I would everyone to know that my sons medicine been at Mckeesport Gaint eagle for hours ther kept coming they kept saying it wasn’t done now they don’t have the medical to mix it I’m all the way upset

I just don't understand why you have to have an Advantage Card to use the self check out.

They usually have a great selection of produce. Just super small compared to other locations, so the selection isn't that great for everything else.

Sale items on dairy did nit ring up correctly held up the line because of price check/override

Well, when you walk in next to a manager and a cashier with his orange underwear showing his whole behind and no one cares that's so uprofessional especially with my 70 year old mother! Real classy giant eagle.... glad I'm from irwin they dress properly! Ps.. orange underpants was on register 2 at 7 this evening tell him to wear pants that fit and BTW he had on a shiny belt to boot! Whaaaaaaaat???!!!??

Our go to always fresh and clean and stocked. Friendly service we are satisfied members with this location.

It was good was able to find everything we needed people were nice alot different than wa state people are very rude there so glad we moved hear differently recommend....

It's smaller and a little cramped but I like it. Im not walking clear across a huge store like Walmart for a few items, which is physically hardly for me to do.Most employees are actually very sweet. 4 🌟 only because items priced higher than Walmart.

I very rarely have ever shopped at this Giant Eagle despite living 1/4 of a mile away. What will change that for me is a gentleman named Richard who dropped everything he was busy with to quickly help me troubleshoot my car so that I could get home to my wife and kids after a very stressful week. I very rarely experience such phenomenal customer service. Richard treated me like a neighbor and that is reason enough for me to spend my money at this location. If Richard doesn't receive some kind of recognition for his kindness - I'll continuously bother corporate until he does. He went above and beyond what his position entails all to help somebody in the community. It might sound like something small, but today it certainly wasn't.

It’s a grocery store, expectations aren’t that high. Buy the food you need, overpay for it. That’s all groceries right now; so, mission accomplished.

This is my least favorite Giant Eagle store among all stores in Allegheny & Westmoreland counties. I only went there because they were the only pharmacy in the area that had the drug I needed to get filled. The employees are not very friendly (once in awhile you get a good one) and the store looks dirty.

This supermarket has been a staple in the community as long as I can recall. I freqeunt this store quite often, not only for convenience, but familiararity as well. I know the people who work there as well as the patrons, being is that this is where I have lived my entire life, playing base The store is clean and the employees are nice people.

I was shopping fory clients for their thanksgiving dinner and this place literally had everything we needed and Great pricing
