We love coming to this park. My kids always have a great time and we always feel safe. The addition of the splash pad and extra parking is a huge plus. Another great thing is the bathroom- real toilet, sink and soap. No porta-potties here! There is also a little free library right outside the entrance to the park.

I enjoy going to this park and the splash pad. This is the second time I have been here. The equipment is starting to get worn out and the slides are always the heat of the sun because they are a darker color. It would be nice if their was shade all around.

It has been quite a while since I have gone to this location, and while the wood may have changed, the feel of the park remains the same. When I came, it felt a little like I had returned to my childhood playing with my siblings. The park overall is relatively clean, and there are plenty of things to do equipment wise for the kids, including an old but still their scavengerhunt.. There are also plenty of places for the adults to sit and be able to observe what is going on within the enclosed park. It also looks like they might be building a splash area across the bike path near the park (at least that's what it looks like). Here's hoping for a couple more decades of it being open.

It’s free, it’s a castle and a splash pad. The area definitely needed this. We love it.

Lots of things to do for all ages. Only set back is some of the older kids fly around the park playing "extreme tag" and don't always watch where they are going or what they are doing around little kids. Otherwise I love this place and lots if places to sit and watch kids be kids

Large, great for toddlers, good mulch and kept up nicely. Swings, tires, slides, shade. In 2023 a new splash park was added.

This park is well manetained. It can accommodate toddlers as well as older children. It's good for the whole family

Shade in areas, ample seating, enclosed, splash pad, VARIETY of playground activities/obstacles, and parking and a restroom!!! Only drawbacks are one of the ramps was ripped and the enclosed spiral slide was a bit fast for my kid. I didn't see signs for recommended ages but there seems to be enough to keep busy any children from just walking through young teens!

Splash pad area could use at least two more picnic tables. Folks had to sit on the grass. Also there is a corner of mud that needs to be filled in with grass. Over all, Great place for younger kids to spend time on a hot day!

We brought our kids to Fort McHenry when it was first constructed in 1994. Here we are 28 years later bringing our Grandchildren to the same park. You can see that things have aged, a couple missing bolts here and there but we had a blast! I will say that I got to see the splash pad for the first time and I didn't realize that splash pads could be that small, something is better than nothing I guess. This is still a great park to bring children to and let them burn some energy, lots of things to do. 4 stars only due to age and a few repairs needed.
