This was a fabulous dining experience from start to finish! We were greeted, seated and served by the daughter of the family that owns and runs this sweet restaurant. She was pleasant and extremely helpful with choosing our dinner. We chose the four course option, which gives you the choice of lentil soup or salad with yogurt dressing(we went with the salad), garlic or regular naan bread(we got both), rice, your entree and dessert. I had a vegetarian curry dish and my wife had tandoori lamb...both dishes were bursting with flavor. Every bite of each course was an experience in my mouth! The ambiance was delightful and felt casual, yet elegant. Before the end of the meal, we had met the mother, father and two of the daughters(all working with smiles that were contagious)...we felt like we had truly had a top-notch dining experience and, somehow, made friends. I absolutely cannot wait to have a chance to return for another visit! Thank you for sharing your energy with us!

This is our third time so far. I have to add to my last review because it really does keep getting better. This is a family run restaurant and it is so special how each of the members offering service, uniquely creates an environment where the people coming in to have dinner also feels like family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ India Palace has so much delicious variety. It was hard to decide what to order. This was our first time.. I already know what I'm getting the next 2 visits. They are very spice wise. They are apparently known for being spicy. that's great for someone that likes hotness. Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. They are very aware of food allergies so you can feel safe. Clean, welcoming and warm atmosphere. The service is absolutely exquisite!

Food is amazing! Went for lunch and had the special but I will definitely be back for dinner. Lunch prices are great and portions are good. My favorite Indian in the area.

BEST Indian food I’ve had in the valley. I usually stick with Ashland food but I am really glad I decided to try India Palace! So delicious. The flavors are perfection. I got the India Palace Curry with coconut milk. They have everything that is gluten free and dairy free marked which I appreciate very much!!! This will definitely be a new regular spot for us, and the only spot we will go for Indian food.

After seeing this place listed on Google i HAD to go check it out. Btwn their menu, pictures, and spice levels I was sure it would be the best Indian food in the Rogue Valley. Well- it wasn't. I ordered the chicken lovers Thali and was disappointed to hear I couldn't pick a spice level because "I ordered the thali" and was stuck with a chili powder tasting hot sauce that I wasn't impressed with. For a 30 dollar meal, I expect to get it my way. The butter chicken was good, Tikka Masala was good as well, but the tandoori chicken was severely overcooked and super dry. My garlic Naan was really tasty but it was dry and chewy; It tasted and felt like it had been reheated in a microwave. My portions were pretty small and 2 sections of my tray were stuffed with iceberg lettuce and some tomatoes which left me unimpressed. Our server was very kind and the place is clean and pleasant, just a little on the small side. No Indian servers or staff- which was weird. I'm assuming the cook was, but it always throws me off when I'm eating ethnic food and there isn't a trace of its ethnic people in the house asides from the decor. To sum it up- place didn't live up to the reviews or pictures and I found it a bit overpriced for what I got. I'll be sticking with my usual Indian restaurants: the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

We celebrated our daughter's 20th birthday here. The food was amazing, and the service, especially for a party of 14, was over and beyond wonderful! I greatly appreciated the owners in making our celebration special.

Though the server was excellent, I must be honest and say the food here for both of us was very bland and had no taste of traditional Indian spices; cumin, coriander, fenugreek, etc. We had the prawn tikka masala and lamb tikka masala which tasted like beef stew. The Lentil soup was also very bland. We travel around the country and love to go to Indian restaurants. I rarely ever give feedback but felt like I had to share this for those who love Indian food, and we gave our honest feedback kindly to our most excellent server, who was going to convey to the owner. Your experience may be different.

I have never had Indian food before but tonight we went and had it here. It was supper delicious and she was a sweet lady who served us. I'm not a big spice person and she made sure I new what was and what wasn't spicy. We got the meat plater and the butter chicken. I wish I would have taken a photo. My husband and I will definitely be going back with our kids next time. Thank you for amazing food and service.

Delicious & authentic! My family absolutely loves to dine in at the Indian palace. You are greeted by the friendliest staff, the atmosphere is absolutely lovely and the food is INCREDIBLE! Portion sizes are ample. An absolute treasure for someone who has a family that is gluten or dairy free.

We LOVE this Palace!!! lovely to eat in for a diner date and amazing to take home to eat with the family ... once we found this spot, we haven't went anywhere else ... plus if you're vegetarian they have you covered too :)

Everything high quality. Fluffy naan, yummy sweet tamarind dipping sauce, perfect lamb. Thick lentil soup. It is spicy as it has Indian chili sauce in it.

LOVE, LOVE this place! We get this weekly for dinner. The food is always delicious, I moved from the east coast to southern Oregon since the first time trying it, it became my favorite. I always look forward for it and never been disappointed. 😁

I went in for lunch the other day for my first experience here and I have to admit I was surprised by just how good everything was. I truly enjoyed everything on plate and couldn't decide which dish I liked most. The portion size was very fair and I was plenty full after. I'll definitely be back.

The food and presentation was top notch here. Our server did a great job of answering any questions about the food and informed us of the different levels of spice we could choose from. My friends and I shared a few different plates and all of them were great, especially the tandoori chicken. I'd definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or someone looking for a nice Indian restaurant. The proportions were on the larger side and my friends & I all had some leftovers. Everything was very well priced for the quality and serving sizes.

They're open for only a slim window of time, but it's a family own and run restaurant. It's understandable and although it took me three attempts to come when they were open, the staff was so incredibly friendly and the hospitality was incredible. The food. Omg! The smell driving it home was torture, it smelled so good! Then once we finally got to taste it.. probably the best Indian food I've had. Wow! 6/5, eat here!
