I come here several times a week. Over a year ago I felt their service and attitudes were awful. Last winter I noticed newer employees or just ones I haven't seen before. They are awesome! My order is accurate about 99 percent of the time which is rare when it comes to coffee. Attitudes are always great and they go above and beyond! 💗

This location has been consistently terrible every time I’ve gone. Each time, there is a huge line, slow service, rude staff, forgotten items and watered down coffee. I’m actually drinking my cold brew from there now that tastes like they added 50% water to the batch. I would not be surprised if this is the staff policy to purposely water the coffee down because they’re too lazy to make more. As you can see in the picture below, the coffee looks like iced tea. A black cold brew is not supposed to be transparent. The only reason I continue to visit this location is because it is so close to my home. But after so many horrible experiences, I’m just going to start making the longer drive to the location on Route 30.

They always get my food right! They even know me and my special order of my extra hot egg sandwiches!

Polite friendly employee provided excellent customer service 👌 👍 😀 coffee always good. Donuts 🍩 are good fresh. They should make a toasted coconut cake donut snd also make a apple filled donut and a lemon filled donut. Just suggested.

Bad. Very bad. Short handed so hire more people. It's weird I had a interview called back they hired 4 people. Seems they lied or didn't keep their people. It's just pathetic. Not wasting time here anymore. Bad service. Rude workers. Unpleasant. Needs totally redone. Corporate you should be ashamed.

I used the app for the first time. The whole thing went smoothly, the order was exactly what I selected.

Just walked in there to grab donuts for the kids first day of school tomorrow. There were at least four or five workers behind the desk and not one acknowledged that I was standing there I finally walked out after a few minutes of standing there while they walked past me over and over without even acknowledging me. Mind you I was the only person in there and there was only one person in the drive-thru.

Legitimately the slowest drive through line I’ve been in. Don’t stop here if you have somewhere to be. Also have not had good experiences with the managers here.

Had nutty pumpkin ice coffee and chorizo wrap. Both excellent. Used dunkin online ordering and went in to pick up item. Even though they were very busy, did not have a long wait . Workers are very nice and friendly. What is most important, they are kind and friendly to each other.

Fresh donuts at a nice pricetag even with inflation. Friendly waitstaff and clean areas

The app is convenient yet I signed up because I have shell rewards and get perks but the food was ice cold and I had to substitute one of my items not finding out until I got there.The coffee was good and staff was kind of welcoming when I came in. I guess I'll just get coffee and a donut in the future if I stop again.

This particular one is my absolute favorite! The ladies, excuse me, the baristas are always very friendly. On top of that the drinks always come out looking exactly like the pictures. You may think that it's no big feat but mixing liquids in my experience has been difficult. But these experts, they make it look easy! Always a pleasant experience when I visit here. Thank you again for your absolutely wonderful service.

Service is a little slow when inside. I usually do drive through. Lots of workers however it took forever to get coffee. Donuts were fresh

The customer service was spot on while I was there. I asked for a custom coffee mixture and they verified my order and it was made perfectly.

They're always out of the donuts we want. I do home health care and after I take my patients to appointments they always want to stop and get coffee and donuts. Out of the past 4 times one one time did they have what we ordered!

2 hash browns were missing from my order and they put bacon on the breakfast taco which was ordered without bacon. Hope they can do better next time.

Placed a mobile order for carryout. I show up no earlier than 5 minutes after it says itll be ready as a courtesy. It took 15 minutes after that time to get my food. They don't have bags large enough for avocado toast, so they put them vertically in a smaller bag, which made a mess. I went back in twice to get missing items. It seemed like my order was actually made but they had bagged it in separate bags and taken it out from under the warmer (assuming they have one) so it was cold. They were very busy and appeared to have some new colleagues so I'd give them a try again, but I was buying breakfast for my coworkers who ended up with soggy food.

The manager there who's name I do not know is one of the nicest gentleman I have ever met. He always is willing to correct any issue with true politeness. I've never once had a bad experience at the McKeesport store.

Employees are always very kind here. Coffee and donuts are delicious.

Excellent drink and donut selections. The drive thru line can be a bit long. The servers are very kind.

Ordered an iced black coffee with coconut syrup and got a coffee with cream and sugar. When they remade my drink they used the same cup with clumped up sugar and cream caked onto the bottom on the cup to re make my drink. I did not get any coconut syrup. Disappointed in my experience. The staff was rude. When I've stopped here in the past it was always Inconsistent, however this is the first time I've ever got a wrong order and treated rudely.

Every time I go to this DD the customer service is horrible. I typically mobile order as to receive my order as fast as possible. Each of my five mobile orders has taken an exuberant amount of time to complete in store. During the most recent mobile order I waited for 15 minutes before being acknowledged and served. Here is the kicker, there were customers who walked in after I had entered the building and were ordering at the counter then receiving their order before mine had been completed. I understand every business is understaffed. Most customers understand that as I do. My suggestion is to acknowledge mobile order customers and also apologize for any inconvenience during their wait. Although the customer service was bad, thank you for my drink! Have a great day!

Why is the store cafe never open? It says open until 8PM. Morning noon or evening every time I go all the doors are locked. It’s not understaffed as you see 6 or more employees in there. All they do is stare and walk to the back.
