Can never find their number to call them and they put these other numbers up that are suppose to help but the person that answere the damn phone says "sorry I have no information kn what your looking for"

They removed me as a pachent during the quarantine without telling me. Now they refuse to let me make an appointment because they are not accepting "new pachents". I haven't been able to get any mental health service now in over a year and it is 100% thir fault. I am going to talk to a lawyer and sue them for malpractice...

They don't return calls and nobody ever seems to be around to answer the phone.

The phone service to schedule or ask questions is the worst it's a reflection of upmc they send you back to square one all the time if you should have phycological problems to begin with their phone serve employes will add to your problems the drs are wonderful but getting to one is a major hurdle and don't blame it on covid . some are absolutely rude

Don't come here they play games & look for any reason to drop you as a patient, they will randomly change your therapist & psychiatrist, they don't answer the phone or call back for a week no matter how many messages you leave...if you actually want help you don't want to be at mon yough
