This is the nicest Whataburger around. The staff is always friendly and our food comes out fresh!

Of course it is go to fast food burger. Tried the Blue cheese burger, oh yes, If you like blue cheese you will love this burger. its a lot of burger since it is a two patties. Of course the good fries and the spicy ketchup. This location staff was friendly and service was fast.

This was a meal drop through for my grandson they serve hamburgers he likes to eat. I have never dine here yet he does. He enjoyed his food selections. The employee was professional and friendly. We used the drive through to purchase his meal. The exterior was very clean and welcoming. I would recommend this location based on our experience. Drop by and dine with them soon🤗!

Haven’t had whataburger in years. For some reason I was craving it lol. I ordered the chili cheese burger and onion rings. The onion rings were cooked perfectly. A perfect golden brown. The burger was so good. Definitely hit the spot. The young lady working the cash register was sweet. Restaurant was very clean. The employees were cleaning after each table left. You don’t see that very often in a fast food restaurant. So glad I chose this whataburger today.

I felt extremely let down by this Whataburger. Despite previous positive experiences ordering for the office, my last two visits within the last 30 days were disappointing. The food was served cold, prompting me to return to the drive-thru line three times before deciding on a refund. I'm thoroughly disappointed and have no plans to return.

Most fast food services are typically iffy at bes but I have to say Salma at this location made me rethink that. I ordered some chili cheese fries and I got home and opened the box It looked like they forgot the chili. I called the store and Salma answered the phone a was truly amazing. She apologized with kindness and offered to deliver a new order to my house! I told her it was ok but she demanded and delivered to my door steps. Salma, they are lucky to have you, and thank you for taking pride in what you do. We need more people like you.

Sometimes a business does something that blows you away. But it’s absolutely never a fast food restaurant. This time I was left in awesome. I won’t put them on blast because I know how the public is and I’ll leave the ball in their court to continue their practices but… it’s absolutely worth the rating. Let’s just say my drive through order was in correct when I got home. And when I called it in, they made it right in an away that you wouldn’t expect it from a fast food joint. Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond.

When I first walked in I wondered is anyone was working, no one was at the front. Waited a while for staff to take our order after we left the restrooms. Food came out to our table and the young lady spilled hot fries and onions rings all over mine and my sons lap. At least they were hot. She was minimally apologetic and I think gave use new fries, tasted like they were refried after being picked up off our lap and table. As we sat and ate, all we heard were staff members in the back messin around, clearly not working. Another customer came in and got the same lack of customer service. He was talking to my husband while he waited to be helped. My burger was cold, cheese didn’t even melt. Trash needed to be taken out, could barely fit our trash in the can. Floor had smashed food on it. Tables had trash on them from customers leaving their trash. The place had 4 customers in there when we got there. None when we left. How hard is it to grab a broom or clean a table. I get hiring teenagers, I have two. Let’s train them in customer service , speaking etiquette, and cleanliness if you’re going to hire them. Where is the Manager???

My drive-through experience was wonderful this morning! The food came out quickly, and I was greeted at the takeout window by an employee named Andrew, who was so engaging and full of smiles. In my opinion, this one employee is the best representative I have ever run into at Whataburger. Please give him a raise! You don’t want to lose such a gem!!

Hello, I work at a fast-food restaurant so I know how busy and stressful it can get; however, when I picked up food today around 8:30, I was told to pull forward to wait for the food. And then the food was never brought out to me. We had to go outside of our car couple minutes after ordering to get it. Apparently they didn't see our car even though we were quite literally right outside the front door. When we got inside, the employees were all having a blast sitting in the front lobby chatting and getting along. Completely clueless that we were waiting on our food outside. No sorry or anything. They just handed us the cold food sitting on the counter and went about their day. I found it lowkey disrespectful but that could just be me.
