Today I ran in here to grab some cough drops and cash back as I found some sweet stuff at a yard sale down the road and was currently suffering with a sore throat, two birds one stone stuff. I didn’t see any in the aisle I thought they would be on so I asked the 2 gentleman at the customer service desk. One took me over and was shocked to see an empty box and said they carry 2 varieties and he would check in the back. After 2 minutes the second man from the desk came and checked on me and I told him the back checking deal. Turns out the store was out and so was the warehouse. No biggie, I thanked them and went to buy something else to get my cash. Here’s where the customer service turned into EXCEPTIONAL: when one of the men came up to me with a handful of cough drops from their first aid kit. Unexpected, unbelievable , above and beyond service. Needless to say this kind action made my day. Thank you again.

The employees are so friendly! I wanted to try the teriyaki seaweed but it was only sold in bulk and I wasn’t sure if I’d like it because I never had it before. The employee gave me two free samples! I love it and will be back for more. It’s so nice to see employees with a genuinely positive attitude and a store that isn’t greedy.

Wow! Exceptional customer service. Chris the cashier was one of the best cashers and friendliest people ever!! Not to mention Trader Joe's has the best food. Highly recommend!!

Went in for freeze dried chicken pet treats. Found them by the booze after I naturally went down every other aisle. Fat cat that eats everything was pleased. Picky cat slaps them away because she can't have one sitting in front her. That is what had happened every other time I've given it to her. Treats are peasants that are to be slapped away.

The employees at tj are nice. But what is up with the customers ????? Yeah im brown have you never seen a brown person in trader joes ?????? Whatsup with the stares and eyerolls are these people in a white bubble???? Next time im going to start recording because its ridiculous. Its not like the store is some upscale place its cheaper than walmart.

Had to run in quick and it was. Traders frozen mac-n-cheese (original and hatch flavors) are probably the best on the planet...and terrific price. 1 half the price of Stauffers and 8 times better taste and texture.

Good store... some unique items they carry are very tasty. Feel I get a good deal wherever I go there.

Freezer selections from meats, veggies, full meals, pizza, Korean, Indian, Italian and more. Nice wine selection, cheeses and fresh produce. Well laid out, easy to maneuver..most important. BEST QUALITY for GREAT value..

I was bored and thought, why not just go . I actually had a great time. Who says that, lol. They have excellent customer service and affordable everything. If you're into an organic lifestyle, you will hit the jackpot !! Normally, shopping is a chore. However, try it sometimes when you just want to try new things . I have always loved Trader Joe's 😍

The customer service is beyond excellent. Everyone that works there is ridiculously friendly and helpful. Every time I walk out of the store I am stunned with how friendly and kind the cashiers are. You can tell everyone that works their loves their job. I also love that there is a TON of Gluten-free options. I have a very serious Gluten Allergy and I can always find good and safe options to eat.

Always loved the great selections here, just make sure ya eat before going or ya will buy everything! Wish I had a bigger freezer...Make sure to bring home flowers for yourself!

At first I didn't understand the allure of Trader Joe's...now I see why they have such a big following. After trying a number of their items, I've become a fan. Trader Joe's brand offers unique and terrific food. Friendly staff are a plus!

Trader Joe's surprises me because I happen to find a lot of things that I like from other stores here and at better prices. Their trader Joe's frozen Indian food is amazing and I like their chocolate selection.

New to area. Traditional Trader Joe's, with exception of few old state item, but see new ones to explore. Parking easy, staff way better than the good culture of days before

My FAVORITE store in any city. Love all their prepared, delicious dinners and the staff, in any Trader Joe's, is always so friendly and helpful. The prices are great, their flowers are always fresh and great priced, and they offer delicious, healthy foods that can feed 2 people or an entire family. Fresh and friendly! THE BEST!

I love this store. The variety and selection of products is fantastic. Their frozen products are amazing! It's always an enjoyable shopping experience.

Outstanding! We have not been to Trader Joe's in a long time. Today we went to Costco for the express reason of buying Stilton cheese. They had none. Trader Joe's had Stilton and we so enjoyed the vibe of shopping in a relaxed way. We live in Yreka so are not able to shop regularly in Medford. Thank you for being our hero today!

always find something good but I'm a little disappointed that several of the specialty items I've grown fond of are no longer carried by trader Joe's... sad face... please find a new GF cupcake supplier! pretty please!

Always a pleasure to shop at Trader Joe's. They have very unique items to choose from. Some of my favs are Cookie Butter ice cream 😋, Vegetable & Chicken fried rice (tasty!), Jalapeño & Artichoke dip (creamy &🌶!) Lots of fresh made items², healthy, vegan, unique flavors, great prices & kind friendly staff as well!

I love the choices they have like the dried fruits and nuts section. And their frozen entrees are amazing. It's hard to find the same thing when I want to go back for something I like but that could be because of the holidays. All of the employees are so warm and helpful.

Trader Joe's is perfect for travel nurses. There's meats that are ready to bake, great prices on almonds and other nuts, great produce, vegan dips that are delightful 😊 I'm gluten and dairy free so my options here are so incredible and delicious 😋 I love love love trader Joe's and how helpful they are since I work long night shift hours and am always too tired to meal prep

Love this store for so many reasons . Fresh items, unique healthy choices that you'll never find elsewhere, The staff are always very friendly. They work hard to keep their store clean, well organized, all while still smiling:) I wish we had one in GP. Maybe one day:)

This store has amazing seasonal food products! They have also started getting more gluten-free options over the past couple years too. It is a very busy store, especially near the holidays (Fall-Winter) so be prepared. I think the food is worth going into this busy store though.

Parking is crazy at this store especially on weekends. I love to go here because they sell a good coffee we like. I also love the cheese selections and the bird nests. Once I bought strawberries the best I ever tasted. We ate them in the car and went back in for more. I stock up because I live in the mountains and it's a pretty far drive.
