Dimana-mana pasien wajib daftar dulu baru dilakukan pemeriksaan, tapi di RS Bina Kasih ini kenapa saya langsung diperiksa baru disuru lakukan pendaftaran? Alhasil ketika melakukan pendaftaran askes saya tidak bisa saya disuru bayar? Alasannya orang IGD tidak bisa cek kalau askes masi aktif atau tidak, hey haloo itulah gunanya dilakukan pendaftaran untuk mengecek data. Tapi kalian langsung asal main melakukan tindakan. Dimana SOP kalian? Apa emang begitu SOP RS Bina Kasih ini? Kasihan sekali rumah sakit Grade B tapi pelayanannya E. Cukup sekali saya dtg berobat kesini.

Penanganan lambat, sok sibuk semua... Padahal entah apa yang dikerjakan di RS ini. Dokter yang gak sigap... Bilangnya sipet kosong tapi ternyata dipakai pasien lain. Malah dapat besok sore. Kalo memang gak ada stock jangan bilang ada. Tau gini ngapain rujuk disini. Pasien terlantar beberapa jam. Dokter ada schedule tapi entah kemana... Sedih rasanya
