Das Treppensteigen auf den Moleturm lohnt sich - man wird belohnt durch eine tolle Sicht auf den Hafen, die Stadt und weitem Blick über den See - wie heute mit glitzernden Wasserfläche - fast wie vom Kreuzfahrtschiff ... Dazu noch diese besonderen Lichtverhältnisse im Herbst - absolut perfekt.

Turm wackelt etwas aber es lohnt sich. Toller Ausblick bei Dämmerung. Auch zu kalten Jahreszeiten begehbar. Anzahl der Stufen hält sich in Grenzen. Sollte für die Allermeisten gut machbar sein.

This was a favourite of our recent visit to Friedrichshafen. It's well worth a climb to the top for the great view of the harbour and the water front area.

Sie vielen Stufen lohnen sich. Dann hat man eine mega tolle Aussicht. Für Leute, die leicht seekrank werden könnte es etwas schwierig werden, denn wenn Schiffe vorbei fahren, wackelt der Turm schon sehr. Wir hatten Glück, als wir dort waren, denn es war nicht stark besucht. Also top.

This tower is quite amazing. It is free to visit and offers an overview of the Friedrichschafen city and the lake Konstanz. If you are lucky, you will be able to see the other side of the lake (Switzerland). I went there in the morning, the sun raised above Switzerland and it was foggy on that side of the lake, however, the phenomenon was nice as the lake looked like an endless sea!

Excellent viewing platform; just be prepared to climb 9 sets of stairs to get to the best view. 😈 Worthwhile even at night; it's well lit. It does sway in the wind, though, so if you are afraid of heights, maybe don't go.

Beautiful view! Must see

Von hier aus hat man einen tollen Blick über den Bodensee. Es lohnt sich hinauf zu steigen. Man kann immer mal wieder Zeppeline sehen die um und über den See kreisen. Der Turm bewegt sich aber deutlich so, dass Leuten mit Höhenangst der Aufstieg evtl zu viel sein könnte. Außerdem kann der Turm in den Ferien oder am Wochenende sehr überlaufen sein.

I remember visiting this beautiful small city. The platform is great spot to see the beauty of the city and the lake. Enjoy the view and be prepared for the wind.

A wooden tower at the shore of Bodensee where you can get an incredible panorama of the lake and the mountains. Just beautiful!
