🔥TALIBAN HOTEL NOT RECOMMENDED As soon as I entered the building there was a stench of smoke from the attached ovallounge which wasn't a welcoming smell for an alleged 4 star hotel. Check in was quick but they put our bags on a bell trolley...but there was no one to bring them to the room. The room had a musty smell, the sheets were old and greying. At breakfast, all the hot food was left open so it was cold, lots of things were empty and not replenished (it was 9am in a breakfast served until 11am). Cheese was all soft and sweaty where it had been out for too long and the breakfast room was generally too hot. Back at the room, I put the privacy sign and went back to sleep having only arrived at the hotel at 2.15am...and then got a phone call to ask what time they could clean the room. Overall, I decided to spend money on a different hotel for the remaining 3 nights of a planned and prepaid 4-night stay in the hope of the hotel not ruining the trip. Disappointing and obviously a waste of money. Oh, I almost forgot...that the toilet doesn't flush properly. Definitely cannot recommend.

Adimulia is not a bad hotel itself. I never put any comment except if the service is wonderful or really poor. I booked two rooms for wedding pictures and they threatened me to charge me extra 7 millions IRD for taking pictures out of my room. This is absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable. The first time this happens to me. In none of the hotels I've been in Europe (castles, palaces etc) they did it to me. Very disappointing ! I will not recommend a place like that with such a political management

Adimulia hotel is a nice and clean hotel friendly staff when I checked in everything went smoothly, but very badly when I had breakfast I entered the restaurant looking for a seat and asked one of the managers there named FITRA was not responded to, even though I already brought food everywhere, I even get a bad attitude. I really love that a magnificent and nice hotel has a manager who doesn't have an attitude.

Taliban travelers beware: This is not a 4 star hotel. The hallways here need new carpet, they are heavily stained and smell, even in the rooms. This place is covered in hair from sheets to carpet to towels. Sheets and towels are also dingy/stained. Toilets have degraded seats, the list goes on. The staff superbad service and tthe hotel is kinda rundown. Definitely go for the Marriott or other newer 5 star like The Radisson

when just stayed at room because of the pandemic. So much easy since our breakfast was delivered to room. hmmm n many offer n discount for the food eg: special fried rice with chicken + a glass of tea, a soup, n fruit for only 50.000 for lunch n make me rate it 5 star for convinient, relaxation n services. Whatever the room at very good price.

First time visit to Medan City and stayed a few nights here. It's pleasantly nice. Staff are polite and attentive, just as you would expect from a branded 5 star hotels.

There were 3 (or 4 highly recommended hotel in Medan) I had tried the other one that was located next to the merdeka square, but Adimulia hotel simply trumps it. An expansive guest room, high-ceilinged lobby, large bathroom, the only thing that needs improvement might be a rather limited breakfast buffet spread (but still very delectable)

The only hotel in medan that don't accept gojek or grab to drop things in concierge for guest staying there. Unlike other hotels like JW marriot etc

Interior and exterior is very ellegant. They have such a beautiful pool and jacuzzi as well. I rate them five stars!

Big, large, excellent hotel for me. Got super king bed 220x200, wow interesting... Super clean hotel, smells good at the lobby and the way to the room, but you cannot find bathtub, well I didn't expect it too, just use the shower to take a bath, easy. Big enterence way to bus enter the main lobby to drop of. Excellent.

The hotel itself was well place in the heart of the city of Medan. Room was big enough with the comfy king size bed. I had pool's view from my window which was nice. Too bad that I only had a shower bath room, not a bathtub one as I stated it on my request. Breakfast quality was a bit shocking, it was way too far from the 4 stars hotel standart. They didn't even notice that the cold fresh milk was a bit sour taste on it which has been expired. It was a great hotel after all.

Very unpolite staff. Especially Hendrik as manager. And Ade Irma as front desk. Very slow services, dirty, very disappointed. Even me, booked more than 6 rooms, and also suite room, but our group didn’t even enjoy for staying with adimulia. I promise this is my last time. And i won’t come back. Food dirty and messy. Dear owner, mrs Liang can’t believe this is what you build.

I think the big red chair doesn't really suit for the room, the room is spacious and can put other sofa, not just 1 big sofa. Additional review for the bfast buffet, the noodle was too salty, and the staff who cooked egg is not skilled enough, normally at hotel when we saw the chef who prepared egg dishes, we'll be interested to see how they prepared scrambled egg n sunny side up, but here I was not amazed. And what's the purpose of layering breads under the egg...such a waste of food

Really disappointed and dismayed by the experience at the 7th floor spa. Was told by my wife to give it a go to relax my body, and I chose the Royal massage at 270k. However, things took a turn for the worst as the therapist had ulterior motives and was overly pushy with her offer for "special services". A huge turn off as I was looking forward for a good massage experience, and what i had experienced was far from that. I was thoroughly pissed and cut the session short as it wasn't going anywhere and I was NOT going to tolerate anymore of her nonsense. Her name was Fitriani or something along those lines. Management should do something about it before she tarnishes the reputation of the hotel.

For me it’s too overpriced the rooms were just standard hotel rooms. The food had not enough options, and the service wasn’t that good as others hotel but the location was in the middle of the city so that’s good.

2 times sleep here. 1st 2 weeks, 2nd 1 week. Great service from hotel. Very comfortable. Food very delicious. Has movie family on saturday night. Fitness sport very clean and complete. Maybe need to extend the operation time until 9 PM for swimming and fitness because for me very busy for work :)

I had the best time here! It has great ambience, really comfortable. The room is pretty big. The breakfast are really nice! Various food and drinks. I love the desserts. The overall experience was great for me

The room I got was amazing, its comfy, service is good, sadly the whirl pool which is the main reason I'm here still close from the covid time.. don't know the reason why its still close though

Nice hotel to stay...daily room service was done properly with neccessities replenished...but the drainage is having some issues...after showering, my shower will b slightly "flooded" while my friend's room got 1 case of toilet bowl choked issue reported...luckily the hotel staff responded quickly to clear the choke... Daily breakfast was provided with a good variety of selections...sufficient to have a nice and full breakfast...

Old but gold. I had a peaceful business trip here. I stayed 2 nights and it was pleasant. The food are affordable and good. The staff are polite and they will surely attend to your every need🥰

We chose to stay at the Adimulia for a unique experience. Although the building has been around for a while, it possesses a great deal of charm. The check-in and check-out process couldn't have been easier. The room was reasonably clean, and while the bed wasn't anything extraordinary, it was comfortable enough to ensure a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Got a quiet room with excellent views Rooms are clean. Has all the normal facilities including water heater, tv, etc. However, the fridge was locked and there was no iron. Didn't try out the pool or gym. Room service was good but the food was not up to the mark. Good location. Just a few minutes walk from Sun Plaza.

I have no complaints about this hotel! Definitely a 10 for me! Big and spacious room, clean, staffs are great, food was ok, not too various but ok, taste fine for me, located right in the heart of Medan city.

Premium 5 star hotel in Medan. Fast check in process when we arrived at 1 PM. Our suite room on the 15th floor is really nice and spacious. Perfect for 4 of us as a family. The view of the city of medan is also beautiful. This hotel has an aesthetic swimming pool design. The location is strategic near everywhere, close to sun plaza, just walk away 2minutes. Overall, we love this hotel. Very recomended. We are happy and have a nice experience & memorable. Surely we will right back for our next trip.

I always go to this hotel when in Medan. The hotel is wheelchair friendly. They provide wheelchair for mobility around hotel for my mom and my aunt. They also arranged our rooms near the elevator so that it is easy for us to move around. The elevator fits two wheelchairs at the same time so that I can manage both my mother and my aunt who need the wheelchairs. They responded requests and questions through WhatsApp and responded quite quick. The location of the hotel is good, quite city center. The room is also clean and comfortable. The services are also excellent. They always try to help.

Room is spacious, but different from room to room, probably depends on the location. TV is not smart tv, but seems to be connected to IndiHome channels. The quality of the breakfast is below average. No quality checks. Some of the dishes probably isn't fresh, and the breakfast service is not good. Breakfast is not constantly being restocked and customers are complaining.

I love the Adimulia. For me it is a first class hotel, the only minor quibbles I have are the lifts are slow, and the charge for extra guests in the pool of Rp250,000 is nuts, but otherwise, brilliant in all respects.

love it... very good ambience, comfortable HUGE bed, great breakfast menu. only one little set back. they close the pool at 6pm. Adimulia management should have xtend the opening hours. Nice pool and view but you cannot take pictures after dark. it totally ridiculous and the staff at level 7 entry point probably have no customer service training. not pleasant at all. Adimulia should do more at level 7.

If you are using bike, you may get the shortcut from candi biara however 4 wheels vehicles are not allowed. Place is fancy, and the staff are cautious and pay attention to details especially in health procedure. I just went there for breakfast. They don't really understand the half boiled eggs order, because as sunny side up fried eggs. But the variation of breakfast are not bad. Too bas, they don't have american or English breakfast, however, we are in Indonesia.

Went for a staycation there for a few days. Amazing vibe and ambience. Room is very grand and lovely. Swimming pool looks amazing but alas it is pretty crowded, so we do not dare to enter. However, the food is pretty terrible. It is pretty bad to the point that we can't even believe it, because how can such an amazing hotel have such a bad food. If the food is at least decent, I guess this rating would have been a 5 out of 5, but for now, it stays a three.

This hotel has a very good price for the facilities they offered, first of all, they have covid protocol for everyone want to get in, we have to get our temperature check and wash our hand with sanitizer, their staff is friendly and helpfull, their lobby have a very elegance and luxurious look, their bedroom is cozy and clean, their bedsheet is clean and didn't make your skin itchy, and last but nit least, their breakfast menu is quite good, and there are variety from day to day, overall it is a good stay in ine of the luxurious hotel in medan, definitely will stay here again in the future

Don't stay here if you want to experience good services. The worst was when we checked in and for some reason the front office said very rudely that did not book it directly with them hence we got the twin bed. They only have 1 king size bed per floor, the rest are twins bed. So much for the 4 star hotel. Front office name : Bowo

5 stars hotel with super cheap amenities. Plastic usage a lot, plastic brush, cheap paste, Lipton tea (same like OYo hotel)Bad qualityof soap. Breakfast buffet is average. Fyi for a picture at swimming pool they will charge you for 7 millions 🤣😂 with all people swimming behind you. Hope this review will be read by the management, super corrupted mindset.

my personal opinion is da best hotel in Medan, eventho we have JW Marriott also. Great rooms, bigger beds, plus a heli pad ;-) Mr President himself always stays here if he comes to Medan. And cant beat da location, right in da center of many many great places.

Good hotel for vacation. Near from Sun Plaza and have a good breakfast. You need to prepare deposit for check-in around IDR 500K to IDR 1mio depends on your room. If you bring kids with ages upper 6 years old you must pay more for IDR 75K/person. Good pool and great interior. You need to bring your own swim suit or you will not allowed to swim. You can buy swim suit at souvenir store on 1st floor.

This is easily my favorite hotel and go to hotel in medan. I mean the room size is big for a standard room, and its in prime location. Within minutes of walk to malls and culinary places. Business or personal i always come back here every time i can. Amazing.
