The food is always well prepared and the employees are sociable. My favorite treat is any type of Blizzard. 😇

Considering the number of cars in line, they were moving quite fast and the wait was only a few minutes. The staff was polite, the order was correct and it tasted good. Unfortunately they were out of the cotton candy which is what I wanted but the Butterfinger was still good.

I pick up a online order and it had blizzard..I got the blizzards first then a few mins later I got the chilli dogs and I thought everything was good to go but I had to wait for them to cook the fries I mean to start cooking them?? It was not busy..I'm glad the drop off was just a few miles because their blizzards were in the bag with hot fries beside them probably were not the blizzards you eat with a spoon instead you had to drink them using a straw or could refrezz them while you eat your food if your at home..but everything done backwards..I definitely like my blizzard frozen especially as hot as it was that day..

I never have issues when ordering here, food and staff are always pleasant, although it is mainly drive thru only since covid, it works. I have order at different times of the day and never experience any issues. A+

How hard is it to look at the order on the screen and match it up? Incompetent. Really great job by the kid with the blonde cherub hairdo who couldn’t be bothered to let me know which item was which or to make sure the order was correct. Smfh

The front door wasn't open, yet the drive thru was. A woman worked there pulled in as I was putting my grandson back in the car to leave. I wasn't letting a 3 year old have a Dilly bar in my car when it's 98°. The lady said she was opening so we went in to enjoy our ice cream. A few days later, on a weekend, it was closed. Not sure if it was just for the day or permanently.

Drive thru line was long but moved quicker than expected. Food fresh and hot! Better than waiting at closer mcdonalds

Went through the drive through tonight and order a brownie ice cream In a banana split bowl which consisted of 1 scoop of small ice cream. I asked for one more scoop and was being charged $3.45 and the entire order was $4.99.... you gotta be kidding me and the supervisor Stephanie needs to work on customer service skills... will not be returning felt like racial profiling due to the young lady about to give it to me for free.

If I could give them a negative 10 (-10) I definitely would.. it was hair that in the food. Told the cashier and she acted like I was making it up as she checked and was like where.. I don’t see anything. I just spent over $45 on this mess… I don’t need to lie about hair being in the item… the food was cold, extremely nasty, and hurt our stomachs… I will never go back to this DQ and probably never any DQ the experience was definitely horrible. Nothing about DQ is the same so it’s not worth my time or hard earned coins (💵)…

This place is DELICIOUS! The food is great, but just like any other fast food place, but the desserts?!? They are OUT OF THIS WORLD! (One blizzard they had was literally a space-themed blizzard!) I love the idea of "blizzard of the month"! All restaurants need to do that. And if you're a little tired of ice cream, then try the fudged-stuffed cookie or the triple chocolate brownie! Or a BANANA SPLIT!!! It is a tad bit expensive, but I believe it is still worth it!

I will update this to 5 stars when they bring back chocolate ice cream. I went 3 times and was told they didn't have any chocolate before I was told the restaurant no longer served chocolate. Bring it back!

We ordered strawberry milkshakes and they were delicious! The lady who helped us gave us a senior discount that we didn't know we could get so that was a nice bonus. They give good service and that's nice.

I don't know if this is a privately owned location or not but half of the menu is missing they don't sell the major items dairy queen is known for and they are severely lacking in blizzard flavor options. Service is slow and the food items they do offer are poorly prepared. I was so excited to see a dairy queen and I have never been so disappointed. Georgia is not the place to try dairy queen. They shouldn't even be allowed to call these places dairy queen it's a scam.

Went here and ordered a kids meal hot dog w a shake and a regular burger meal w a shake. 24.77$ for a kids meal and a hamburger!!?? Un be liveable! I don't even have anything more to say except absurd. I won't be coming back I really felt like this was a huge waste I could have went to a sit in restaurant and ordered seafood or steak for the same cost. Shameful

Got an ice cream craving and had to go to DQ! This location had it's dining room closed and only the drive thru was open. Not sure if it was because it was later in the day (around 7 PM) or if it's been closed due to Covid. Either way, the line moved fast for the drive thru and we had our food under 10 minutes. We ordered a burger, fries, cheese curds, an Oreo blizzard, and a banana split. Everything was delicious!

The food was hot and fresh. This was honestly the first dairy queen I ate at that had great fries. Their drive thru moved fast and efficiently, and the cashier was professional.

I’ve been here 4-5 times since they opened. The drive through is always very efficient and the orders have always been correct and as expected. I don’t think that the lobby odd open right now, but it hasn’t been problematic for me at all.

We just got a brand new dairy Queen to replace the old one in our small town of Monticello but the southern charming service is still there y'all come and eat now

The ice cream yummiest my family and I get are always delicious. The service is a bit slow, but it's worth the wait. Workers always serve with a friendly smile.

Came in right before closing (6/26/22) the line was really long. Service wasn’t that bad… I got my ice cream but then realized there was MULTIPLE pieces of blonde hair in my food… Not one soul in our car has blonde hair… I can’t give you all a zero so you get one star.

Service was exceptional. Dining room was still closed. Hot dogs aren't very good because you can tell they are microwaved.. . Burgers taste fresh. I knocked off a star because of the hot dogs and because the parking lot is full of trash. Plus they didn't give the ice cream that was supposed to be with the kids meal.
