I wouldn't take my dog here! I had an accident on 1/5 where I could not walk into or out of the facility. They took 2 x-rays and said I was fine and just experiencing some musculoskeletal pain. They gave me Ace wrap and a ice pack and sent me home. Well after a few days of excruciating pain, severe swelling, and unable to bear weight, I decided to get a second opinion. Come to find out my x-rays show a fracture. Best part this fracture is written in the radiologist's notes AND NO one called me to tell me this. Like WTF!! I really think the giddy PA with the blue hair needs to go back to medical school, because even I seen the fracture on the X-ray once shown it on the light box. And I'm not even medically trained!

4/16/18 EMTs transfer elderly, frail lady w/ dementia to ER for 10-stitch skin tear treatment. Severe distress seen when local anesthetic injected w/o topical anesthetic. 4/17/18 Second EMT team causes severe distress by ignoring caregiver request for sedation before transfer. In ICU, patient only partially medicated for distress, inflammation & pain for just 12 of 60 hrs. ICU ignores caregiver positioning advice. Severe distress seen during every procedure & 2 hr. re-positioning for the 24 hrs I was present. I wasn’t notified of increasing kidney failure. Patient didn't recover. Hospital failed to define or report this medical event as adverse. Discussions have yielded only a possible EMT med protocol change. Filed complaint with State which wasn’t even opened for investigation. No reason provided. Posting of reviews seems to be the only effective recourse. On 12/6/22, notified Aspirus I’d edit this accordingly if it reported this medical event as adverse and took steps to avoid more. Aspirus declines opportunity on 1/13/23.

My daughter has been sick on and off for over a year almost every month with something, and I NEVER have answers. It's always "Oh it may be this or this but we don't know for sure." It's so frustrating. The pediatrician we had was very rude to me and didn't seem concerned at all. She would be very short (or in a hurry) and send us home again, with no answers. Waiting for the ER? Forget it... apparently a super sick baby barely breathing with a temp of 103 isn't an emergency. Something needs to be changed or I will no longer be going here. There are A LOT of people I know who would say the same.

About 1 1/2 years ago I was prescribed warfarin which necessitates a twice monthly blood test. Until a friend mentioned that I could ask for a testing machine that I could use at home, I had no idea. The machine is not difficult to use and saves me a 30 miles round trip. If I had not asked, would anyone at Aspirus mentioned this time and money saving possibility? That should be standard procedure in my opinion.

Just moved to town and our first stop was the ED. Both my husband and mother in law had covid. The care they received was excellent!!! Sara PA and Sara the nurse were excellent. They both needed to be transferred and Sara made sure they were sent to the same hospital so my husbands 87 year old mother wouldn’t be alone. I can’t express how grateful I am to all the staff we encountered.

I had a day surgery the other day and all my doctors and nurses were just wonderful πŸ˜ƒ! I want to thank them for taking such good care of meπŸ’•πŸ˜€! They explained everything to a tee and made me feel so comfortable... I was so nervous going in for my surgery and they just knew how to make me relax. Thank you all so very much! β£οΈβ£οΈβ£οΈπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ.

Super unimpressed. Gave me pills for my depression, not to mention the cause for my depression IS MY WEIGHT. made me gain 12pounds and was unwilling to help me fix it. Instead felt very embarrassed and cried all the way home Today. Never coming back to this hospital after this experience. THANKS for having me gain 12 pounds and making me the heaviest I have ever been in my life. If it was my eating I would've been this big to begin with. Never again. This place is a joke.

Had a super nasty experience with their billing department, but I've been here a couple of times and have no complaints about the actual technicians, nurses and one doctor that I've seen. I had a broken arm and went to the ER. The doctor was completely professional and attentive. The nurse was incredibly helpful and soothing, and the x-ray people were great, too. There actually wasn't much emergency could do for me - they had to put my arm in a sugar cast and send me to a different hospital for surgery as this hospital didn't have an orthopedic surgeon available (which I found weird), but I can't blame the techs, nurses or doc for that. Also had an ultrasound for my thyroid and I thought the technician was very professional and got the job done as quietly and efficiently as possible. I really appreciated it. So, in a nutshell - administration that actually runs the hospital maybe a bit sketchy, but actual folks who are taking care of you are doing the best they can.

Birthing center and nurses in that unit were INCREDIBLE and very caring. They cared and listened to me and answered any questions or concerns I had during my stay. 10/10 I would absolutely recommend giving birth here. Very compassionate and educated nurses.

😠 Man. If you like waiting around, being forgotten, and being unable to fill your prescriptions, this is the place for you! I've been trying to get an inhaler for days, talked to doctors and care staff and mostly they seem annoyed. I have been a patient there for almost three years. Trust me, if I had...

😠 This place has really gone downhill, I don’t know what has happened. I brought my daughter since birth in 2020 and they were great, especially Dr. Cataldo. Since bringing my second daughter less than a year ago, they are terrible and spiteful. I’ve given them 3 chances and decided to quit, just horr...
