Apparently this is perfectly O.K. for this starbucks to allow drinks like this to leave the store. When you call they just tell you to come back when doing that is an inconvenience. Next time make sure how your drinks are leaving the store!!

The manager named Danielle was rude with my mother who doesn’t speak great English & instead of patience she raised her voice to the point of almost yelling. When asking for the managers name they had us wait over 10mins. Danielle is very arrogant and unfriendly, definitely worth driving up the block to the other Starbucks. Not coming back here!

I visit this location often as I did when they were previously located down the street. Nevertheless though I don’t have an issue with the food I do have an issue with the fact that Danielle ALWAYS seems to have dirt in her nails! She’s the older woman that usually works the drive thru window. THIS IS EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE AND DETRIMENTAL TO ONE’S HEALTH, given the fact that I don’t know what that dirt consist of! Something of which makes me not want to visit this establishment and inform others not to as well. Cleanliness is a must! There is absolutely no excuse for the above! CORRECT THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY!

I’m making this review because of an employee named Nick, give that man a raise. Ain’t no one in the whole store makes the drinks taste like he does. Man is a legend, give him a crazy order from the secret menu? He’s gonna make the best version u tasted! Give him a normal drink and he’ll even make that amazing. 10/10 give him a raise

Waited at least 20 minutes for two simple drinks when it was completely empty and then staff decided to prioritize drive through even though i was before them. They continued to horse around and jump on each other while i stood there and waited, terrible service and will not be back.

The worst starbucks,it took them over 20minutes with 7 staffs,and after reminding them twice for a mobile order of 1 cup of black coffee and hardly any customers in the store, to get that cup of coffee.

Terrific staff and mobile order was always ready before arrival. Thank you for being one of the better locations on the island.

Very sweet crew in this place, all of them are very lively and kind. The girl with the stickers on her face was a sweetheart, will be coming back.

Customer service was excellent. All the people working there is so friendly.

The hot white chocolate mocha with almond milk and 2 extra expresso shots were prepared perfectly for me.

Very disappointed at this location. We asked for light ice and were given a cup full of ice. Then they didn’t even remake it they just poured out the ice and give it back with 3 Ice cubes . What a waste of time and money!

I ordered my drink on mobile to be picked up at drive through and the two idiots are just standing there looking at me at the window. After a certain point i just left ill be doing a chargeback on my card.

As far as the food goes, it's a Starbucks, it's done well and I personally like the establishment. But the service itself is very nice, and I like going here to study or do other work I need to catch up on since it's a friendly environment. I definitely recommend it if you're looking for a study place. I've never had a bad experience with the coffee or the workers.

Garbage place went there to please my daughter get her her favorite drink and cake pop waited on line for 13 min after that I got to the window to pay girl told me I can't take the 100 dollar bill so I told her had nothing els she told me to go to the gas station and get change so I had to go wait on line to get change t gas station while some one was playing lotto went back to Starbucks and ask to talk to manager they was handing my daughter the same drink that was sitting there while I had to get change manager comes out says nothing just keeps on working some young man came and threw it out made her a fresh one and you would think that they will give you a discount and cake pop free nothing garbage place and management and this is a new building just open not very good for business to think my uncle help build it crazy

My drink was made right. Inside is dirty, no tables were clean there was only in customer drink at a table, the drive thru attendant very busy and 2 guys doing nothing and never came over to help me… finally a young lady came out of the restaurant and put an apron on and offered help. New location but same bad service and unfriendly staff and dirty as when it was just south of the expressway.

The staff if a group of nasty women who can’t make a consistent drink. The only consistency is their poor attitude. Done with Starbucks forever due to this location.
