Very expensive for poor quality. Room with 2 queen bed was $276, but is worth only $125. Room was old and tired, badly needing an update. Water filtered machine was broken and the hot tub was only luke warm. The Comfort Inn across the street is less expensive and the rooms were better.

I came in for an interview 9 minutes before 3 pm, on 3/6/2023, the time the Housekeeping Manager, Noah Jones asked me to come in at, and was waiting for 30 minutes. No phone call update from him either by my phone or through the person behind the desk. He is running both Red Lion Inn and Comfort Inn. This was very unprofessional and extremely rude. Will not work for them.

This place is horrible. Every single person who works here has acted as if they hate their job. We noticed the ice machine was leaking and sounded like a waterfall. In letting the women with a cane at the front desk about it she stopped her story to the other young man behind the desk and said "we know" and continued her story with out hesitation. There are no wet floor signs or anything the carpet is soaked and splashes when you walk by it. The gym is 2 items that is it in a very tiny room next to the pool room which was dirty had no towels and the hot tub was cold and didn't work. When letting the front desk know they said yeah we don't know how to fix it so it stays that way. I contacted the people we booked the room through and they contacted the hotel. They sent the young man to our room to see the issue. I was explaining the ice machine issue and he stops me to tell me it is supposed to be that way. It's always that way and left with no other word. This place is literally horrible. Will never come back. Do not recommend

Way over priced for this dated hotel. Needs some paint, and the room had a musty cigarette flavor. Had a water break, and management refused to get us water.

I read the reviews and honestly was a bit worried about staying. We honestly didn't have a lot of options because of our timing. Red lion inn in McMinnville was clean, the staff was friendly, the free breakfast was great and the pool was very nice. I truly don't understand why anyone give this place a bad review. We have stayed in a ton of hotels and this one for the price point was amazing. Thank you.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews for businesses because I too am a small business owner. That being said, my review will not address any of the current employees that are there daily and only covers the hotel and the hotel area management. He’s rude, disrespectful and doesn’t even know how to handle customers complaints. I stayed here a few times until I found a substantial cockroach infestation In which after being told by the manager that they had an infestation 3 weeks prior and were told “they were rid of the issue” the area manager proceeded to tell me that I must have brought the infestation to the property with me Now I’m not sure but sounds like he’s blaming me, a paying customer who has spent thousands in his hotel? Someone please explain to me what this guy is thinking? This is a hospitality company. Or, so i thought. Poorly handled and poorly executed by him and his team after arriving on the scene in the second day and by the 3rd day. I still didn’t get any answers from anyone. So the morning of the 4th day I was told to leave the hotel after confronting the area manager. Really? Your asking me to leave and not the non paying guest? All 9000 of them? Thanks I will never be staying here again.

They played fox news in the lobby. When I asked if they could play the local news, they responded it doesn't matter. I don't matter. Otherwise it was a good stay. Standard breakfast, good biscuits and gravy.

We stayed for one night. The room was clean and bigger than what we were expecting for a standard room. There were plenty of plug outlets, a good sized mini fridge, great lighting, a coffee table so we could play UNO with the kids and a nice full length mirror. We had time to use the pool and hot tub too, unfortunately the jets were not working. We had a great night sleep and enjoyed the continental breakfast that was provided the next morning. The kids loved making their own waffles and we enjoyed the coffee and having the food options of yogurt and hardboiled eggs. Only con was the stairwell area had a musty/ old cigarette smoke odor seeping from the carpets. The room smelled fine.

We've stayed here twice in the past 2 months. Both times the hot tub was out of order. Also and this is a big one for me, the beds for some reason are much harder than they were about 3 years ago. I was very disappointed 😞
