I spent one hour climbing the stairs to reach this point and to be honest I stayed like for one minute Then went back It’s just high place to view everything around Nothing special If you like hiking then get that walk The pleasure is within the walk bot at the end

Amazing view! No ticket needed! You can come by car if you don’t have enough time, or make a small trekking across the amazing and peaceful Buçaco forest!(preferred!) You are rewarded with a great view, you can even see the sea on clear days!

The view is amazing! If you have enough time and energy then take a walk from Bussaco Hotel, either go by car because the road to the view point is also very nice. Pay attention that the map near hotel is upside down.

On a clear day, you feel like you can see all of Portugal. The road to get there is a little narrow, but the views are definitely worth a visit.

No view of Bussaco Palace from here as they have let the trees grow too tall. Walk down the hill slightly to Ermida do Sepulcro e Cruz. Go into the building (not on top as you cant see the Palace from the top either due to overgrown trees) through a few rooms and out the back for a superb view of the palace.

The views from here are just spectacular!!! Totally worth a visit. You won’t regret it. You have two choices if you are a hike lover, you can go up walking if not you have it very easy by car.

Such a beautiful place! The forest nature reserve was such a welcome break as well. If you are nearby, go here and take a walk on the trail!

We hiked to the view point from Bocaco palace hotel after receiving map end explanation from the information nearby. It is a 45 minutes hike up and another 45 down. It is an easy path but you must be able to climb, and you can always rest on the benches along the route. If you don't want to walk, there is a easy 6 road to drive up.

Unbeatable 360 degree views. Worth the detour !

On a clear day, you can see the ocean some 45 km away. On a foggy morning there is a mystic sense of place. Fabulous view point either way.
