Haven't been to a Coldstone in a long time. But this was just as delicious as i remembered! The serving could have been slightly more generous. It was still exactly what i was craving though! The establishment was clean and the staff was courteous. If great pre- packed options in their freezers too! Looking forward to our next trip for a treat!

The ice cream was great but the service wasn’t worth it. I took my kids there along with my two nieces on the 11th and the lady that was working there clearly did not want to be there. Her attitude was horrible. She seemed very annoyed when the kids wanted to add a couple things in their ice cream. Mind you, they were obviously trying to be respectful and make it really easy on her seeing that she was not having a good day which is kind of unfortunate for the kids because we went to cold stone for the experience. If I didn’t want stuff in the ice cream we would have went somewhere else and saved money. The lady straight up just ignored my daughter. Honestly, the only reason I tipped was because her coworker helped out. I felt bad for her to, having to work with that all day. Maybe the lady should consider finding a job that doesn’t having anything to do with customer service. Also, I wouldn’t be leaving this review if my children were out of hand. I understand how crazy kids can be but this was not the case, regardless, it’s part of the job.

the employees here are truly amazing. i came here today and was helped by Kenzie, super kind, helped me out tons and really brightened my day Maia helped my boyfriend and she was equally as sweet, they both were working hard, cleaning up and still very approachable and kind KEEP UP THE HARD WORK XOXO

Best ice cream I had in a long time. My son and I got larges and they were HUGE. It was very busy, but the line moved fast and the staff was friendly. The hardest part was deciding on a flavor 😂 yeah it’s expensive, but it was really good. I wouldn’t listen to the negative reviews. Just don’t go anywhere right before closing unless it’s an emergency… that’s just common decency. And don’t expect it to be cheap. If you’re looking for cheap, Walmart might have some great value ice cream on sale. Lol. I do believe it’s more of a special occasion type ice cream though.

Great ICECREAM. Happy, friendly staff. Careful to get just what you want in just the size you want. Busy but moving us quickly to our ICECREAM bliss. Definitely my ICECREAM destination no matter what town I'm traveling through at the moment.

Stopped in tonight to get myself a treat after a hard day at work, the line was long and my feet hurt but I decided to ride it out. I came in to try the boo batter ice cream after seeing it on tiktok. I decided to get an everybody's size to share with my boyfriend at home. The employee helping me did a happy dance when I told him my order. Him, another girl making ice cream, the customers behind me and I all had a fun interaction about my order turning our mouths colors and the mix ins I was adding. It was a really enjoyable experience. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and they definitely made my night. It was definitely worth the wait in line. I can't wait to go back!

The ice cream was delicious, didn't cut any corners and was worth every penny! Staff was also very nice. And helped our four order go smoothly!

Cold Stone Creamery always has a wonderful selection of scrumptious ice cream and sorbet flavors, along with endless topping selections!! Conveniently located next to the Tinseltown movie theater it makes it a great place to stop at after watching a movie or while shopping in the many surrounding stores. Cold Stone Creamery even has the “Cold Stone Club Rewards”, where you can have up to seven family members on it and earn points toward your next purchase! They offer ordering ahead for pickup and delivery too! Cold Stone Creamery is sure to brighten anyone’s day or night!

Five stars for Gracie and the rest of the team, for being the real MVP here. Gracie made me a delicious smoothie regardless of the awful blender she was forced to use. The owner needs to get this location better equipment so their employees can be set up for success. If you offer blended drinks, you should have properly functioning blenders and not leave it to your employees to 'make do' with a blender that clearly needs to be replaced. It is NOT their fault if the equipment they're left with doesn't work. Imagine doing everything in your power to provide good service and being thwarted by things out of your control. I saw too many employees struggling with the blenders, the freezer door, the ice cream storage lid and other little gadgets that seemed to not be used for practical reasons but for 'company policy.' A team of about 5 young women were working so hard and diligently serving each customer to the best of their abilities. If you come here, expect good ice cream and good service. Do not fault any of the employees for the bad equipment they have to use.

Great experience with the staff for my daughters last minute birthday cake that I ordered three days ago! Amazing combination of cotton candy ice cream with yellow cake covered in whipped strawberry frosting!

It's normal, kinda messy. Floors were very sticky, and tables weren't in the best shape. The ice cream was pretty overpriced for what you get.
