HORRIBLE!!! Don't waste your time or money. I spent $70 to get 2 burned pizzas that looked like cardboard and were sitting so long they got cold (even though they said my order wasn't ready for 30 mins after the system said it was). The garlic knots were very small, and the cinnamon sticks looked like a mess of dough and glitter slime, both also cold. The only half edible items were a few cheese sticks and the Detroit pizza (which was the ONLY item that was hot). The employee working the counter was not only rude and unhelpful, but also wasn't wearing a mask. None of the employees were wearing them either. The worst part is, I decided to buy from Pizza Hut because of a birthday promotion they sent me. The experience was embarrassing and very unpleasant when I opened the food for my guests. Happy birthday from Pizza Hut I guess... I'll be calling corporate to demand a refund. I don't give bad reviews often so if you're reading this, trust all the negative reviews, they are spot on.

Didn't know they only have a certain amount of personal pan pizzas made everyday, management is lacking. I come here often (it's the only one near me) and this is a very sad establishment. I visited yesterday and they had NO drinks, although I paid for one online...they need help. In all areas. A montg ago, I received a personal pan that was seasoned differently but was very delicious. The one I ordered yesterday was made by someone who couldn't care less.

Pizza looked and tasted delicious! UPDATE 09.04.17: Added another picture- Premium Veggie pizza-- ordered tonight. I never have any issues with my food---its always good. Never skimpy on the toppings either😋

Absolutely horrible experience. Placed my order through the website at 6:50 and estimated delivery was at 7:37. I got a text saying door dash would be delivering my order, the Pizza Hut store called me at 7:30 to tell me that they were out of Pepsi so I chose another drink. After Door Dash getting lost and me talking with them on the phone, I finally got my food dropped off at my door without a knock at 8:15 and I'm missing my drink. I called the store and told the lady that answered and she said that the driver left it on the counter. I asked if they were going to deliver it and she said no because I ordered through door dash and I can come pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This Pizza Hut has the worst pizzas! I ordered two medium pizzas when I looked at them they had barley any toppings and burnt around the edges. I asked for a remake, when I came back for pick up, the same pizzas with new tape on the boxes. The rude manager comes out and says “that’s the way the oven makes them” I just took them and left the store! Please don’t spend your money here or you’re going to be dissatisfied.

Simply bad pizza these days. Haven't had pizza hut in a while. Ordered a personal pan supreme pizza. When I arrived at the store, pizza was ready but was a small. No personal pan pizzas!!! I accept the small to get home and realize no pepperoni. Called the store to advise and took the pizza back the next day for a total refund. It gets worse....the store manager didn't know how to open the cash register. 10 or so minutes later my money was returned. I never have to visit this place again.

Ordered stuffed crust pizza. Arrived quickly and they successfully changed my soda order after I accidently ordered diet pepsi instead of pepsi. Unfortunately the pizza was undercooked and doughy. I'm eating the toppings to avoid getting sick from the uncooked dough.

I placed an online order at 8 and accidentally didn’t put in the right time, so I called and whoever answered pushed my order to 7:30 how I originally wanted. Then I get here at 7:30 and I don’t get my order until 8. It was pointless to even speak to anyone in the first place if they didn’t keep their word. Never coming back to this location, they cuss and are super rude.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order on the app, and had issues with the app. I called the customer service line and complained about the APP- then, the manager of this store called me and told me that I made her look bad & she doesn’t have anything to do with the app. I apologized to her, and tried to explain that I did not complain on her store, but the app when I called. She was rude, nasty & lacked basic customer service skills. She kept repeating how she the app had nothing to do with her, and that I made her look bad, then she hung up on me. Now, I will definitely call and complain on her. Im sure Pizza Hut doesn’t want someone with the attitude and lack of BASIC customer service and communication skills representing them.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order that was called in advance. I was given the excuse that one of their ovens was broken, yet it did not slow down the other orders. They obviously skipped or lost my order and then did nothing to try to make it right. There was no manager on duty and the young ladies working there were inexperienced and nonchalant. I will not return.

I bought pizza for my children and it was just disgusting. Imagine you 10year biting into a slice of pizza and a long string of hair is hang from his mouth. I was beyond mad. That's just gross!!. Needless to say pizza at this location will never see us again.

Literally paid almost $30 for a small pizza and 6 wings and it NEVER SHOWED UP. They took my money and i NEVER got my food. Horrible horrible horrible. Then when i tried calling back about my food and my money they wouldn't even answer the phone. Somebody needs to shut this place down. Listen to all of the reviews and dont waste your money

I haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time but I still think the food is amazing. Pizza was ready when I got there and was able to retrieve it quickly I will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

My order said it would be delivered at 1055, called at 1105 and was told that it's on its way, but would take a while bc I had 2 orders. I ordered a family value box! She rushed off the phone before I could ask what she meant. 1130 still no pizza! Would not recommend!

They delivered half my order. We told the driver we ordered more and showed her the receipt, and she said she would bring the rest of the order back. She never returned. We waited up. Poor service. Took my money and didn't get my food. Food the was delivered was cold and nasty.

The worst Pizza Hut establishment of them all. Could not even eat the pizza at all. The pizza was dry no sauce on it, hard and cold! I had the nerve to order a big box which included cheese sticks and wings, worst idea ever. The wings could not be ingested the meat seemed fake and my parents got sick from it. The cheese sticks were hard and they didn’t provide marinara when I picked it up. I made it home noticed the mistake and drove all the way back (I should have tasted it before driving back I would have returned the whole box) told the representative about it and he said “oh yea, we ran out of marinara sauce” and did not care at allll! How do you expect a person to eat it with no sauce. It was the worst experience I have ever had with Pizza Hut. I’ve been going to Papa John’s for years, I should have known better than to stray away.

I always request extra sauce on my pizza. My pizza did not have extra sauce on it. It actually seemed to not even have the regular amount of sauce. My boneless wings were barely sauced also. I will not order from this location again.

Had a pizza hut coupon, and they didn’t accept it.

If it’s gonna be 25 minutes, tell me that up front. The woman at the counter told me it’d be 15, when I came back at 15, she said it’d be seven more minutes. When I complained, she said, “well, our carry out is 25 minutes right now.” Some reason you didn’t share that 15 minutes ago?!? And my name was on the board saying READY.

I spent $65 on a order. Food was cold, left out my breadsticks, left out my pasta, gave me 2 pizza I didn't order that was also cold, called and Mgr was rude and act like i was the problem. Customer Service does not exist.
