This was our first time at this location and this will absolutely be our last! Behind the counter was just GROSS! The lady serving the banana split to a gentleman took off her gloves cut the banana on this filth ridden counter and then used her bare hands to put it in the container. There was water over flowing all over the counter and no one seemed to care. The counters and milkshake area was so unsanitary, it appeared nobody had cleaned in quite some time. 2 families behind us noticed the same thing and walked out. After I snapped my pictures, I left. The sitting area and tables were filthy with gnats on the tables due to the tables being so sticky and trash everywhere. Not sure how this place has good reviews. I see posts from months back with the same complaints. Obviously nothing is done about it. DO NOT patronize this location. Something needs to be done!!

Went to this location for the first time. Saw that ice cream parlor has 2$ shakes. The size and price was perfect. The person at the counter was very kind. Would definitely go again to try out other stuff they have. To get a size perspective I have kept it by a 500ml bottle

I have not been to Braum’s in a while. We stopped here for some ice creams and it was good. I had forgotten how affordable this place is. We had 2 kids cones and a double scoop cone for me, all for about $5. The atmosphere in the dining area needs some updating, it’s kind of a free for all in there. However, it was good, the people were very friendly and the ice cream was very affordable. Just in case you didn’t know, they have little market in there with some great stuff. We will be back for sure.

Literally every table in the dining room is dirty. The condiment station is filthy and all 5 employees stood at the cash register for 15 minutes talking to one of their friends instead of cleaning up the restaurant. I’ve never been to a Braums that is so poorly maintained.

I have visited braums numerous times, but this was a pathetic experience due to the really poor customer service. Workers are ill-equipped to interact with customers. I only purchased two gallons of milk, I was charged for three instead. I contacted the store as soon as I got home, and they told me to come back anytime, and they would reimburse me. They also wrote down my name. However, he was quite impolite and refused to take my call when I went to the store that same evening. We also purchased a chocolate chip single dip sundae that same evening, but were charged for a banana split, which costs $3 extra. They charged us extra 2 times the same day. I always appreciate employees carefully wrapping waffle cones with the napkin to preserve sanitary handling. Being able to safely eat the waffle cone to the very last bite creates a happy memory with the best frozen yogurt every time. In the grocery section this time of year, Braum's quality milk is periodically on sale for 2 gallons at $6.00 and can be used to make a creamy fudge with less sugar since it has a natural sweetness. At the Eldorado location, the entry hall is decked with more than decorations this 2023 Advent season. Now there are prewrapped boxes of Braum's peanut brittle for less than $5.00.

I have been a customer of Braum’s my entire life and was thrilled to see one right across the street from my house when my family and I moved to McKinney. Unfortunately, this is the worst Braum’s I have ever been to. We’ve been coming on a weekly basis for over a year now and would estimate that 98% of the time we deal with a wrong order, extremely long wait times, or rude and complacent staff…sometimes all of the above. I always order an orange sherbet freeze and a mix. The orange sherbet is too often watered down with barely any ice cream and my mix almost never mixed through, the candy is just sprinkled on top. It’s a shame that such an iconic southern ice cream shop is being run by such horrible management. I really hope something can change because I love my mix and sherbet freeze.
