Zin Zen in my opinion was simply wonderful. Wonderful atmosphere, comfortable seats, and delightful food. It almost felt like you were going to a friend's home for dinner vs going to an restaurant. It's a very popular place, so I highly recommend you make reservations. I definitely give Zin Zen two thumbs up:)

Great experience! Good food, great service, nice atmosphere. I had stopped going here because service had been lacking but they really seemed to have stepped things up. I'll definitely be going back! I should add, I LOVE their beat salad.

A very good spot for a birthday! The wife and I really enjoyed our time! Our waiter was very polite and helpful! The Christmas wine (seasonal) was delicious!

If you live in McKinney and you’ve never visited Zin Zen Wine Bistro you’re missing out on experiencing one of its best kept secrets. Food: I don’t eat pizza but can easily enjoy their margarita flatbread. Drinks: I’m a wino so can’t go wrong with their selections of Malbec or Red Zin. Music: Over the years I’ve enjoyed many bands and will even be among the first to get the crowd dancing. My favorites include Acoustically Speaking (with Alex) and Zack King! But, last night I enjoyed rocking out with a band called Love Handle!! Zin Zen is located in the beautiful Adriatica area of McKinney. Some nights it’s a full house and others not so much. Either way, it’s worth a visit!

Good small wine bar. Prices are more on the costly side. Staff is very friendly. Good service. Indoor is very cozy, there are some couches and lounge type of chairs that seem relaxing to sit and sip on wine. They also have a bar area and formal tables for sitting. Food looked good as well. Brushatta toast was delicious, chunks of cheese and the balsamic was delicious. They have great beer options as well, local. The Spanish Caesars Salad with grilled chicken ($4 extra, $16 total for salad) is super tasty. The hummus plate was great. They mix feta cheese, olives, etc on the hummus. Makes every bite unique, not boring. To go food is packaged well. Clean bathrooms. They have live music at 8pm inside the restaurant. The heaters werent working outside which sucked cus we were there on a chilly night.

I was hosting a baby shower at Zin Zen in December. Food, ambience and service were superb! Guests said it is perfect place for that. I am also a guest there and enjoy their warm atmosphere, yummy food and very friendly stuff. I am happy that we have this bistro in our neighbourhood

My wife and I loved this place. We stopped for some wine and dessert and enjoyed some great, live music, too. It has a really great vibe! Highly recommend it!!!

We went to this restaurant at 6:50 the sign in front said please seat yourself we sat at table the server took our order for drinks appetizers food and dessert and at 7:30 they asked us to leave the table they had reservations at 7pm so they want us finish all our food in rush and leave that is rude and ridiculous they should not have seated us or taken our order if they were full. That’s rude service. Before seating the guest please mention there is time limit at this place. They ruined our evening. And what is sign at front for “Please seat yourself “ it should say “ Seated by reservations only”
