    Got home and realized we didn’t have two of our sandwiches. Checked the receipt and sure enough we were charged for them. I guess we should have checked but it took so long getting it we didn’t want to hold up the line. Tried calling them to have them taken off our bill and it just rang and rang and then disconnected. So aggravating

    Would give this location zero stars. Items are never available and staff is rude. Orange cream shakes are my favorite summer treat. Shake machine supposedly broken all summer at this location last year. Yesterday they didn’t have ice cream! Honestly should just close the location or bring in new management.

    Don't bother ordering here from delivery service. You get whatever they feel like putting in the bag and then a small credit for what your didn't get.... Doesn't help the fact you didn't actually get what you ordered. Maybe if they were back charged 2x what they missed the store fix their lack of attention to the order receipt. Otherwise no skin off their back to get back charged for something they didn't include in the first place. Pickup only... Don't order delivery. They don't care.

    Placed on online order at this location one particular evening and when I arrived they were closed an hour early for whatever reason. Over a week later and Arby's still hasn't refunded my order that I never received. Time to open a case with the fraud department and Attorney General's office. This location does not have the meats.

    My 1 year old son and I took a small walk to arbys and got there at 10 am on the dot. Only one of the 2 doors were open. I waited for 20-25 minutes and no one helped. One of the workers completely ignored me. This is completely unprofessional. Horrible customer service. It only take 2 minutes to say something to a customer whether that be" hey I'm the only one here please give me a moment" or "we won't be open to dine in today" but instead I got stared at and ignored. Don't eat here.

    The didn't have the meats. I still go here from time to time despite my review a year ago, it's servicable. I'm raising my review to 2* because of that. But half the items I wanted were not available. The ice machine wasn't working either. Feels like they could use an extra employee per shift too. Iunno. The soda machine does have a nice backlight effect that gives me visual stimulation. Old review: Pretty sure they don't want anyone to go there. Maybe a front? Lol

    I ordered the Good Burger meal through Door Dash and when it arrived I immediately noticed I received a drink and not the strawberry shake that came with the meal smh. The burger was overcooked so I couldn’t really eat it. The best part of the meal was the curly fries which landed the 2 stars. Needless to say I was disappointed with this meal. I thought I got a strawberry drink but when I took a sip I spit it out. I was literally strawberry syrup water. Disgusting!!

    Was ordering on my app at the store because it had app only deals. After placing order I realized I ordered from the wrong location. I tried calling the store to let them know but I got a busy tone every time I called. The manager of the store i was at told me just to go to the other store and get a refund. We reordered our food and we ate and went to the other store. I tried calling about ten more times but got the same busy tone. We got to the other store that was 23 minutes away and the doors were locked at 8:30pm. I went to the drive thru and told them what was going on. When I got to the window I was told by a young man that they can not give me a refund that I have to call the customer service number. I asked why the doors were locked an hour and a half earlier and they are not answering the phone. He told me they were understaffed so they locked the doors and that they do not have working phone for the store and that is why the phone was busy. He said "good luck getting your refund" and shut the drive-thru window. They need to evaluate this whole store from top to bottom and retrain and hire new staff.

    This Arby's is horrible. The girl working the front is very bad at customer service. Waited 30 minutes, and never got our food. We walked out!

    I have gone here a few times. Can be slow. I tried to order the Orange shake previously. The machine is always broke when I tried to order. I ordered online and figured it was fixed since it had been a month. I ordered the shake. I was told the machine was not working. I was told I can’t get a refund in store and needed to fix online. I was offered a coke for the $4.19 shake. I refused as this is not equal in price. I have tried for a month to resolve this and spoke to 3 people. I have received nothing for my purchase. PS owner please don’t ask me to leave comments on the Arby’s site. I spoken to them three times. No refund, No coupon as one person said was being mailed to me, and the other two requests were ignored so far.
