mostly look forward to being that I stand on my feet a lot). The nail tech only applied the mask to my leg nor did she give me a massage as advertised. She only applied lotion at the end, rubbed it in for about 10 seconds and that was the quote on quote “massage”. When I spoke to who I’m assuming to be the owner he stated that the foot mask is only applied to the legs, not the actual foot which is very misleading and unheard of. If that was the case I would have just booked for a basic pedicure. As far as the work, it was also horrible. The paint was extremely uneven, not smooth AT ALL and to make matters worse the nail tech had to take off the nail paint completely and let another nail tech correct the job which resulted in a longer stay. You do not get what you pay for at this establishment and they expect for you to pay for bare minimum/poor quality work. So unfair to the consumer, I will not be back

Had pedicure and it was okay. I wanted manicure for upcoming cruise. Tech said wouldnt last and I needed SNS or gel. Told her I didn’t want my nails grinded a lot. Said she wouldn’t. When I went back and had SNS removed my nails were horrible. Grind was so deep and uneven. Had regular manicure and told her my nails were ground too much. She said they were fine. Polish was uneven and wavy on my long nails. I have very strong nails but had to remove polish cause they were so brittle and bending . Had to cut them all down to the quick so I can let them grow out again. I’m so disappointed and unhappy. I will find somewhere new and not return here for any nail treatment. Look at ends how ground and sensitive since so thin now.

I got my Christmas nails done today by KIM and she did a FABULOUS job!! She is so precise and detailed and so professional and sweet!! You MUST go and let Kim do your nails for ALL occasions!! You will not be disappointed!! I HIGHLY recommend Kim at Lush Nails!!💯💜💅

Was created upon arrival - taken to pedi chair right away. No “menu” offered and had to grab my own off a counter before I sat down. Thumbed thru menu and decided what I wanted. Waited. Waited. After about 10 minutes at least of no one even walking by me, I was about to leave and a nice older lady who spoke no English, offered to get foot bath started and advised the guy who greeted me I was still waiting. 3 min later someone came from the back and started my pedi. It was ok at best. Definitely won’t be going back as I’m only here a few weeks but if I lived here, I also wouldn’t go back as there are plenty of other places with much better reviews. I was given total at register - but told to pay with card - I wanted to pay cash so price was lowered for a cash price I guess… handed her $100 for a $65 pedi and given change of $15…. I already had handed her a tip and had to explain that $65 and $15 doesn’t make $100 and finally was given the other $20. Just not a great experience overall.

Vivian does fantastic quality work on my nails! My long nails actually lasts when she does them (no breaking or lifting). I never feel rushed and she always listens to my picky needs. Best nail tech I’ve found in the area!

I would not come here! The classic deluxe is supposed to include a sugar rub + massage & the tech went so quick! He rubbed my skin raw with the sugar rub and the massage was rubbing in lotion on my legs! My sister also had a pedicure done and left with scratches all over her legs because of the tech’s nails.

I decided to visit today inspite of the amount of negative reviews. I actually enjoyed the atmosphere. Wasn't the best nail shop I've been to neither waa it the worst. I encountered great customer service, everyone was polite and friendly. I was serviced by Sally, she was kind. She did rush through certain parts but she took her time on other parts, kinda hard to complain. Overall the place was beautiful inside and clean. I will be returning.

Got gel nail polish and they didn't even fully cure it. The polish itself is messy, far away from my cuticle, and you can see the different layers of it. This is worse than what I do myself at home with cheap nailpolish dont waste your money.
