Great price and a Great CLEAN stay. No bugs, no holes in the wall and the night staff was a very nice guy. Will stay here more often. Cons: their prices flutuate on weekends. I stayed here two nights, Monday and Wednesday only paid $55 now im looking to go back and its Friday now they wanna charge $60.

Had to give one star can't give zero. Needed a place to go for a little while. Noisy area because it's by the highway and factories. Heard semi trucks all night. Then they placed a couple in the room next to me they argued from 1:25 am till 5:36 am. Called the front desk no one answered. They clean the rooms once a week. The rooms are old and dated to say the least. Vacuumed the room and the floor was still dirty. Hair was in my bed on the sheets. The cleanest thing was the microwave like serious. Will never ever stay here again.

I didn't want to give any stars but it was the only way to do the review. But room 131 had visible cum stains on the sheets (no black light required) no light bulbs & the bathtub was filthy. Priceed @ your own discretion

VERY CLEAN. Clean sheets. Had fridge, microwave and workable TV, with multiple channels. My only bad review is the dog area. Grass to high and needed cutting. Over a foot high in places. Not good for small dogs other than this, I highly recommend for this area

This place was nice and fresh and clean 😎 I suggest if you need somewhere to stay for a night or two this is nice place to Hide out 😂😆😂 Oh there TV had many options to watch ⌚ I enjoyed with my girlfriend we watched serval channels.

I have been treated so good. Very FRIENDLY staff. Every one is so kind and helpful . Great place to stay if you on a budget.

The price was good but the toilets were horrible. The drawers were bubbling up on the inside from the material they used I'd imagine. There were black marks on the walls, which looked like someone had taped something and then ripped it off. The bed was as hard as a rock. But, the person at the front desk was super nice

beds are not comfortable at all i feel like i been sleeping on concrete all night for starters . secondly, why would u put 1 towel and 1 washrag in a double room ?? next , yes pets are free of charge but Thank God i had his cage with us or we would’ve had to find somewhere else to stay . When i took my dog out to use the restroom, as i was coming back in i was approached by a man who looks like he has no work relationship with this motel and if he did his appearance was very unprofessional. anyway, i was told that i took my dog to the wrong patch of grass to pee in …… doesnt make sense to me. but as a young woman at a sketchy hotel im not walking across the hotel to take my dog out. im going to where i can see my door & my people in my room can see me. yall have not considered people’s safety when making these unnecessary rules regarding pets. and for next time, have someone from the front desk approach the guest, not someone who looks like any other guest here. and lastly, this is not the staff’s fault but the LOCATION . u will be hearing sirens, trucks, and fast engines all night… & dont get me started on the train .

Room was great for the price. Dog friendly. Staff was very inviting. Only complaint is that the room key didn't work how it should have. Other than that I'll most definitely stay here again

Worst hotel ever! Yard was being cut at 5AM. Apparently when the shower was being used, it was leaking downstairs. The manager tried to force himself in the room as if the shower wasn’t being used at the time. Don’t waste your time or money.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The beds are terrible. TV didn't work. Sheets were dirty in the first room we got. Wanted to get my money back and leave, but the front desk guy said it was over 10 minutes since I paid for it and said all he could do was give me another room. I knew that room was not going to be any better and said no, I just wanted my money back, but he refused. The second room was just as bad. I always read the reviews..... except this time. That is one mistake I will never make again. I'll bet you the regular clientele don't pay $100 a night.

Let's just stay as soon as we opened the door to the room... it smelled like cigarettes. The room was dark and outdated. The bathroom door had a big gash in it. The bathroom tub floor looked dirty. Didn't even bother checking the bed... We just walked right out! Also, some people actually "live" here so a lot of noise and movement going on. This place is also pet friendly which is nice for some people but you can smell the scent of a wet dog and hear the dogs. Other than that... the staff was nice and friendly. They have a mini yard for the dogs to be in. It's close by to food and gas stations. Close off the exit as well. But we definitely will not be returning here.

I came into town to check out a house since I’m moving to the area. I stayed here and a cousin of mine who stays in the area came to visit me and was here for about two hours and the guy at the front knocked on my door and told me that I my cousin would have to leave because he was here for over two hours . He threatened that if he didn’t leave I would have to leave as well. What kind of hotel where a family member can’t come visit you. Also the computer chair was broke. No bible in the night stand and the towels in the room were dirty, good thing I bring my own.

Reasonable rates, clean room, pet friendly, delicious morning coffee. Front desk person, Jaz was awesome and helped me backup a 24 ft RV out of a tight spot. Basic room with nice hot shower. Bring shampoo.

Clean, spacious, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room. Inkeeper very nice and patient with me. Fixed all problems immediately no questions asked. Close to the high way so sometimes it can be a little nosy at high traffic times. But overall I am very happy with price, accommodations and staff!! 😊 No roaches bathroom VERY clean GREAT PRICE. Currently being renovated, at a decent hour, quiet close to all necessities.

Ok for adults. Not a great place to let kids run around freely. Also whatever you want its there

$115 per night for a noisy room. The shower had very little pressure and no hair dryer. We had to walk to the office for coffee in the morning.

The owner for very courteous the rooms were filthy loud and obnoxious couldn't sleep all night. I would not recommend this and it says $67 a night it cost me $110 not worth it at all I was just too exhausted to continue into Atlanta wish I would have drove on through

The staff were friendly but the rooms were dirty and it's a very noisy location. The commonly touched surfaces like the light switches had not been cleaned in a long time. The mirror and TV were dirty, there was a hair on the toilet seat and stains in the tub. The bed was very firm. There were no blankets, just sheets and a thin cover. The other guests were not curious, as I heard loud talking late night and early morning. Also, the place is located next to train tracks. Everytime a train goes by, it blew it's horn several times, making it difficult to sleep.

I sadly was not pleased with our stay. It was very late at night. My family and I had stopped here for a night's rest before continuing our long trip back back home. The night front desk man was decent but did not have very good patience when I inquired on pricing of the room being so high... Paid 135.00 for 9 hours.. for something worth half that price or less. The rooms were stained all over, the microwave was not clean. The morning front desk gentleman was much much more welcoming and had great customer service.

Where to start, spend 2 nights. First night the toilet over flowed and shower lever broke. Had no room phone do could call the front desk. Called off my cell phone said we there,, never came finally hubby walked down there.. guy was sleeping on the desk and handed my hubby the plunger and told him fix it. Very rude 2nd day was about to leave for the day to see family, lady started to walk in my room, I said I paid for 2 days. she saiok walked away, we left came back. Keys to our room wouldn't work, went to front desk, lady said next time clean your room. Um excuse me it was clean but bc we had our stuff on bed and in trash cans she locked us out of our room. Then we was about to leave, hubby ran to gas station for drinks, came back key wouldn't work again. They deactivated our key again 4 hours prior having to leave. Never will I stay again.

We stayed here overnight on our way thru Georgia. It is definitely not the Ritz but it was clean, we saw no bugs besides a moth that probably came in with us. And it was inexpensive. Would definitely recommend this place if you are just needing a place to lay your head for the night. They lost 1 star only because there is a night club next door that had their music going until 2am. Not the hotels fault but it is one annoyance.

The price was great for the room we were provided. They were nice and the room was very clean. The outside could use a little updating but over all it was very nice. And check out was at 11 in the morning so that was nice not have to leave so early. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if we are ever in the area again we will definitely stay here again.

Nasty room. Nasty owner recommend me he wouldn't rent me a room anymore because I came to him with problems. Brown towels dirty bathroom, no refund if you pay in advance. Bugs most definitely be biting. I want to call the police for my refund. No breakfast. As it says including. No hot water. No breakfast no wifi don't come back

I am myself a hotel manager somewhere but I can't believe I wasted my time and money staying at this trashy hotel. Let me tell you, this place should be shut down immediately! The manager? Oh, don't get me started on that arrogant piece of work. And the property itself? Filthy beyond belief! I've never seen such a disgusting establishment in my life. But wait, it gets worse! It seems like the management couldn't care less about basic hygiene because bed bug issues were rampant among the other guests. And cleanliness? It's non-existent! I wouldn't be surprised if this place had never seen a cleaning crew. I'm warning everyone I know, and even those I don't, to never subject themselves to the horror of staying at this sorry excuse for a hotel. Save yourself the trouble and sleep in your car instead. It'll probably be cleaner and more comfortable!

Definitely overcharged. We just stopped to sleep and shower on our way home. No shampoo or conditioner, they make you pay extra for little travel bottles. I'm sorry, but I've never had a motel try charging me for shower basics...especially after charging over $100 for what should've been $60-$80. The shower had hair all over in it, the toilet had hair, even the back of the bathroom door hair all over. The beds are stiff and uncomfortable. The sheets had stains and cigarette burns all over (in a non-smoking room). Also none of the surfaces had been cleaned. I don't want to know what was all over our table and nightstand. Looks like the owners like to apologize for the poor conditions, but don't act or do anything about it. Read several similar experiences in reviews after staying. Between the cleanliness, the noise and the heat of the room, I'd recommend finding something else.

If I can give this motel 6 a 0 it will get a negative 0. Reasons,the guy was upset that I was using a app to pay for my stay,it was really at a better price on the app. I went after work to pay,he asked can I pay in cash,I was about to,just off of I thought it was a good payment move,but it wasn't. He was trying to charge me 100 a day,but the app was 69.99 a day,so,to save,I went with the app. The next morning,he comes banging on my door,now,I already paid through the app,as I been doing,he told me it didn't go through,what a coincidence. I was told to come to the office now,they accepted my pay through the app,but since,I didn't pay with cash,I became the biggest problem. Showed my reservation,showed they accepted the pay. Now,I have 2 dogs,both caged,both have there paperwork and he told me I had 5 min to move. 5 min,it's 10 am,punch out is at 11am🤔 Sir,punch out is at 11,5 min is not enough to move these 2 dogs,break down these cages,ect. Well,I have to call the police we have to work on the room,clean for next guest,it's booked is what I was told,so,I told him to call,he called,they came,and they actually was in my side,but since he canceled the reservation,I had to leave,and I stayed for 3 hours because the police informed him,since you tried to make him leave before punch out,we are giving him as much time he needs because he told the police it's his property,and he will put my pets outside and cover them. It's hot outside,it was 2 cop dogs.......do t mess with the pet family that love our pets,it changes faces....If you rent,be very very careful,or don't rent
