Worst Vietnamese food ever! I ordered a large pho and a vermicelli. The large size is what other restaurants would offer for a regular size. And the sauce they gave is prepackaged Chinese sauce… they packed the vegetables in a not for food plastic bag. The pork that came with the vermicelli tasted like minced pork, the flavor is there but the texture was weird. What was the worst was that the vermicelli didn’t comes with the fish sauce that any other place would do and the vermicelli was actually warm. Very disappointed by this restaurant. And it is overpriced!

Honestly, this is the best place for a fresh, amazing, and delicious Pho. The staff is also great. A HUGE plus is how quickly they serve our order. We are coming back for sure!

this place does not deserve 4.7 stars. The food SUCKED in both authenticity and taste. I ordered the Vermicelli grilled chicken with shrimp. The grilled chicken looked and tasted exactly like the Chinese roast pork (see other reviews below). The shrimp was just water-boiled shrimps contrary to the usual vietnamese style shrimp that is grilled with lemon grass. The Vermicelli is just wet rice noodles. The quality extremely poor. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Great food, friendly service, good price! Definitely going to be coming here more frequently. My mother and I fell in love with the great tastes! Definitely recommend. Their pho is fantastic and the rice dishes are so yummy. Their passionfruit bubble tea is so refreshing. I'm obsessed with their beef avocado rolls. My new favorite spot!

We were happy when this place opened but wondered how authentic it would be given where it is. Due to the positive reviews in that regard, we decided to give it a try and happy we did. The pho broth is delicious and clean tasting. The OG summer roll (it may be called spring roll here) is fine and classic. Egg noodle soup is also very good. The service is great and attentive. We are so happy this is in our neighborhood and look forward to working our way down the menu. Please add bahn xeo to your repertoire. I love that!

Ordered the special Pho noodle soup, pork vermicelli and fried spring roll. The broth wasn’t the best, but it’s good compare to some other places. The pork was okay. The spring rolls weren’t freshly make, but tasted good. Service was good and price is about average.

Short answer: Come here for white washed Vietnamese cuisine Long answer: As a Vietnamese person myself and living in Vietnam for my whole adolescence, trust me when I say that I know what AUTHENTIC Viet food taste like. Although there are many good Viet restaurants out there, this was definitely not one of them. The bathrooms were dilapidated, the servers did not speak Viet. I ordered the extra large pho, 18 dollars down the drain. My 10 year old daughter ate it in 5 minutes. The meat and the spleen were the thinnest I’ve ever seen and the broth left a weird aftertaste. The bun bo hue broth had the same flavor as the pho, it did not taste like authentic bun bo hue. Another 15 dollars down the drain. I ordered fried rice, they came out 20 minutes later with white rice, saying that they ran out of fried rice, not even asking me if I still wanted it. Let me list few issues: off brand sriracha, napkins did not come out of the box, did not give us sauce bowls, and so much more. Anyways, if you want to have a good time and eat real Vietnamese food, do not come here.

This is the best pho I've had in the US! The broth is rich and flavorful, the noodles are perfectly cooked, and the meat is tender and flavorful. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic pho experience.

Best pho I've had around Boston. Very well seasoned broth. I usually get the C2. The brisket is absolutely cooked to perfection. Noodles have a nice chew. Herbs are fresh. Not much more you could ask for

I'm not Vietnamese, but I've always been curious about pho. I'm so glad I finally got to try it at this restaurant. The broth was so flavorful and rich, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The meat was also very tender and flavorful.

It was perfect for the weather and the serving size was just right. We'll definitely go back again.

I was here for the first time, 3.5 weeks ago. Man! The dish I had was excellent. I had rice with a fried egg, spring rolls and BBQ pork. So very delicious. I am from New York City, lived in NYC for 47 years, we have a huge Viet community there. I've visited Vietnam for 3 weeks and even attended a cooking class in DaNang. So I know good pho & BBQ pork and good service. Now I am back in Somerville for an Boston & NY event, didnt expect to be back so soon! and I am bringing a friend today for lunch, Sunday, to show him what I'm talking about. And then we will return to NYC with a very happy belly. Update: I came back from NYC on the Sunday, 3.5 weeks later! and we got the delicious Pho! Don't hesitate. Great food and service. Very attentive! 5 stars all the way!

***UPDATE: 🤣 every other table was brought sriracha while i was there including those who were sat after me. One of the posts after this one literally shows Sriracha liars**. Food was good but instead of sriracha they brought me out hot chili sauce. I thought this is what they did but looking around every table, those before and after me had sriracha. I understand there a shortage but they played me. I could barely taste it, def not hot or flavorful.

Love this place, all the food I've had here is delicious and it's become a weekly favorite in a neighborhood we moved to only a few months ago. The beef pho is excellent, as is the bun and rice dishes. I've been here so often now (eaten their food several times a week for both lunch and dinner) that I really can't imagine how anyone could have left this place a bad review.

When my favorite Indian restaurant closed I was worried. But Pho Town is a good replacement. The bowls were large and hot. The mango smoothie was awesome! They were a little short handed. Definitely going back.

One of the best pho in greater Boston. I had their special pho and Thai boba milk tea. Great food and excellent service. However, they were a little busy since there were only two waiters.

Fresh , delicious food, Fabian was our server. He was very warming. The best pho restaurant in the area. Hands down

So glad this spot just opened in Medford! We ordered the classic spring roll, butter garlic filet mignon shaking beef on fried rice, winter melon drink, and the vermicelli honey glazed grilled pork with shrimp and egg roll. The staff are really nice and the take-out process was easy and quick. The food was fresh, tasty, and very filling (huge portions!). The winter melon drink was delicious and reminded us of a lot of boba tea drinks that we love. Can't wait to try the pho next!

Usually I love this place. This time around I ordered 3 kids meals for my kids ( chicken with fried rice) and when I got home I realized it was the wrong order. I was given chicken nuggets; which were way over cooked. My kids wouldn’t touch it. Tried to call the restaurant numerous times so they could hopefully help rectify the situation and their number keeps going to voicemail. How is a restaurant that’s open going to voicemail and not allowing messages? Highly disappointed and money wasted.
