I didn't buy anything because the restaurant has several signs that are unwelcoming. No soliciting is ok but it said "don't solicit in our store".no please or thanks. Limit visit to one hour. Absolutely no outside food or drinks. Hey, I take my water bottle everywhere

As always, they only got 1/2 the order right. For some reason ordering a egg and cheese sandwich is code for "put whatever meat you want on it". The workers are slow, but I think that comes from a high turnover rate as the general manager seems like a nightmare. Honestly, she seems to be steering the ship into a wall. Mary needs to go! Yes every industry is short, but if you treat your employees like you treat your guests you will never be staffed!

Food tasted great. Service was good, but almost a 20-minute wait to get the order. Atmosphere was as expected. The order kiosks were messy with lots of finger prints. The hand sanitizer dispenser was empty.

Place wasn't very busy but they were slow af. The big girl that was taking orders and bringing food to pick up area was a rude biotch. To me and the man and woman that ordered after. Tables were filthy and were in need of cleaning.

I received a large unsweetened iced tea that had no ice and tasted like it was from the dregs of a container. This is the second time this has happened to me. I will no longer stop there when driving north on 35.

Won't come here again. Last week I got in drive through line and left it because it was not moving at all. Went inside and waited, but nobody came to take my order, so I left. Today I was third in drive through line and it took at least 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers. They are either severely understaffed or incompetent.

We were in an RV so couldn't drive through. Inside must order through kiosk. Employees inside would not help me. Kiosk has a limited menu. You can't order 20 nuggets through kiosk. I had to settle for something I didn't want. After all the trouble manuvering RV into parking lot, I was angry and "done".

Same, middle of the road food,... They need to change the oil more frequently, for example, look at the color of the breading on the fish, and fries. . light golden is what you want.....If they come dark brown, throw :-) If your Mc Donalds, uses old oil, try another one........

Worst MCDonalds and worst managers. they promoted Travis scot meal for 6 people watch out on your bill because their charging 5.45 the hamburger and bringing up separate your fries and and drinks that adds up is not 6 dollars how they are promoting it. The worst thing about this McDonald’s they never have anything they always make you wait 6 to 10 minutes

The service is always fast, friendly, and often funny or playful as well. The food is normally made correctly and fresh. I rated this McDonald's food 3 stars for my last visit because I only received half a shot of mayonnaise on my McChicken. Instead of replacing the tube in the gun they simply called it good and wrapped it while half of my half portion of mayonnaise was on the outside of my wrapper. I ordered through drive through so it is frustrating when I am served a mess and must struggle to eat it in the car without smearing mayo all over. Every other visit has been satisfactory and pleasant.

No inside dining, no trash cans outside or inside, and it's still a McDonald's.

Was planning on getting something to eat but went to the bathroom first and it was disgusting!! The lobby was also a mess!! I’m sorry but I won’t eat at a place I’m grossed out by the bathrooms! HEY MACDONALDS maybe is time to hire back the people who clean the store! You’re good hasn’t gotten any better and the prices keep Going up! At least keep Your restaurants clean!!!

Perhaps they could turn the heat on, it's absolutely freezing in here even with hoodie on and the customer service was not great the woman was short and not friendly, glad I'm just passing through because if I lived here I would never come back.

This offers standard McDonald's food, and it isn't special. They did offer a buy one, get one for a dollar special on fries, and burgers. (The specials did save us money.) The drive-through order wasn't quite accurate, but it wasn't too wrong, especially given the specials that gave a price break.

This mcdonalds is always fast, accurate and friendly. I have a 3 year old who is addicted to happy meals and picky. My sandwhiches are also always made correctly, fresh, and look amazing when I open my box!

A beautiful dining area only says thank you so much. then again, when words are more then one can stomach, the gentle aroma of sausage egg and cheese McGriddles serve a purpose far greater than one would suppose. Enter: McDonald's. "THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE!" He screamed. For some, perhaps. For us it was the end of an end and the beginning of a beginning. For others it was the opportunity to seize. Seize the large fries and the all day breakfast. Take heed, soldier. The golden arches served majesty that morning. Golden bells rang across the fields. Their screams were not in vain. But rather coursing through the arteries of the bloodless. Here at McDonald's, there could be no peace. But a darn good burger? Certainly. Just come by.

Always dependable, you know what you are going to get. Fast and quick drive-thru service. Warm food. Adequate condiment packets. Always like stopping for their breakfast! Good coffee for reasonable price can't be beat!

I waited 20 minutes for 2 sausage McMuffins, a cinnamon roll, and a blueberry muffin. The 2 sausage McMuffins were awful! All around very bad experience.

Went to get spicy nuggets at 10:56am and they refused. We offered to wait the 4 minutes and the "manager" claimed they were running behind and made no effort to provide customer service. We were the only people there so my guess is these kids are EXTREMELY lazy.

The buns were old on the burger & the fries were cold. The drive thru menu screen wasn't displaying and the lane was still open for orders. The worker was rude and snarky when it was brought to her attention, if you don't like your job quit. This is clearly a result of poor oversight and managing a restaurant and staff in the food industry.

Decent food for a decent price when you are hangry. Drive thru line is insane but it is what it is during Covid.

Breakfast crew is the greatest. They are always friendly, prompt, and professional.

Found pieces of plastic in my oreo mcflurry. Did not come from my spoon as there were no pieces broken off of my spoon, not to mention the lady was very rude and short with us while taking our order. Extremely disappointed especially to see that when we pulled up to the window it was the manager, But the guy at the window was very polite.

Just McDonald's anywhere you go it tastes the same which is a good thing.

Every time I go there they get my order perfect just like I order it. Well done chicken nuggets and no salt French fries. And the employees are always very nice even though I ask for specifics on my order. And they actually gave me plenty of ketchup too without having to ask. Thank you McDonald’s in Medford for always giving me a pleasant experience!
