    sure, the facilities looks good with improving condition. but, service of security guard is so low. help sign is not clear enough. my cousin is pharmacist and when he go to this hospital, he given not needed medicines. because the medicines is not effective to relieve his sick.

    Baik ada plus minusnya, pelayanan oleh perwatnya baik, sering liat pasien, ketika tengah malam dipanggil langsung gerak. Dokter penyakit dalamnya pun oke. Dua bulan ditangani dr.Rini dan terakhir ditangani dr. Herwindo serta diberi resep obat yg baik walau mahal, Alhamdulillah batu empedu bisa hilang, tinggal penebalan finding empedu saja. Cuma ada yg minus si masalah kluarga datng jenguk jauh dari kampung gak bisa masuk 4 orang krena dibatasi hanya 2 orang. Bingung jd nya mau letak mana alhasil jauh jauh dari limapuluh cuma sampe Lobi Rumah sakit abis itu balik gak ketemu. Untuk cendela waktu hujan bocor, minta silicon lagi dikamar 703. Namun petugasnya langsung tanggap beresi lantai yg basah.

    Parkiran agak susah kalo yang dari medan ke belawan soalnya harus muter agak jauh. Parkiran berada di seberang rumah sakit. Untuk saat ini hanya diperbolehkan 1 orang yang menjaga pasien untuk rawat inap. Jam kunjung 13.00-14.00 WIB dan 17.00-18.00 WIB. Mushola berada di lantai 9. Bagi yang mau berkunjung siapkan KTP untuk bisa masuk

    Kualitas pelayanan sudah sangat baik. Mulai dari kesigapan para staff, kebersihan yang sangat terjaga, dan fasilitas yang tersedia dengan sangat baik. Tetapi, kali ini saya ingin memberikan keluhan saya. Jam 1 siang dikatakan sudah dapat untuk pulang. Lalu saya, meminta surat keterangan sakit. Dan untuk mendapatkan surat keterangan sakit tersebut saya dan keluarga harus menunggu selama 2 jam lebih . Staf mengatakan bahwa delay yang terjadi karena adanya permasalahan pada komputer.     Wulan Windi dan Mitra Medika sudah kerjasama sperttinya tapi pelayanan jauh lebih baik wulan windi dari pada mitra medika yos sudarso. Dari parkiran yg super mahal, kasian buat yg jaga pasien smntra wulan windi gratis. Belum lagi satpam yg yassalam sekali mulutnya padahal masih muda2, terus coba update kabar terbaru, saya heran kok masih ada test antigen utk pasien yg notabenenya anak saya umur 2 tahun, bukannya pemerintah udah cabut wabah covid yaaaa
