Very good service, food, and location. They're right off the main road and they have a wide selection of choices for breakfast that sound enticing, which is saying something coming from me since I'm not really a breakfast person. The food turned out quite delicious as well. The only thing I was slightly sad about was the size of their hot chocolate. At the one I usually go to I get a large cup and this cup here was rather small in comparison.

Ordered 2x2x2 online. Found gum in the plate, which was under the pancakes, after I was halfway through the meal. I had to drive all the way back to get a refund. Not to mention this is also in the height of Covid-19 and gum in a customer's food is extremely unsafe. UPDATE- I also wanted to mention what happened when I went back to ask for the refund. The manager tried to tell me the green gum was egg when its clearly a chewed piece of gum. She tried to gaslight me about what was on the plate and didn't even apologize or offer any solution to help rectify my inconvenience of having to drive back to get a refund because I wasn't able to finish my food due to an error on their part. That's terrible customer service and I was highly disappointed with my experience from this iHop location. You have to treat your customers better than that. I wouldn't lie about gum in my plate especially if it causes me to drive all the way back just for $8. I would've liked to just ate my meal rather than go through the hassle I had to go through because they left gum in my plate.

Took my child to get some pancakes. This location was pretty decent. They did have a little bit of a weight but it wasn't too bad. I overheard a couple behind me say that they wanted crack eggs. I asked them why they said that and they said if not all the eggs are powdered. I didn't never realized this. I feel that something was held back from me. I asked the waitress to adjust the eggs and she was happy to. The was good. This won't be a regular stop but I possibly go again in the future.

It was super busy! We were very hesitant to get a table but at least management apologized to all of us and said they would help us as quick as possible. Our server was Kristal whom was awesome and accommodating. This IHOP host brand new menus, not the icky sticky ones. The food was delicious! I'm really glad we selected this restaurant. Even being swamped and busy, it is still possible to be courteous, respectful, professional and efficient!

Our server Haley was simply amazing . She was very attentive, the food was fresh and hot. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at this location. We'll definitely be back. Ask for Haley when you stop by. The steak tips and pancakes are sooooooo good.

when i go in have two employees in front and they didn't even say good morning. I was greeted by a lady standing behind the wall near the kitchen. the coffee was dirty old, and pouring the syrup and salt was broken. I told the waitress to change it for me and she said they were all broken. a company with so much money and things like that. I'm not going back to the restaurant.

IHOP always provides a traditional, tasty breakfast every visit. The host/server was sweet and mindful, and the food was good as usual. I enjoyed strawberry banana 🍓 🍌 French Toast 🍞 with scrambled 🍳 eggs hash browns and turkey 🥓. My cousin enjoyed sirloin eggs and blueberry pancakes 🥞. Our meals came out in a timely matter. Cool experience if I do say so myself

The staff was more interested in chatting together in a back room than waiting on tables. My food arrived warm, not hot with a different wait person asking if this was my order. The coffee was excellent. When I went to pay, no one came to take my money so I had to install the mobile app to pay. Terrible service! And it was NOT busy.

We placed an order via the IHOP website and had it delivered to our place of business. We ordered an omelet which was good and two Jalapenos Burgers, both burgers by the looks of it seemed like it was cooked for color on both sides and it was completely raw on the inside, and had no seasoning. We called in around 12:15 pm and reported it, the lady on the phone stated that we would need to bring it back to the restaurant and have them look at it for them to do anything about it. We had it delivered because we are at work so if we were able to bring it to them, we wouldn't have had it delivered in the first place. The online ordering options should also include options on how the customer wants their food cooked.

Cordell, the cook staff and the atmosphere was just comforting and welcoming. This was our first visit, so I must say, “HATS OFF TO THE ENTIRE CREW!” The hospitality, courteousness, and entrees did not waiver. Normally you have to request condiments with certain entrees’, they read our minds@3:38am😝 Thanks for a GREAT experience!

My visit was between lunch and dinner so the restaurant was nice and quiet and not too busy. I ordered my regular from the 55 plus menu and like always it was Perfect to my Taste. 😋

Tanasya was our server and we had a great experience. There was no wait. We had a large party.our food came out hot, fast, and delicious. The strawberry and cream crepes are so a must have.

Coming here can be a hit or miss. Some days you come in and get greeted promptly and seated right away. You can get great service. Other times you come in and it's super busy, which is fine but this is when you receive short hand service. Overall its a decent place to grab breakfast with the family.

Breakfast any time all the time, except we Actually cam For breakfast And it was fantastic. The staff is chipper and nice and made us feel very welcome.

Very clean, our waitress was so friendly & attentive. Late Breakfast (dinner) Soo good. Had I believe it was called "classic breakfast" .... 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage links, 2 ham, hash browns, & 2 pancakes plus a veteran day stack w/ berries. So nice of u IHOP to recognize our veterans & their sacrifice. Much appreciated. 🤗

Service was okay. But our food was not good. The chicken tenders were overcooked and hard. The steak in the omelet was overcooked and tough. Our waitress was nice and friendly. They need to do better. I will not be returning.

Me and my wife went Thanksgiving weekend Saturday then Sunday. Saturday Camilla was a great server! She smiled and interacted with us seemly! The food was also good. Sunday however, was totally different. Didn't eat my breakfast because I found hair in the omelette. Didn't complain either, just had coffee and left. Due to Camilla and Sarah, we will return but will inspect the food!

Dined here for the famous pancakes of course! Ariana was our server, she was polite. Table wasn’t stocked, no sugar options for coffee and only one type of syrup and it was very dirty. No ketchup. Food came out hot. But I wasn’t happy with the omelet and side of bacon. Asked it not to be crispy so it came out undercooked. Didn’t complain but didn’t eat it. Paid for it all and left. As a previous server, anytime I noticed a guest didn’t eat or barely touched their food I’d ask if there was an issue with it. Ariana didn’t seem to care, when I turned down the to go box that was indication of the unsatisfactory items.

I was eating in the dine in area and there was a BIG ROACH crawling by my purse. I immediately called management, the waiter killed it they explained that it was exterminators just there. I am done eating at this location. 😩 I didn't eat my food. I walked right out of this place. There should be an inspection done at this location because I told them the area on the other side smells like the bathroom 🚻. Good Luck!!!

Wish I could give it lower. Checked in, got seated. Waited almost 30 min for someone to take our order and nothing. 4⃣ separate people walked by, no one did or said anything. We ended up leaving and found a new Mexican place that was better.

This IHOP tucked away for real tho. Ain't gonna lie that breakfast is legitimately for champions at this point 💯💯🔥🔥loved the omelette and the pancakes 🥞 melted in my mouth. Probably top three IHOP on the south side. Top tier service too only problem is i had a party of ten and my server wasn't given enough help to keep up. This place a 9 out of 10 tho 🔥🔥

Food is always amazing! Service was just okay, nothing spectacular, but of course smooth. Price is priced correct for the amount of food that you're getting. Clean-ish..... I'm sure we'll go back here again,!

IHOP has really come up! I haven’t eaten here in probably 10 years because the food just wasn’t up to par. I’m so glad I went back! This food was amazing! The blueberry pancakes were light and fluffy. They didn’t fall apart after I put syrup on them. The impossible sausage was delicious. I don’t eat meat so I didn’t eat the omelet but my children devoured it! The grits were perfect. I’m definitely returning!

We come here because we usually get great service and we did. I only have 1 complaint; when we walked in there was a worker (not sure if he was the host, but he sat us) at the front and granted he was working (slowly), he didn't bother to greet anyone that came in the door. He looked up at everyone who came in the door and just kept doing what he was doing after looking people in the face. It was quite rude.

stopped in 1 morning for a quick breakfast. Strawberry banana protein pancakes, egg whites, beyond veggie sausage. Reason i stopped in I was soooooo glad to see the beyond veggie sausage & not the impossible✊🏾😋

Like always food and service was great like always. Waitress was so nice and attentive and made sure that got everything we needed. Place was very clean And staff was very friendly and our waitress I think was Jessie, I hope we get her again.

I always have a wonderful experience visiting this location. It has become my go-to when considering where to eat out at. I can rely on my visit here to be pleasant every time. The young man Daniel has added to the experience, always providing wonderful customer service and attentiveness.

My boyfriend thought he was doing my son and I a favor by ordering takeout from here on 9/26. When he got home, we realized that a few things from our order was missing. Our total was close to $40 and I did expect the items we purchased, so I called. I wish I could have remembered the managers name I spoke with but I don’t. With some confusion in our conversation, I just requested that we get a refund for those items instead of driving all the way back there. She informs me that it would take 5-7 business days to go back to my card. Well, it’s 10/9 and I still haven’t gotten my money back nor can I get someone to answer the phone. While my $10-12 meal isn’t much, it’s the simple fact that you lied to a customer about doing your job correctly. You didn’t know if that was the only meal I will have today or if I would be able to afford my next one. Do better Ihop. You lost my business and I will be reaching out to corporate to get my funds back because that’s a couple of gallons of gas I could definitely use right now. Thanks for that.

We had the protein pancakes. They were tasty but kind of dry. We should have added a lot more butter while they were hot. We couldn't add enough syrup. The bacon was a little bland tasting. They seemed short-handed so service was a little slow but good. Overall it was a nice meal.

On this particular visit 10/09/22. I waited patiently for an online order that I placed at 10am and received @1120am in the diner. Only to get home to find that half my order although on the receipt, was not accounted for, even after I was assured that it was in the bag. The manager did apologize, but that brought very little resolve. I will revisit the restaurant and change my review if the service is more satisfactory.

The service was very good, our waitress was very nice. The wait was a bit but it's iHOP so there is almost always a wait.The atmosphere was good, thankfully no loud music and not to much noise. I ordered the double blueberry pancakes, the pancakes themselves were made well and tasty but the blueberry sauce they add on top was too sweet for me. I also wish they would keep the syrup flavors on the table instead of having to ask for them (it's more simple).
