And the strangest thing is, this hospital has no signal, we want to use the phone, both Whatsapp and GSM, there is no signal at all, so we have trouble contacting anyone. But, in the morgue, the signal is there. What do you mean there is no signal in the emergency room or in the patient's waiting room? Don't want to go to this hospital, even though it's type B, but bad services. Bad and slow service. You have to register first before you can take action. Damn SOPs. Not humanity comes first. Type B hospital, where is the assessment so that it gets a B value? (Original) Pelayanan sangat buruk. Saya menggunakan Rumah Sakit ini karena yg paling dekat dengan rumah saya. Kalau tidak krn emergency saya tidak menggunakan RS ini. Penanganan suami saya sangat buruk dan lamban sekali. Di IGD saya sudah bilang suami saya sesak, krn jantung. Saya disuruh daftar dulu. Suami saya hanya dikasih oxygen dan EKG sj, pdhl saya bilang saya minta dicek semuanya segera. Setelah saya selesai daftar, setelah selesai cek EKG dokter malah minta saya nebus obat dulu di farmasi. Bukannya langsung diberikan pertolongan agar sesak suami saya dan sakit didadanya dipulihkan dulu. Akhirnya terlambat, suami saya menghembuskan nafasnya, hanya 15 menit setelah dikasih tindakan pemberian oxygen dan EKG. Ketika dibawa ke ruangan darurat, suami saya hanya dipompa tanpa dilakukan tindakan lainnya, seolahΒ² hanya supaya mereka melakukan pertolongan. 30 menit kemudian mereka nyatakan suami saya meninggal. Suami saya dibawa ke ruang mayat, dan saya ditinggalkan saja disana meraungΒ², dianggap mengganggu pasien di IGD, padahal pasien di IGD hanya 1 org sj. Tidak lama kemudian ada seorang bapakΒ² mendatangi saya meminta agar dirumah sj dilakukan formalin. Bayangkan saja, saat orang berduka, masih saja ada bisnis diluar dr RS ini. Saya meminta suami saya dimandikan dulu sebelum dibawa pulang ke rumah. Dan apa yg dilakukan yg mandikan? Mereka sama sekali tidak menghargai jenazah, disiram seperti menyiram kotoran dan asal saja. Yang akhirnya saya sendiri yg memandikan jenazah suami saya. Tega amat. Dan yang paling anehnya, Rumah sakit inilah yg tidak ada sinyal, kita mau menggunakan telp baik Whatsapp maupun GSM tidak ada sinyal sama sekali, sehingga kita kesulitan menghubungi siapapun. Tapi, di kamar mayat, sinyal ada. Apa maksudnya nih di IGD maupun diruang tunggu pasien tidak ada sinyal? Janganlah mau berobat ke rumah sakit ini, padahal sudah type B, tapi bad services. Pelayanan buruk dan lambat. Harus daftar dulu baru dikasih tindakan. SOP brengsek. Bukan kemanusiaan didahulukan. Dan anak saya sekitar 3-4 thn yg lalu pernah kecelakaan. Penanganan baru dilakukan setelah keluarga datang dulu. RS yg mengerikan, trauma kalau melihat RS ini. Rumah sakit type B, dimana sih penilaian sehingga mendapat nilai B?

(Saya tau karena sebelumnya ibu saya pernah alergi) dan pihak rumah sakit juga sudah bolak balik saya beritahu berkali-kali kalau ibu saya pernah alergi obat, tapi entah kenapa pasca operasi timbul lagi alergi obatnya. Setelah dipindah keruangan dari ICU, saya bilang ke perawat bahwa kulit ibu saya seperti alergi obat. Perawatnya no respon, dilirik pun gak. Dokter bedahnya pasca operasi, visit hari ke 2.hari pertama yang visit asistennya sj. Lama2 keadaan ibu saya makin parah, karena lambatnya penanganan buat ibu saya. Mudah2an tidak ada lagi pasien yang mengalami hal seperti yg dialami ibu saya. Sekarang ibu saya sudah tenang, semoga Allah menempatkan Ibu saya ditempat terbaik disisi-Nya.. Aaminn ya Rabb..

    Pokoknya semua yg dituliskan oleh orang² yg memberi bintang 1 itu benar adanya😒 Wahai kalian tim medis yg bekerja di RS MITRA SEJATI, bekerjalah dengan hati. Apa yg kalian tabur, itu juga yg akan kalian tuai. Ingat kalian juga punya keluarga. Di IGD saja sudah diabaikan, karna setelah nunggu 3 jam baru bapakku di cek, apalagi di rawat di ICU yg gak kita lihat . Dan benar saja ayahku meninggal di ICU. Dalam waktu 3 jam aq menunggu ambulance yg ku carter datang, pasien ICU yg meninggal nambah lagi, jadi total 4 jenazah yg meninggal dalam waktu 3 jam. Only God Knows...
