Man, a couple weeks ago I tried this place and it was one of the best “Chinese food” meals I’ve ever had. So tonight I went and ordered the exact same thing, Cashew Chicken Chow Mein, and what I got was not much more than a pile of boiled onions and celery with a few pieces of chicken. What I got the first time was nice mix of stir fried veggies and chicken in a traditional brown hoisin or clam type sauce. Tonight my meal looked and tasted like everything was boiled together in one pot, drained, and tossed in my carry out box with, and I counted, 10 cashew on top. It was really little more than a pile of onions and celery. Even after eating all the chicken, cashews, and water chestnuts, my plate looked almost exactly the same, like a big pile of plain boiled veggies. I would have returned my order had I realized it before getting all the way across town to my place. I’ve honestly never seen Chinese food like I received tonight... No sauce, no herbs, no garlic or ginger, no seasoning at all. What gives? I guess if I risk eating there again I will eat in. I did order in the store for carry out, and my order was ready very quickly, perhaps they forgot to toss it in sauce? Is that possible? Super disappointing experience, I would rate tonight’s visit as less than one star, but I’m giving you a two overall because of the one good meal I had a couple weeks ago. I sure would like to know what happened and why I got two completely different meals when I ordered the exact same thing both times.

I love their food, but will no longer order here. I ordered $100.00 in carry out. Then they want to charge me an additional 50 cents to pay with my credit card.!.! REALLY.!.! If that 50 cents is keeping you in business you need to do something else. You have lost a long time customer all for the want of 50 cents. That's just a cheep slap in the face. No thank you. Credit card fee's are part of YOUR cost of doing business cover the cost in your menu prices or something.

Went for a Birthday meal. Was early, (5pm) so got in and seated right away. We all ordered combinations plates. Took normal time for service. Everyone commented how good the meals were. Along with the egg flower soup. And they serve crackers! You get a generous portion for your meal. We had to take the excess with us. Would go again.

We ordered take out last night. We asked for no onions in any of the dishes we ordered. My meal came with extra onions. I wasn't able to eat it. I called the restaurant to ask for a refund, talked to owner. She was very unprofessional and started yelling at me over the phone. I was taken back at the lack/poor customer service. After she was done berating me over the phone, I told her I just wanted a refund. This afternoon we stop in the restaurant, she again raise her voice at me and my husband, telling us we didn't ask for no onions. Needless to say, we wouldn't be ordered from here again.

So far this is the best Chinese food I've had around here! We had veggie spring rolls! There sauce is SO good! We also had the vegetarian dinner for two. That came with so much food we are still eating left overs! By the way its even tastier the next day lol! We added tofu to our veggies and it was good. Seasoned just right! Not to over powering so you can taste the veggies! We will definitely go back! And the service was awesome! Friendly and attentive.

Very disappointed. We ordered pork fried rice that didn't have any pork in it, hot and sour soup that had no flavor. The waitress was nice enough to bring us a saucer of bbq pork when we asked for it.

Yummy food and a great time with friends. We tried several different things and they were good. I enjoyed the place. Check it out.

Two summers ago wow time is gone by fast my best friend and I went to the Silver Dragon to eat mainly because there's not many Chinese restaurants here in the valley that are clean and decent to say the least and the reviews from the health department on this place is not good but we decided to go eat reluctantly and the dishwasher older Chinese gentleman was outside covering his nose up with one hand and picking his nose with the other while holding a cigarette if you can visualize that... I said I'm not eating here ever again! He was sitting outside next to the garbage can on a break with his dishwashing apron on that was filthy sad but true! No thank you mama raised me better than that- That is to say I have more Pride and care for myself then to eat in a place that has no Pride in themselves!! Anybody can make food taste good... but is it healthier and clean from whatever's for you that's the question you need to ask yourself!!

Awesome food, great service! Very impressed with the food, fresh flavors shine through. The fried shrimp 🍤 were delicious. Will definitely frequent this place to get our Chinese on! Nice line of beers too. Only issue was the General Tso’s Chicken wasn’t too spicy. Asked for extra spicy got no spice just extra chili paste. Note to Chef: Someone asks for extra spicy? This is your opportunity to burn them down!! Lol take it. Otherwise It was awesome!

Took my family for dinner was so good. So many left overs. We love there hot tea, Marfar chicken and house rice with extra beef. Went here for dinner after my daughter cheered at her first football game. We won 41-0. Thanks for cooking for us tonight. Great food.1-29-23 had a wonderful late lunch, there was even enough left overs for dinner. Excellent service and food.

I am a food junkie and love Chinese, my favorite. Whereever I go, I have to try Chinese food. And believes me you, this is the worst Chinese food I've ever had. Restaurant looked good with 4.8 star Google ratings. But for me thumbs down 👎 for this one.

Excellent food. We’ve gone here several times and ordered various things. Everything was very good. We always took enough home for another meal.

Wonderful food and staff , the owner is great with special requests and was so great with my kids! This is my favorite restaurant by far we get amazing food quickly and wonderful friendly service! The only thing that’s a bit difficult to navigate is when folks clog the entrance.

The food was very good. The service was great! Food portions were good-sized. It's definitely a great place to eat. We will be returning and definitely recommend it!

Usually pretty good however tonight we had a piece of plastic in our crab puff.. the women on the phone said they were hand made.. and not bought in bulk. Just be careful ordering crab puffs I guess?

Best Chinese food ever and we are from outta town. Really big portions and everything is fresh and delicious!! Will def be back. If u haven't ate here u must try it.

Delicious food, hot & fresh, not oily. Very large restaurant filled with diners. We dined here due to our favorite Chinese restaurant, New China Restaurant, being closed on Black Friday. We will look forward to coming here also from now on. Service was excellent, thank you!

Have been going here for years, clean, comfortable, and the staff treats you like family - in a good way. Food is delicious, portions are huge, and vegetables are always crisp. Over 40 years and never a disappointment. Reservations recommended.

The food is good. Can easily feed 2 people on one dish; a single person will definitely take home leftovers. The parking lot is very small larger vehicles may have a hard time getting in and out

Typical chinese decor. Appears clean. Staff was prompt, checked throughout meal. Food was fast, hot and plenty! I will eat a 2nd meal from it. I actually ordered General Tso's chicken, not mar far. It was good, although a little too sweet for my taste.

I myself have eaten at this establishment only a hand full of times.. I can say it was enjoyable and serves was good. Not gonna lie I order to go most or have it delivered. This being said everytime I have delivered or parking lot pick up. There food is always hot when I pick it up or even still hot most times it's delivered. Not Silver Dragon's fault. Over all I can say it a great place to for a bite to eat or take out. Enjoy....

Still a small town secret for the best Chinese food in the area great portions, flavor and taste definitely somewhere you want to eat at! The food comes on huge plates so be prepared for having leftovers. I've ordered nearly everything on the menu at this point and can definitely say there's nothing that isn't good here. Review from 3 years ago: This place has some amazing Chinese food! Don't let the bad reviews fool you. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond when I accidentally dropped $100 they ran it out to me in the parking lot! I'm totally impressed with this below average rated restaurant (I sincerely believe those are fake reviews)!

It’s pretty awful food. Everything tastes like the not so fresh oil it was cooked in. The last time I ate there was about 9 months ago. Just writing review now. I’ve eaten there twice, several years apart. We threw most of it out. I do remember the waitress was very nice and service was good. Don’t waste your time and money here. Try Bambu up on Phoenix Road next to Vinny’s Italian. Excellent Thai with a slight Chinese fusion. Not in the same league as this terrible place. Bambu is not cheap but it is delicious.

The food was great, but they should warn people that the dishes are like platters, I ordered the mar far chicken and it was enough to feed all 3 of us, same as for all the dishes are friends ordered and my husband, we could have saved a lot of money by just sharing an order. But it was nice to have the left overs for the next days lunch!

We have eaten here in person many times. We also do takeout about once a month. We've got it down. Happy Family w/ fried rice and House Lo Mein. Perfect for a FAMILY OF 4! Best Chinese food in Medford. If you're gonna get Chinese take-out, go local!

Good food, fast service. Had special combo, fried shrimp was fabulous. Only thing missing for me is a dipping sauce for the shrimp 🍤 used to get a dish with half cocktail sauce and half Wasabi it made a good balance.

I love the portions you get, you definitely get what you pay for. I like to order combo number six. Fried shrimp, mar far chicken and pork fried rice. portions are generous but the fried food some times is a hit or miss. One day it will be fresh other it can tast as bit off. Maybe its the oil or just not fresh.
