I love the stores here, but the parking lot needs an extreme makeover. It is such a hassle to get in and out and to park. There is very little room to maneuver and forget getting out of a parking space (near the stores) as there is a constant line of cars and little room to get out once you finally get the chance. Hopefully they’ll renovate it soon.

Great place with nice restaurants. Fun to walk around and have a nice meal.

We come here to go to trader Joe's and Petco. Occasionally to REI. This is a good place to shop but the parking lot entrance and exit is horrible. I don't recommend coming here with a large vehicle. I wish they could make another exit and entrance here. But that being said we will be back.

The Ram had the best service today. Daniel our waiter was positive, friendly, and on top of our needs for a family of 5. The front desk staff was also helpful. The food was good, but the price of each meal was expensive. I am not sure the quality matched the pricing. I went with four stars because of the service.

Very nice area with stores, food, and easily get your steps in for the day; take an umbrella if it's raining.

We had a very good experience as usual shopping at Trader Joe's. We shop there probably 4 to 6 times per year. I always try to buy something there new each time. This time it was their spaghetti sauce with basil. We used it the next day for dinner and I was very satisfied with it. My husband bought some Lobster ravioli which he had with the sauce and he really enjoyed it. I had the sauce with some pasta and Italian sausage and really enjoyed it too. We also bought bananas, canned chili, wine, and a chocolate bar. I used their electric cart and didn't have any problems except one aisle which had several pallets that a clerk was emptying. When the clerk noticed I was coming down the aisle, he asked me to drive to the end and he would bring me the items which was great. My husband went to wait in the car for me since I still had a few more items to buy. I purchased some Veggie Sticks as well. The same clerk that helped me in the aisle also checked me out. Because I was driving a electric cart, he also followed me outside, put my groceries in the back seat and drove the cart back into the store. I really appreciated all his help and he did a great job for me. I was so lucky to get some great service like that.

TJ's has mostly gone woke. However, they have some items you just can not find anywhere else in the Rogue Valley. With that said, their prices are lower than Albertsons or Safeway. Just wish they would get rid of their wokism or they risk going broke.

Terrible parking lot on the Trader Joe's side, but otherwise a great spot for just about anything you might need. Once I learned you could drive behind Trader Joe's, I felt more comfortable visiting. I can't wait to see what's being developed 👀

I love this store.. All employees are super nice and helpful.. Great selection for any dietary need.. Great prices. They even have a really nice selection of plants for your home. And the selection of reusable shipping bags is pretty cool. I shop here once a week.

Trader Joe's has some delicious cookies. Also, nearly every single frozen meal I have bought here is tasty. The orange chicken bowl with brown rice is great.

Great place to stop and shop around a bit. Trader Joe's is a must! Drive carefully because half of the drivers don't know how to use a round about! It's right downtown and has like 4 entrances and many more new stores to come.

Yogurt hut is the best, I seriously wish we had another in gp. It sux it closed when C-Rona went around. So sad.

Critters for Sure in the area. Businesses are fine parking is good. But the critters are everywhere!

Great shopping area the vitamin shoppe REI Trader Joes and really good sushi in Shensai great area. Can be fairly busy most days.

I'm giving it 1 stars because I like a couple of shops and had a few good experiences but that was all null and void after I encountered the security patrol company, Jackson county security patrol. Which I learned is a small family company. Not only did I get trasspassed for no reason other than I didn't find what I was looking for in 3 stores even though I had spent money in 2 stores and was going to get some food with my food card but Libby, the gaurd watched me fall and refused to call for help when I asked him to and after I was able to get them myself then he decided to talk to them. Its no wander I learned that the are 2 Libbys with the company Don and Jason I spoke with Don don't know if Don is the one on patrol but both him and are definitely related and both say we don't have to have any reason to trespass you even though the stores didn't. The security patrol is the reason for a low review. Plus one would think that after someone has purchased stuff in 2 stores without a problem that at least one person would have said why are you?

Trader Joe's employees are excellent, going out of their way to ensure product quality even when I hadn't noticed the issue! Petco has an intuitive floor layout and the rewards program is super easy to sign up for!

What a fun place to stop for lunch! They have a great selection of frosty brews and a diverse menu. I had the Grand Ruben, which was piled high and my honest half had the fried chicken sammy, which I coveted of course. I almost raided the table next to ours when their burgers came out. Next time: BURGER!

Shops are great tho the parking lot could have been designed a lil better, can be a pain to get out when it gets busy

Nice shop, a little crowed, however the overall cleanliness and courteous staff makes for a very pleasant shopping experience.

Nice place to go walking around, They are continuing to add more stores, however the traffic is always crazy and the amount of times Ive seen cars speed through the parking lot is nuts so be careful. Happy shopping 😁

I absolutely love Trader Joe's! Trader Joe's has so many great and unique products. Even my Dog loves the grain free peanut butter and banana doggy biscuits. Oh yes, mustn't forget the wonderful Trader Joe's seasonal items! Oh joy! The Trader Joe's at Northgate Market Place in Medford is a great location to shop with lots of convenient parking. The employees are friendly and helpful.

I really do like this area of town to shop but, as per EVERY T.rader Jones parking lot I have ever been too, the lot is small and cramped. It isnt the safest and certainly not any fun! Beware of the flared temper and entitled belief sistems! Be kind ya'll!! I can make so many things ans am willing to do custom work. I was a welder/fabricator for the last 4 years as well. ❤️

Great shopping center with all of the staples. There’s plenty of parking and the area is kept fairly clean. We stopped here for the convenience of a Tesla charger and dinner options on a road trip.

One of my favorite places to shop in Medford. The BIG downside is access to the parking lot with REI and Trader Joe’s. Why don’t they open the round about for exit at least? I park in the main lot and walk over to REI rather than get tangled in that hot mess. Actually, I usually forego that part of the plaza entirely.

Trade Joe's is great. But property Management does not provide Securitu. The area is getting worse then Safeways. Pan Handlers and homeless ever where. BEWARE. This place is becoming a hazard for local shopping.
