Really......this is how it comes? Is this job so difficult that this is what you serve your guests? I asked for fry sauce...didnt't receive that (shocker) . Nobody behind me, nobody In front of me so why was this so difficult to get correctly. Bit into my sriracha burger and then opened it up....wow. Posted a picture of what's suppose to come on it and then took a picture of mine and my husband's, missing quite a few things. No problem, we go back down and show the manager, instead of making us new ones or even apologizing she tells me that this is how it comes and that it's correct. Yikes

I came to pick up an order and the manager tells me oh my God your order is so big with Xtra sauce packets it's gonna take awhile to make. So I'm posting a picture of what was ordered!! The service at this location used to be good now it sucks.

Pulled up at 10:10pm and waited a very long time to be greeted. Had to say hello three times before I there was a response just to be told “we’re all on break and then we close in 5 minutes”. You close at 10:15? And you take a break 5 minutes before you close? Lazy and liars. Who trained these people? Why is this franchise even still open? There’s a reason no Jack in the Box’s can stay open in the valley. Joke in the Box

Customer service was the worst. Went in around midnight and when telling the lady working drive through she hit the side wall and yelled “oh my God!!” And groaning at me. The wait time was incredibly long. We’re all entitled to a rough day but there’s no reason to take it out on a customer who had nothing to do with it and ruining their night too. I will not be back.

Got the 2 tacos and a value fries chicken sandwich with curly fries. YUMMY

The food was fine. What you would expect from a decent fast food provider. However the time spent sitting in the drive through was ridiculous! At 1pm the main lunch rush was over. Yet I sat in drive through for 22 minutes. There were only 5 cars ahead of me. Give it another try a couple of days and spent 19 minutes. That's a long time.

After waiting in the drive thru line for awhile (they are always short staffed) I placed my order only to find out they were out of what I was ordering. VERY FRUSTRATING. lately seems they are out of everything. Won't be going there again

The food is amazing, but this place needs a remodel outside and inside, in my opinion. They are usually faster than the other jack in the box that's on Barnett, though, maybe more staff at this location.

One of the slowest “fast food” restaurants I’ve been in. I’m standing in the lobby and have been here almost 1/2 hr and there is no one in the drive thru and only 5 ppl in the lobby, they can’t give anyone the sodas they paid for due to the machine being broken. They have terrible customer service, no apologies for the weight times or anything. Will NEVER use this jack in the box again.

The French fries were old, hard and cold. The frying oil hasn't been changed recently. The tacos were warm and tasted fine.

Took literally 40 minutes to go thru the drive thru. This is common in Oregon. Things are not as rushed as southern California. You have to get used to it. The food was good, hot and as expected.

Very friendly service at the table rock and hwy 99 store. Drive-through was fairly fast. Great deal on greasy tacos, though they do taste great.

Store Manager is a great asset to this business, he is constantly on the run helping where he can. He has done a super job with making sure it stays clean and produces consistantly good food. He would like to manage and see a Popeyes Chicken in our area for a nice change of pace, us too. We will still love our Jack In The Box Tacos in the mean time. Always a treat. Their Soda Machines are a lot of fun to try and create new and tasty flavors on your own too. Keep up the great work.

#update. I was contacted by them and they went above and beyond to make this right!!! Requested no cheese because of allergies, got cheese. Cashier didn't comprehend using all of gift card and then cash. Gave back gift card with $.75 on it.

They were polite and helpful. The other one near Winco were rude and unprofessional. Christina (sorry if I spelled it wrong) she helped a lot and was very polite.

Staffing issues caused an hour wait in the drive thru on a door dash order. Unbelievable wait time. However, they were apologetic so i give them a pass on this one.

I don't know what is going on but lately it way too long to get your food and to order it. This is at both restaurants. Please look into this, your going down hill fast. Been a long time customer.

Fast and friendly service. Lots of items out of stock and regularly asked to park up front while you wait. Not a big deal, but it kinda looks the fast in the fast food.

Service not happy always had my order wrong 4 times.. Just stopped going there . Onion rings always tasted like fish !!

It took forever from the time I placed my order to the time I got my order but the food was good and very hot.

They are not making the chicken fajita pitas the same just came out of the one on 99 and just got lettuce cheese and some chicken, not Okey. They used to put tomatoes and bell peppers also, go back to the way it was.

Chris the team leader is great. This is my stop for food to take back to coos bay!! Not sure if the same cook is there from June he's great too!

All I like is their milkshakes. They're the creamiest! If this rating was just for shakes it'd be a 5 star hands down!

Went through the drive thru and asked if they could do milkshakes and was told yes. But when I ordered a milkshake they said the machine was down. Was the only person in line and they still messed up the order and shorted me food. At least it was corrected when I went back through. Poor experience

Went here on the 13 th about 6 10 pm and got 10 tacos with just beef cheese and woman at drive up window was so amazing awesome and kind ,had red shirt on and she was perfect at customer service and hope gets a bonus

Make sure you check your order before you leave! I got my oreder wrong and waited a long time to get it fix. No other jack in the box open so i had to wait. I am happy to see they are open and they have Friendly staff.

I'm not exaggerating when I say I waited a total of 30 minutes to try and just get a sandwich and fries.. They didn't take my order at the order screen instead they made me come to the window then after ordering they had me go to the side of the building to wait, where I waited for at least 10 minutes. I got nothing but sass and rude remarks from the employees there. When I ask for a refund the person who I can only assume as the manager gave me attitude and when my food came out she said that I'm gonna get a refund and then didn't even give me my food. Yall seriously ain't it. I wasn't expecting a whole lot from you guys because you're a fast food restaurant but seriously yall disappointed. It's hard to set the bar lower than it already is being a Jack in the Box, but seriously your staff is horrendous.

We were so happy when Jack in the box open back up. Every time we go they are close . You see workers in side and just standing around .
