The moment I walked in the door the staff welcomed me with with respect and treated me well. They did not rush me and took time to answer all my questions in detail and explained all the steps in such a away that made me feel confident that I had chosen the right place. When I left I felt as I was leaving family. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends.

I was a little skeptical due to the bad experience I had with the dental office that initially made my top denture (not Affordable Denture) but the staff at this office are absolutely amazing!!! They were very understanding of my situation and even made sure I would have my denture before the 4th of July. The office manager was a lifesaver and the dental assistant that worked with me (sorry I don't know her name) was so caring and reassuring. This dental office exceeded my expectations. I recently had dental surgery and while it was not fun, the Doctor was the BEST and most gentle and patient. The minute I felt any pain he stopped and administered more pain medicine. The major surprise was that after a few days his awesome staff called to see if I needed anything, then in a few weeks the doctor called to ask how things were healing? Now to me that is simply unheard of!!!! Now, when you walk into the office you are greeted, they smile and say hello. This is a happy office if you have a dental phobia these wonderful people will put you right at ease. Everyone in the office treats you with respect and kindness. Sounds a little crazy but, everyone was so happy I was happy too.

I had a good experience today. The tech and doctor were very nice. They each listened to my concerns. They took the impressions efficently and with minimal discomfort. I was disaponted that I would have a wait a week for my first wax try in. I was under the impression I would have my completed denture much quicker. I was surprised how much routine maintenance was left undone. The arms of the chairs in the waitind room had wooden arms with all the finish worn off. In the exam room there was a hole in the wall with installation sticking out. The equipment itself looked old, worn and some how just not as clean as you would think it would be. The walls need paint ...and on and on. The entire office needs a clutter check and a total refresh. I believe it is upper management at fault . Worn out stuff does not make a good impression. It is hard to clean. It will never look quite right Many things need to be repaired or replaced.

My experience has been very good , Dr Bempah has been the best to my dad and has helped him every step of the way, he’s been going to him for his top and bottom sets and he’s loved them i recommend going to them

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Took 4 days for them to return my calls, and that does not count weekends. Also, in the information paper it stated at all new denture warranty work would be honored up to one year, but when I inquired I was told it’s up to the individual Manager dentist and the dentist there didn’t not honor this statement. That statement should be removed if not true for all locations!!

I went to this establishment and was welcomed with open arms! Ms V the office manager is an Angel!!!! Her staff is wonderful, Tah and Jeremy were Amazing, they took care of me with no hesitation! Dr Bempah was great and suggested other things to consider when it comes to my dental health! I will be back!!!!! Thanks again!!!!!!!

I would not advise no one to ever go to this practice. The doctor is not friendly he does not listen to the patients opinion about their own dentures or partials he does whatever he wants to do . One of the finance companies he has doesn’t have a 1800 number! He wanted me to sign a paper to say my dentures was right and they wasn’t. So I did get my teeth but they got my money 😡😡😡😡

great location! very professional staff and the doctor actually called to check on me after a tooth extraction That was a very nice gesture. This is an extremely clean facility with complementary waters while you wait with a tv and a few bibles to pick up and enjoy!

This place is amazing all around! Honestly being really affordable, not just advertising it. Amazing staff, great doctor and most importantly, a free consultation. And being a single dad of two boys, I need free!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Bempah! Tochelle & Essence were kind & helpful with any questions I had. The lab tech Jeremy did a great job on my partial. I would definitely recommend this locations services for anyone that has this need.

Don’t waste your money I paid $4000 and have crooked teeth that they will not fix. They only had an excuse why they were crooked. I feel like I was charged for premium and got economy.

At first I thought it was a mistake when the girl said I wouldn't be able to eat with false teeth. But the doctor worked with me and listened to me. Now I have a wonderful smile and can eat real food. It was well worth it. Thanks to everyone.
