I have always been very satisfied with this practice until TODAY. My son, who was not even 2 years old, had a serious crib accident, a laceration right next to his eye, it wouldn't stop bleeding. The pediatrician and children's clinic referred me to Dr. Boldly, the nurse turned away my heavily bleeding, crying child!!! Without explanation or anything like that, you were told where to go. Which, under these circumstances, is already an absurdity to the power of three. I will never enter this practice again! If it was about me it would be ok, but not with a child who isn't even 2!!! 😡

Rating not possible. Because the doctor is constantly on further training. My son had two accidents within 14 days. We would go to Dr. Boldly clever but she was once again on further training. 5 school accidents, 1 of which was Dr. Boldly seen. Nice, friendly receptionist, you can't rate it more. Another accident. Child is sent to the practice mentioned and is once again not responsible. From now on I will always go to the children's hospital.

!!!General presentation!!! The nurses are very nice, even if the waiting time is a little longer despite an appointment, it is very pleasant here. Miss Dr. Kühn is very nice and knows something about her craft. Unfortunately, the family doctor didn't quite come to terms with it, but I'm hopeful that he/she will stay longer now.

I went to the doctor because of an outpatient emergency and was guided by the good reviews. Unfortunately, you don't get an appointment and are immediately turned away. The person registering said they were no longer accepting patients. Then the doctor must be doing really well and good luck in the future. Get another doctor.

One star is too much for Ms. Conrad, not at all friendly and competent, I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

Today I went to see Dr. for the first time. Koch due to months of foot pain. There is an open consultation hour on Wednesdays and Thursdays where you can be treated without an appointment. No waiting time and a clean, large practice. The doctor is very competent and friendly, took his time and gave some tips. I am very grateful and hope the pain will go away quickly.

I have been with Dr. Heuer for a year now and I feel completely comfortable in this practice. All employees are friendly, courteous and always strive to help each individual patient as quickly as possible. The practice is beautifully and tastefully decorated. A big thank you to the entire team Can recommend this practice 100%.

Dear practice team, The practice is well set up and good for patients with disabilities. The doctors are very competent and so are the employees, but I still felt very rudely received by the employee with the glasses at the front of the counter on the left. I'm 62 years old, but I've never met a doctor like her. Dr. Thierbach is modern, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very personable, incredibly helpful and has real power. My wife and I are totally thrilled. We wish her continued strength!

The results of my knee surgery are excellent. Before and after care is also very good. Highly recommended. Thank you! General note: I don't understand why it has to be given "1 star" because it wasn't covered due to time constraints. In medicine, just like in any other job, there have to be working hours, otherwise you can spend the night in the practice because someone is always coming. You can't do more than work. After the practice closes, there is the statutory health insurance emergency service on 0381 / 116 117 or the clinic's emergency room. It's really a shame that good doctors have to deal with such unjustified, bad reviews here on Google.
