The
hotel
failed
to
prove
its
fame.
In
every
way,
it
failed
to
show
even
the
basic
criteria.
Right
from
hospitality
to
taste
everything
was
not
good.
At
the
Entrance,
temperature
check
was
done,
but
then
there
was
no
sanitizing
process.
Ground
floor
wasn't
for
dining,
but
we're
guided
to
the
first
floor.
What
people
who
couldn't
climb
do?
No
lift
facility,
even.
The
waiters
and
house
keepers
roaming
around,
were
numbered
higher
than
customers.
Still
took
so
long
for
them
to
get
the
order
from
us
after
we
seated.
Some
Waiters
doesn't
know
certain
dishes.
And
even
after
the
chef
was
explained,
we
were
served
with
the
some
different
dish
rather
than
the
one
we
ordered.
Beyond
everything,
It
took
nearly
40
minutes,
when
we
received
our
starters,
which
was
served
before
the
soup.
I
wonder,
that
in
such
a
big
restaurant,
they
failed
to
serve
in
order.
Quantity
was
fine.
Which
triggered
the
eager
to
eat,
leading
to
ultimate
fail
in
Quality.
ONLY
the
menu
card
is
showy.
Most
of
the
items
were
not
available,
and
the
taste
is
very
poor.
Presentation
is
not
up
to
the
mark.
3
times
they
provided,
empty
Salt
and
pepper
containers
without
even
checking.
One
nice
thing
was
the
copper
tumblers,
which
would
not
be
considered
when
among
so
much
flaws.
The
dishes
are
Unworthy
for
the
price.
The
climax
felt,
not
fulfilled
stomach
and
heart.
I
hardly
recommend,
unless
they
change
everything.
