I normally don’t like to complain about my food, but this time it was a little frustrating because they weren’t even busy to begin with. We were the only car in the drive through and one person inside . The young man working tonight repeated everything I asked for on my sandwich and still managed to add mustard instead of mayo. Not to mention the sandwich is beyond messy. I did not ask for extra sauce. With every bite I took more sauce would just fall out. As someone who used to work at subway, I know there’s no reason for there to be this much sauce on a sandwich.

went through the drive through last night at 8:55pm, store hours are till 9:30pm. Sat at the intercom for 5min and announced i was there and got no reply. Drove up to the window to see one male employee laying on his back with his feet up on the counter and a female employee just standing there talking to him. Drove around front and went in and the female employee came up to make my order. When i confronted her about why they didn’t answer she just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

Let's play a game of what's missing. 3rd time my order has come wrong, first two, I've said nothing. C'mon guys, u need no more controversy, or bad reviews. I've worked at subway, I get it. But really? In this case, 4th time is not a charm

I noticed a lot of poor reviews on the management and customer service. Before I begin I must say that if you are looking for a job, DON'T WORK HERE. I can say that the management is poor and the hiring process is messy. When hired you don't get much training and for most individuals, you are trained by another employee. Usually the employee that is training you is also a newer employee. It doesn't make any sense why they wouldn't have a manager teach the new hire. Well usually the manager is also new and has little experience in the environment. The managers are lazy and so are a lot of the workers. Yes, there are some employees that have good work ethic and provide great service...but many do not and choose to slack off. They're in desperate need of a reboot of their entire management team and for a lot of their employees as well. The place in general needs a deep clean as well, its disgusting.

The young guy working was polite, the store was clean and all I could smell was fresh bread. Service was quick, and my chips were in stock. Win win.

Used to be one of the best Subways in the county, service is now a complete joke. Seems like the employees have absolutely no training, nor any clue what they're doing.

Something always goes awry when I go here at night. I work nights so sometimes I wanna grab a sandwich before I head to work at 9pm. I was completely ignored one night, tonight I asked for 2 ingredients that did not make it onto the sandwich and one ingredient I didn’t even ask for did. (Missing veggies has happened on multiple occasions). I don’t know why I keep trying, I should’ve just gone to JJ.

They screwed up a Doordarshan order. My wife had them remake it but chose the wrong meat. Even though I showed up in person before they made the sandwich and told them it's suppose to be a cold cut, they still made it with turkey. That's better I guess. At least better than ham olive and mayo...

Great whole grain rotisserie chicken and roast beef subs. Veggie's very fresh. Friendly and competent staff. Very clean subway shop and staff sanitation practice. Timely service. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you staff! We'll be back.

The food needs to be fresher, the tomatoes had other food debris from reaching in with mayo on hands, lettuce ect. New girl was nice, other employees to busy to help.

What you expect from Subway. They try their best but sometimes get the order wrong. Although one day we ordered a sandwich with extra mustard and the sandwich just oozed with mustard. Huge dolops of mustard squeezed out of it just from picking it up. My child loved it haha

It's been a couple of days since I went in here, but wanted to give kudos to a young man working there - Isaiah. Very friendly service!
