The staff is very friendly and the service as its best. We got my brother’s wedding there and I must say everything was excellent. Lovely staff and the food is also delicious, and we ordered cakes for few birthdays and they are mouthwatering! I am telling “you should try the “red velvet cake” you wouldn’t regret! Going forward, they have a food delivery service also, the foods are tasty. As a happy customer of Seethawaka Regency, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

I had both my engagement ceremony and wedding at the Seethawaka Regency. Their service and the food are excellent. The food is very delicious, and the quality of the presentation is outstanding. The hotel itself has a great photo location. The staff is friendly, and the coordinator Ms.Kavitha, she's very generous and kind. She helps us from planning to the end of the wedding. Overall, I don't recommend wedding packages provided by the hotel. They need to improve their service at the ceremony and after.

Im not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience of our dreams at Seethawaka Regency on 09th of November 2023. My husband and I had the wedding at Seethawaka Regency where we decided it is such a beautiful venue, perfect for our desired theme. A year before our wedding date we had our first-in-person visit and it was just as beautiful in photos. The Seethawaka Regency team worked with us on scheduling all visits and was flexible since we don’t live near Seethawaka Regency. The Seethawaka Regency staff were easy to work with, always available, and happy to walk us through any detail, no matter how small. The food was absolutely delicious where our guests said it was best foods they’ve ever had and everyone loved. The drinks were incredible and the bar service was fast. Our Friend and Family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was, saying it was perfect mix of class and unpretentiousness. Finally, our wedding wouldn’t have come together without the hard work from the Wedding Event Management Department, especially Kavitha and Samantha. I wish i could host more events there. A million thanks to Seethawaka Regency for giving us an Unbelievable day and memories we will cherish for a lifetime ♥️

Seethawala Regency is the best hotel in Sri Lanka. It is located in a very attractive and scenic environment, so I was able to have my wedding very beautifully. I appreciate the staff working in seethawaka regency and respect them to highly efficient service given to us. We received a very good service from the security point of view. Recently I arranged the lunch for group of school girls while they attending to charity program near Avisawella. Everything was arranged nicely and Ms. Kavitha gave superb service and really appreciated her service. Earlier also we got two wedding at this hotel in 2020 and 2023 they gave excellent service. No need to worry about any thing and they managed functions very well. Food are delicious. Highly recommended

As we all know the most important and prestigious moment of ones life is non other than his or her big wedding day. We consider as it is the second birthof ones, so everybody like to celebrate it with maximum. So this is all about our big day which was happened on 20 November 2023. I am glad and pleasure to say that it was a glorious military wedding function. So the administration backup was the utmost important factor. I am very happy to say that every single head of the Seethawaka Regency provide me a great support to make my event a success. Starting from the MD Mr Laksha each and every body was consider my event as theirs. I have to specialized some names in my wedding journey at seethawaka as follows, Mr Damith operational Manager, cheff chanaka, samantha and many. But i have to specially mention about a nice and charming Wedding coordinator behind the scene of my wedding day. She is non other than our pretty wedding coordinator Miss Seya. Her service was tremendous and no a single pen ink error wasnt happen from her and she was well cordinated and dedicated by sacrificing her leave day due to my wedding arrangements. So its highly recommended the place to step upon to celebrate your big day. Meals are very good including service and their organized coordination support. So wishing a bright future for their all future endeavors to all including MD of the hotel.

She got a very good understanding of our busy professions, and she helped to arrange all meetings during our free time. Last week I went with my family to this hotel to enjoy the evening and to have dinner. The service is amazing and the staff members (from security officer also) were warm, kind and always willing to please their guests. We used the swimming pool also, its really clean and we enjoyed a lot. We had dinner there. The foods were delicious and worth for the price. Highly recommend this hotel…Thank you for your service.

My brother’s homecoming on 16th July 2023 at Seethawaka Regency. All the staff members were highly supportive and very friendly. We should specially thank Ms. Seya & Mr. Anuradha. Without your support, that day couldn't be that wonderful and happy. You all guys gave us a nice welcome and coordinated homecoming day much better than we were planned. Actually it is one of the best places that I have visited. There is a beautiful surrounding with amazing cool climate. The service is friendly, admirable. Food is tasty. Natural pool is very good for kids & adults. Highly recommended for family outings.

We had our wedding at Seethawaka Regency on 28th July 2023. We went with their King's package and that was all we needed to have a simple and beautiful wedding. Service from the team specially Seya's was remarkable. She was always very helpful even on her leave days, just to make sure our day went on smoothly. Grand Weddings did a good job with the decorations and everyone loved it. Food- 4.8/5 , it was excellent and the display of the buffet area was done splendidly. Service & Coordination - 4.5/5 - They were always very helpfull from the day one. On the day of the wedding they made sure everything went smoothing and was reminding us on the time. The team was very honest and they were every flexible to our requests, from the change of the lights, milk rice sun structure we proposed to the tiniest detail they were keen to change for our request. Seya - 5/5 the best coordinator we got from the hotel. Only negative review that would be was the internet connection and reception. I hope this will be addressed soon.

Very Nice place. It has ample parking and also the food is good too. The car park is away from the hotel and had to walk. The entrance road had puddles of water. Where we had to walk after parking. The staff was very friendly and service was good too.

We visited the hotel on 10th December to celebrate our wedding anniversary with our families and stayed 2 nights. Everything was perfectly arranged by the hotel staff including room reservation, arrangements at summer hut, in-room dinning and all the meals. Meals were very delicious and fresh. Serving staff also arranged everything friendly & perfectly. Thank you so much for your great service and hope to visit again.

Service level and the cleanliness of the hotel was good.However, only issue I noticed was the railway crossing at the main entrance of the hotel as it situated in a place where visibility of incoming trains blocked by trees (As I remember) from the both ends .Thus, One could easily hit by a train at the entrance. Except for this safety concerns I would recommend this hotel to anyone who seek a review.

When I was pregnant before 2 years we spent our vacation here.Wow it's amazing.Bcz u treated us so lovely.More caring about my pregnancy.Food & beverages are delicious. Kindhearted staff members & friendly.Cleaning & cool environment.Gardening superb. Never forget that vacation which we spent in ur hotel.Thank u all & we wish to visit in December again.

Day out package can be recommended. Welcome drink ,decent meal consists of 4 proteins- fish, chicken, eggs and pork together with evening tea for a reasonable price . Natural pool is so soothing and you can get a natural fish therapy there as well. There’s an artificial tank too built for fish therapy. Clean place with a great view. The spot gets crazy when it is crowded. Best when it is not too busy. A middle ranged place ideal for a family with kids or a large crowd for a day out.

The surrounding is perfect enough. And the banquet hall is also comfortable with good enough. Warm welcoming on entrance and hall are also acceptable and honor. They come as army group with the band music with welcome drink but after the disperse to the tables it was not in order. Major disappointed thing is food. This is the worst meal I ever had yesterday (2022-May-21 Night) from the Hotel. Too much of salty foods were there. Don't waste the foods as people cannot eat. I have doubts whether they cooked a meal with worst ingredients. So bad. If you can improve the meal, then we can give you the higher rate.

Really great location, and all main facilities. Best location to stay in if visiting all the main sites in Avisawala and easily accessible by bus or train. Really good staff service and especially appreciate the trouble taken by the reception to facilitate early check in since we were travelling with a young child. We stayed F&B and the breakfast LUNCH 🥗 was good delicious 😋 . Pool was very clean too. Hope to visit again! Muslim meals
