I'm
not
sure
where
all
the
people
writing
positive
reviews
stayed,
but
it
was
not
what
we
found!SImply
terrible.
We
were
attending
a
wedding
in
the
area
and
needed
an
early
check
in.
I
called
about
10
days
before
and
was
assured
by
Jon
(the
manager)
that
it
would
not
be
a
problem.
We
arrived
at
1:30
pm
to
utter
chaos
in
the
lobby.
The
desk
clerk
tried
to
be
nice,
but
she
clearly
was
inept.
No
rooms
were
available
-
and
several
other
people
waiting
had
the
same
issue.
The
clerk
expedited
our
room,
but
when
we
tried
to
get
on
the
ONE
elevator
it
was
completely
blocked
with
a
housekeeping
cart!
I
pulled
it
out
so
we,
and
several
others,
could
use
the
elevator.
The
room
was
marginally
clean
-
there
was
a
6"
square
sticky
place
on
the
carpet.
Only
some
of
the
lights
worked
so
the
room
was
very
dark.
The
chairs
are
awful.
The
entire
room
and
fixtures
were
cheap.
The
clerk
promised
an
adjustment
on
our
bill
but
I
have
no
idea
if
we
really
got
it.
No
one
was
at
the
desk
when
we
left
this
morning
and
we
couldn't
find
anyone.
We
have
received
no
email
bill
confirmation.
We
have
never
stayed
in
a
Microtel
and
will
most
assuredly
NEVER
stay
in
one
again.

"closet"
and
you'll
get
the
idea.
How
on
earth
do
they
expect
you
to
hang
something
in
THAT??
The
bathroom
counter
was
tiny.
Not
recommended.
UPDATE
:
The
manager
has
contacted
me
and
apologized
for
the
disappointments
and
difficulties.
He
also
issued
a
partial
credit
for
the
room
cost.
So
my
opinion
has
ticked
up
a
notch
or
two.
