excellent location! Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Cyan suites offers great amenities. Can't beat the value for the price close to Provenza and all of the great Medellin areas.

The first room we stayed in was not clean and did not look like the pictures. The bed was very hard it felt like a box spring instead of a mattress. When we woke up the next day my boyfriend had random hair in his beard. On the first day I saw two men with escorts. After explaining that our room was not clean upon arrival we were offered another room for $60 usd more. We took it only to discover that this room was also dirty as well. Our new room had a balcony and a kitchen. The dishes in the cabinet were all dirty they were greasy or had dried food on them. One of the pillow cases had a cigarette burn. It was obvious that neither of the rooms had been swept either. Only good thing about this place was the view and location. You also have to pay for cleaning services as well when you don’t even get a clean room. The WiFi is very slow if you need a reliable connection this is not the place for you. The men at the front desk were friendly.

We stayed at an Air B & B here. The location is perfect. I felt safe and there’s a connivence store you can walk to. The front desk staff was amazing and very helpful. They have a restaurant and will bring food right up to your door. If you order from Rappi (their instacart/ubereats) they will bring it up too. Uber’s are dirt cheap anywhere you go. Just know that the water never gets to hot, and the place we stayed had a shade that didn’t cover the patio completely, so ppl can see right inside. There were also ants so don’t leave your suitcase open and on the floor like I did. All in all a good stay.

Centrally located Air BnB apartment in Medellin. Great hospitality!

Not the best place to stay. Owner was rude. Check in was long and tedious. I suspect they had cameras in the room. Later found out they knew everything I was doing. Also your personal information is given out. Room cleaning was like $20 day American dollars. They never mentioned it at check in. So the bill added up quickly. No free breakfast. The pool/jacuzzi was broken/not working. No exercise room. Only thing good about this place was the view. Stay away from this place.

Apartment is clean, and has breakfast included, also a washer inside the unit and a huge balcony/teraza, also private covered parking and jacuzzi and bbq area

Very Low key. Great choice on a budget. This is a very low key hotel. Nothing sophisticated, very good for a night or two. Located in el Poblado is the price is considerably below other options around. So if you are on a budget and keep your expectations low, this is a perfect choice. Clean and simple rooms. If cable is important to you, stay away. Wifi services are also a little slow. Staff is friendly and breakfast is ok. Bed is not the best, too hard maybe.

My stay here was incredibly frustrating due to a lack of organization and communication from the reception staff. I chose to do a tour with the reception… Fabian assured me my tour was booked and took my contact information, then last night I when to confirm the timing, a different receptionist told me to be there at 7:30 a.m. The next morning, another receptionist, Darwin, seemed unaware of my tour and said it had already left. When I questioned why I wasn't informed, he dismissively claimed they didn't have my number. My host told Darwin to refund me because he didn’t do it when I asked that well if I’m not doing a tour I should be refunded. However, my primary concern was the tour itself, not the money. The disorganization and lack of accountability from the reception staff wasted an entire day of my trip, and there were no apologies offered. I cannot recommend trusting their information or booking tours through them. It was a significant waste of time and a frustrating experience.
