Dishonest staff. Avoid at all costs Edit: we contacted you multiple times and you didn’t respond

This is not the best side of town and Meadow Inn but the hotel is very cheap and is a good place to stay I stayed near the front is perfect to sleep And inside the hotel is actually quite safe I wouldn't recommend going outside late at night for during the day and early in the night it is perfect to walk around and get a good feel For the city

The bed was so hard. The room was smelling badly. The customer service was bad. The street was dangerous. The rooms were very cold and there was not light of the sun because there was not any window in the rooms. I do not recommend it. If you are not a Latin and if you are a white person, you can stay at Poblado or at Carrera 70. The city center is dangerous for the white people, don't walk alone at the night. There are so many people who use drugs in the streets, take care of you in the city center and between carrera 70 and Jumbo Shopping Center.

For the price, I think it was OK. The lady at the counter was really kind. Depending on where you are from, you might find it too noisy. Here and there some things were missing (like the showerhead, and we saw bugs and mold on the wall, but we were OK with that too).

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We can't confirm the bad reviews. The price was reasonable for what you get. We spent 2 relaxing nights here. Thanks.

I have never seen anything this dirty and awful!!! We had to pay for another hotel and Natural did not refund the money!

Wifi didn't work. For. Two.days Then. Garage wouldn't. Open. There's better hotel. Around... It's is pretty cheap. And. In. Good location. For. Shopping. And. Stuff.. Wouldn't recommend it. At late night hours

Accommodating staff, but need to interact with them about cleaning. One room had a leaky shower. Not a bad area considering 'el centro'. A good value for your money.

AVOID. NOISY. HAS COCKROACHES. Should have listened to all the bad reviews. I booked in a rush and then realised there are lots of bad reviews. Couldnt cancel so decides to go and check it out. It is located centrally but in a bad area so you cannot go out at night. Hotel seemed ok at first so we decided to stay since we had already paid. It was very very noisy at night, no hot water and pretty smelly room due to no ventilation. Quite cheap though so probably ok for value. However later we discovered our room had lots of cockroaches. Disgusting. We killed around 10 and realised we could not stay there. They were crawling everywhere. So at this point it was 2 am and we still hadnt slept. Quite nervous and paranoid we rushed downstairs and were offered another room after a long wait. We only got 2 hours sleep that night. Really disgusting. I have just given all my clothes to laundry as I am worried they have got into my stuff. We were lied to and were told we could get a refund in the morning. In the morning they made us wait for half an hour to tell us at first we could only get 30% back and when we objected, that dropped to ZERO! They said they could not offer a refund as we had already spent the night there. Terrible experience, disgusting management and poor communication.

Clean place, a bit loud, no elevator.

The staff are great. The rooms however are a different story. The jacuzzi in the pictures are very nice but they do not work. So basically it is just a large bathtub with no drain plugs. Someone looking at the website might think wow there is jacuzzi and book the place (guess who did). Little did i know that my room was taken and i had to stay in another which had an oscillating fan that would turn left and right but the blade did not move. There was no air conditioner. The reason it is noisy is because the windows have to be open to let the air circulate. In addition, the outlets were not secured firmly to the wall and also if you plug a device it could just fall out of the socket. These could potentially become electrical hazards. The faucets were not secured to the sink as well as in the bath. The lights in the room were of different brightness. I had a light that looked like a spotlight. Also, the phones in the room don't work. The white walls are discolored. When i finally got my room, I selected the one with the air conditioner. The room was slightly better but had the same problems. This place has a lot of potential because of its location. Once i leave they will probably correct the deficiencies but for me it is too late.

Customer service is disgusting. Prices are absurd. Why would you charging babies and toddlers?! All the women there working there have nasty attitude. Really stuck ups. I felt unwelcome. I don’t normally write reviews but this has to be addressed. This was going to be the second time staying there. First time I stayed there.. I thought she was having a bad day. Apparently not. 😑
