Has to be the slowest most unhappiest staff I have ever seen, one person laying sauce packets one at a time in a container for about 30 minutes. While at least 6 people are waiting for food. The people making the food are definitely not happy with what they are doing and should look for a more for filling part time situation. Just bad all around, luckily Taco Bell is so delicious

Taco Bell South Blvd is the worse location and the customer service is terrible! I went through the drive through on Sunday May 29th and had the worse experience. It started with the rude girl that was working drive through, she was rushing me to order my food and wasn’t friendly at all. I got home started eating my food half way through my food, I realize they had raw chicken on my food at first I thought it was a onion but once I touched it and pulled it off my food it was raw chicken. I called Taco Bell to tell them what happened, the least they could’ve done was show some empathy but I guess that was too much to ask for. The first lady got on the phone and said our chicken and beef comes in separately so there is no way it could’ve been on food so she handed the phone to someone else who than gets on the phone states they same thing the first girl said so I told her that I can bring it back as well as show her pictures. She said it’s nothing they can do about it! So I’m assuming no one cares about poisoning a customer. I will be uploading pictures and I will never go back to Taco Bell

Probably the worst fast food joint that I ever go to. Don't get me wrong, I love taco bells in general, it's just this specific location. They take 20-30min to prepare an order so I always order ahead online. Half the time they lose my order, or just now my order was "stolen". Terrible service as well. Nobody works the front register but after 15min eventually a line cook will come talk to you. I've had to dispute so many charges from them not giving me my food for whatever reason (stolen, lost, etc.). But it's 50 ft from my apartment so on the off chance that I get my food it's still pretty tasty.

This location is all on point. The Staff is Professional and Friendly. The restaurant is always clean inside and out . Definitely recommend this Taco Bell. Tried the Wings cooked perfectly nice crispy and hot, sauce was good. Far as the Quality of Chicken used if a better wing is used they would be Amazing.

Your staff made my order wrong. I go inside to get it corrected. They wanted to argue back and forth that what was in the bag correct. Could have been the menu item HOWEVER NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Your manager has poor management skill .. she decided she wanted to go back and forth as well rude had an issue that i brought my order back .. then she said oh well i was trying to help you .. still mumbling stuff under her breath talking to the staff about the issue very unprofessional and then said your mother as i walked out the door. Taco bell do better and if this is the type of management you have running your store you should reconsider you can loose business behind poor leadership!

I came to this location this morning for breakfast. Upon arriving at the drive-through and attempting to place my order, I was told it would be a 30 minute wait because they were out of eggs and cooking them now. I completely understood and told them I would wait and went and parked my car. 30 minutes later I got back into the drive-through and attempted to place my order again and was told for a second time that it would be 30 minutes. I explain to them that I was just told us 30 minutes ago and then they quickly said it would only be another five minutes. I said that was fine and went around and parked again and waited another five minutes. I got back in line for the third time to attempt to place my order and the order was taken. When I got to the window, the woman explained to me that it would be another five minutes. At this point I was beyond annoyed. I asked the woman how much longer it would be and she yelled back to the person cooking the eggs. She then looked at me and said we have no idea. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had trying to order fast food and I definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Dreadful customer service. They laughed at me when I drove all the way back to get the $7 burrito they left out of our bag, and asked them to do better than a measly taco coupon. It's one thing to be apathetic, and another thing altogether to be rude. The food here is very hit or miss, and I'm totally fed up (no pun intended) with giving this location the benefit of the doubt. Please take your business somewhere else. Actually, you deserve better than Taco Bell anyway. Just skip it.

The best Taco Bell ever I have witnessed in United States. The service, atmosphere, cleanliness and the quality and of the food here is top-notch. Taco Bell is lucky to have a employee like Leta, she is the best, the way she organises everything in the store is outstanding, I have travelled many countries and I have visited different restaurants but I haven’t seen a person like “Leta”. She welcomes everyone with a big smile, she takes care of each customer, Happy to see such people around us, Thanks ones again “Leta” for your hospitality in the store, Hope to see you soon again.

I used to love Taco Bell……now I don’t. Id rather get a taco at 7/11. I’ve never met anyone that hates their job more than the staff here. You can pre order on the app, show up in 30 minutes, and you will still wait there for another 45 minutes. On top of that, I had missing items and when I brought it up, they scoffed at me like it was my fault! Then it took another 15 minutes for them to add the missing items. The only thing you will gain from going here is depression and hatred from people. If you want your day ruined, this place is 5 stars for service on that.

What you would expect from Taco Bell, but this location is new or remodeled. Very nice. I had to come here because Velvet Taco didn't give me enough to eat.

Catching up on reviews. Went through the drive thru on Thursday, 05-26-22. The Taco Bell closest to me kept running out of the cheddar cheese chalupas. I managed to get one on the way home here. The drive thru line wasn't that long. The young lady who took my order was pleasant. The chalupa wasn't sloppily made & was very good. I love cheese.

Been standing like this for minutes, no one tries to acknowledge you, quit your job if you don't like it. That black lady working with the kids is not doing her job.

All Taco Bell's have terrible customer service experiences anymore, especially in Charlotte, NC! They complain about staffing issues, but the problem is adult supervision is not present. The only fast food chain that can get it right or way above the rest is Chick fil a.

I don't normally think about leaving reviews for fast food restaurants but this taco bell deserved 10 stars! I've gone at least 6 times in the last 3 months and the order is always correct. They don't mess up, they get the food out quickly, and they are all very polite. Highly recommend visiting this location if you can.

I keep trying to give this place a chance... they skimped on the toppings in my bean burrito last time. This time the drive thru line was slow. why these problems? idk 😐 are the workers not being treated fairly? Trained right? I spend good money when I come here. I expect good food and good service, am I wrong for that?

THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. the food is fine but the late night food is absolutely horrendous there are typically 10-15 people waiting outside who have placed orders or waiting to pick up a door dash order. the workers are actively ignoring the walk ups even though the restaurant is not closed. They also threaten to cancel orders that say they have been ready for 30+ minutes if someone rings the doorbell on the pickup door. this is unreasonable as time after time people are waiting outside for order put in before the taco bell closes. These people also have a right to be frustrated when an employee is ignoring them by mopping the floor with a broom and is not even asking for all the orders that people are waiting for.

The night shift is terrible. Tried to charge me twice on something I clearly paid for and it said it on the receipt. Do better. Wait time too long. Morning shift is on point. Polite and quick.
